“helpful sign-in visibility”
Pros
It's really useful that the app lets you see whether the other person is signed in or not.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much I can point to that I didn't like about it.

“So efficient”
Pros
Really shines when it comes to high quality video meetings, with clear audio, dependable performance and useful screen sharing.

The 40 minute cap on free video calls can be frustrating because it interrupts longer meetings and collaborative sessions.

“works even with unstable internet”
Pros
Even when the network drops a bit and the video freezes, it still keeps the full conversation going during that unstable connection which really helps me follow where the discussion is headed.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues yet. I just recently moved over from Google Meet.

“accessible but costly for teams”
Pros
Getting started it is easy and the interface feels accessible to use. It's also been stable overall which is one of the biggest reasons it works well for regular meetings.
Cons
Pricing gets expensive when you need it for larger groups. On top of that, the free version cuts off after 60 minutes which can be limiting for longer sessions.

“stable mobile connectivity”
Pros
Joining from my phone feels comfortable and reliable, with stable connectivity and good overall call quality.
Cons
Biggest limitation I run into is with the free version since it only allows 40 minutes and then the call gets cut off which makes you lose the flow of the conversation.

“conferencing and presentations”
Pros
Has been very reliable when it comes to connectivity and it has worked really well for my video conferences and project presentations.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see improved is the recording schedule, specifically having different time equalizer options but aside from that, everything else works fine.

“Good quality”
Pros
Comes with flexible features such as screen sharing, breakout rooms and virtual backgrounds. It does a really good job of bringing teams, teachers and individuals together from anywhere in the world with clear video and audio quality. The free plan also includes enough features to cover basic needs well.
Cons
The platform can struggle a bit when internet bandwidth is low and running larger meetings may mean upgrading to a more costly subscription.

“Pros and Cons”
Pros
It comes with a range of features that support the organization's everyday activities especially when it comes to hosting meetings and similar events.
Cons
Customization is fairly limited, collaboration options could be better and the pricing feels high. On top of that, third-party integrations have their limits and some of the more advanced features are complicated to work with.

“Try it out!”
Pros
After more than five years of using this platform, I still consider it the best video conferencing software I've worked with. I've even thought about becoming an affiliate just so I could recommend it to other people. It's very user friendly and that matters a lot since I use it every single day. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, we rely on it regularly for our virtual ministry and it has been an excellent fit for that.
Cons
The only issue I really run into is when I'm asked to speak, it sometimes takes me longer than other people to unmute myself. That's mostly on me though because I forget that I can use the space bar shortcut. Other than that, I honestly see it as 100%.

“powerful meetings”
Pros
Its VoIP calling has been really useful and scheduling the team takes just one click. It also works well for managing projects and booking meetings. The screen recording feature helps a lot when I need to catch up on anything I missed after a meeting and the Notes feature is excellent too since it lets you take notes live during meetings along with a lot of other helpful tools.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints but at times during high-level meetings with our team, the video and audio quality can have issues and that's the part I like the least.

“reliable collaboration features”
Pros
Works well for collaboration because it includes a lot of useful tools like video meetings and a whiteboard for working together. Screen sharing is also really helpful when someone needs to present ideas or walk others through a process. Getting started with it is easy and their customer support usually gets back to us fairly quickly.
Cons
At times, the video calls drop without warning and that can interrupt teamwork. We have also run into moments where the speaker's voice echoes during a meeting or presentation. Since it depends heavily on internet quality, a weak connection can make the whole experience frustrating.

“better video calls”
Pros
A really strong videoconferencing tool for work! I've moved over to Microsoft Teams but I still feel this solution delivers better video quality and its collaboration features are every bit as capable.
Cons
One frustration it is the occasional microphone trouble. Connecting a mic feels less easy than it does in Microsoft Teams and the browser version can be a bit glitchy when a colleague or client doesn't have the app installed.
