Cons
Google Meet seems to offer many of the same meeting tools at no cost. This platform has a lot of capabilities across the platform but if your only goal is meeting with clients, the free Google Meet included with a Gmail account may be enough.

Having one consistent platform for joining and hosting meetings has been really helpful especially when I need to stay in the office. Since the staffing shortages after COVID, there have been plenty of times when I could not step away to attend a meeting in person and this solution has made it possible to still participate instead of missing out.
Cons
Getting familiar with all of the features has been a challenge at times. For instance, when I sign in on my phone, my professional profile picture appears but if I log in the same way on my laptop, the picture does not show up.
