It has completely transformed the way remote work gets done. At this point, I honestly can't imagine managing without it. It makes virtual meetings and calls with coworkers or clients really easy. The audio and video quality stay consistently reliable, screen sharing is simple to use and the emoji reactions add a fun touch during calls.

At times there are conflicts during meetings. I send someone the meeting details, they join the session and I even receive an email confirming they entered but the person does not appear in the meeting for me.

Out of all the web conferencing platforms I've used, this has been the most reliable and full-featured. It lets me schedule, join and leave online meetings from anywhere with an internet connection and it works well across all my devices.

Getting started it takes almost no effort because the interface is very user friendly so pretty much anyone can use it with little to no training at all. The "Share Link" option is especially convenient since I can send the meeting room to clients and they can jump in with a single click, instead of dealing with the trouble of entering meeting details manually. The video conferencing quality is crisp, the audio comes through very clearly and the real-time chat during meetings is another feature I really enjoy.

Most of my use of this platform has been for video calls and meetings and up to this point I really haven't run into any problems. The only time I notice an issue is when the internet connection is slow since the video quality can drop but aside from that, it works perfectly well.
