Pros
I'm enjoying the broad range of products it offers now that it has really expanded. There's a lot available and I'd genuinely like to learn more about the full set of features so I can take advantage of everything it can do.
Cons
There are still plenty of features I'm not familiar with yet so I'd love more chances to learn about them. At times it can be a bit slow and doesn't always perform as well as expected but overall I still enjoy using it.

Pros
Running my business remotely has become much more manageable. It lets me video call my employees whenever it works for my schedule and I can personally see how things are going. I'm also able to livestream to my customers and sell my products online which has been really valuable for my business.
Cons
I haven't had any issues with it. The platform has been excellent and works really well.

“All in one tool”
Pros
Bringing people together from different locations feels really easy and that flexibility is one of its biggest advantages. It combines messaging, file sharing and virtual meetings in a single platform so keeping communication and collaboration in one place is much more convenient.
Cons
Every now and then it runs into technical hiccups especially during busy times, with lag or connection problems that can interrupt meetings. The interface can also feel a bit crowded for someone new to the platform and it tends to use a lot of system resources which may slow down older computers.

With a stable internet connection it delivers really impressive video quality. The screen sharing feature has also been very useful during classes and meetings.
Cons
I dislike the meeting time limit since it can interrupt classes and meetings and cause unnecessary disruption.

Stands out because of how fast it is especially with cloud streaming! Even downloading files happens quickly which makes the whole experience feel efficient.
Cons
The only downside is that unlicensed users are limited to just 40 minutes per session. It would be much better if that limit were extended to at least 60 minutes.

Setting up appointments is easy whether I'm using Google Calendar or Outlook and the connection stays reliable during one-on-one meetings.
Cons
The downside is the 40 minute cap for anyone without the professional version. There is a workaround though: create a second link, then just log out and join again using the new one.

Simple to work with and the features feel accessible to use. The AI meeting summary is especially impressive and saves a lot of time by handling note-taking during meetings. The virtual whiteboard is also a really useful tool especially during design discussions.
Cons
Support has been a weak point. It's hard to get through to an actual person and when we ran into billing problems, it took a significant amount of time and effort to get everything sorted out.
