Right from the start, it has delivered high quality 3D video conferencing along with reliable web and audio VoIP calling. The settings and plugins are easy so just about anyone can get things up and running without much trouble. I also appreciate the availability of ready made blocks in the custom LMS which makes 'drag and drop' work and rich text editing much more convenient. On top of that it's lightweight so integrating it with other IT tools has been simple and efficient :)

Pros
Setting up meetings in this solution is fast and easy and the Google Calendar integration fits in really well with my workflow. It has been incredibly valuable for my career because it allows me to stay connected with international teams virtually without any trouble. The in-meeting chat is also very useful since I can share links right there during the call instead of relying on a separate third party tool.
Cons
In our business using the free version helps cut operating costs but the 40 minute meeting limit is the trade off. Once the timer runs out everyone gets removed from the call. We can work around it by rejoining with the same link or creating a new meeting but it still feels like an unnecessary interruption and can make us appear unprofessional. If the platform already allows people to rejoin and effectively reset the session, it would make more sense to extend the limit to at least an hour or remove it altogether.
