Makes it simple to schedule meetings, join them quickly and manage privacy settings without much trouble. The newer AI note taking feature included with the subscription is also really useful and adds a lot of value.

Cons

Creating meeting links can still take a bit of time and feels more time-consuming than it should be.

It's an innovative tool that lets teams reserve a workspace in advance. It also includes visitor management and space solutions, plus 'Clips and Notes' which add useful productivity features.

The time limit on free meetings is still a downside.

Using it is convenient, the setup is quick and it works efficiently for large groups especially when using breakout rooms.

Pros

Became the go to video conferencing platform at exactly the right moment during the Covid pandemic. It provided a secure option for telemedicine which was especially important at that time. On top of that the newer work suite now includes document sharing and scheduling collaboration which adds more value beyond just video meetings.

Cons

During the pandemic the frequent security updates for telemedicine made things harder for patients who were not very tech-savvy to join appointments. Another ongoing issue is that our work account always shows the business name instead of the individual employee's name.

Pros

Gives you a secure place to host meetings which was something I really valued. I also appreciated the recording feature since it made it possible to save important meetings and webinars and share them again whenever needed.

Cons

Connection problems were a big issue on my end and that's ultimately why I canceled my subscription. Because of that, the platform didn't feel dependable especially with a price that's higher than many similar alternatives.

Getting into it can be difficult and honestly, it doesn't always feel very trustworthy.

There's honestly not much to complain about. The only thing that comes up is some general concern around data security because of the company's ownership but it never really felt like a serious issue to us.

Being able to meet with fellow teachers without dealing with traffic to a central location was a huge plus and it still let us see each other's faces while we talked.

My biggest complaint is the pricing. The free plan has very limited meeting time and upgrading to the paid version is quite expensive.

A recommendation led me to this AMAZING software and I'm really happy it did! Since some of my employees and vendors are often in different locations, the platform lets us keep up with weekly or monthly meetings to go over company policies and goals without any trouble. It's simple to figure out and works well with other tools. My favorite part is the meeting summary feature which captures what was discussed and can be emailed to everyone who attended, as well as anyone who couldn't make it. It has truly been a game changer!

At times, meetings can get a little glitchy but that's pretty normal when using any kind of technology.

Couldn't be simpler and both the video and audio quality are excellent! The screen sharing feature is especially useful and setting up meetings is quick and trouble free.

Very accessible and it's simple to use! The emoji reactions are also a nice touch for people who don't want to jump into the chat but still want to participate.

Joining a meeting can trigger an automatic update when one is required. It would be better to get an email ahead of time with the option to choose when to install the update especially to avoid delays when a meeting is about to start.

Pros

Calls are usually very stable and the AI summary feature has been especially useful. The filters are also a nice touch and something I use quite a bit.

Cons

One small annoyance is that the Outlook connection keeps signing me out for some reason. It's not a major problem but it seems to happen about every 10 days.

Feels very easy to use and the in-meeting controls are especially accessible whether it's raising your hand or using the chat during a call.

Cons

The whiteboard tool feels pretty outdated which makes writing with a stylus difficult. It would also help if the platform made it much clearer that one-to-one chats are archived and can be seen by everyone when the meeting is being recorded.

Being spread out across the state isn't really a problem for us because it lets the whole team meet up without much trouble. Most of the time it's dependable and while issues do come up now and then, it's usually nothing beyond what you'd normally expect.

Cons

Every so often someone has trouble getting into the meeting or screen sharing doesn't work the way it should and similar glitches can happen.

It's very simple to use whether it's for personal use or things like family meetings.

At times it can be difficult to join if you don't have the meeting code because of changes made beforehand.

It's missing the option to display participants on the side. It would be better if it included that layout choice for people who prefer seeing attendees there.
