Brings chat, video meetings and file sharing together in one place which makes communication feel really smooth and convenient.

From time to time, large meetings run into connection or performance hiccups and that can affect the overall experience.

Pros

Having the option to meet virtually has been really helpful. When clients book time with me through my scheduling link, they automatically get a link included to join the meeting which makes the whole process much more convenient.

Cons

The part I don't care for is that the free plan caps meetings at 40 minutes. It would make a lot more sense if it allowed a full hour instead.

Pros

Being able to use my notetaker while staying on a call is really helpful and the admin controls give me solid control over how I manage meetings and calls.

Cons

I do wish it had better Google integration especially so that when I set up meetings in Google Calendar, the link to the platform would be added automatically.

Pros

Has been excellent for most of what I need. I use the video calling feature every single day for interviews and it consistently works well. I rarely run into connection problems and the platform is very user friendly. Even someone using it for the first time could probably learn it very quickly without much trouble.

Cons

The phone feature can be inconsistent at times. I've had calls drop and run into connection problems there as well. On one occasion, I somehow ended up connected to the same person on two separate lines at the same time which was really confusing. I eventually had to restart my computer just to make sure I was fully disconnected.

Pros

Handling meetings and scheduling from a single platform has been really convenient.

Cons

One limitation is that I can't stay signed in to two different accounts at the same time especially when one of them requires SSO login.

Pros

Running meetings is really easy and I appreciate being able to record them while also getting the audio saved separately from the video. The screenshot feature is something I use a lot and the video filters are a nice touch too. Overall it feels very user friendly and simple to figure out.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. If the editing tools were a bit more easy, I'd probably use it even more for creating social snippets.

“excellent for online meetings”

Pros

It has become the go-to platform for online meetings and it has been a huge help when it comes to connecting with people, holding work discussions or organizing all kinds of meetings. From the moment I started using it, I really enjoyed how quickly I could join several people in real time and make use of features like screen sharing and whiteboard annotations which are genuinely very useful. It has saved me a lot of valuable time. The interface is user friendly and includes plenty of options to quickly adjust the camera or microphone settings.

Cons

After using it for quite a long time, the part I've liked the least is how tedious it can be to connect directly through the app. Sometimes it takes too long to load and ends up opening multiple windows. Another issue is that the quality across its different versions feels quite low and if you use the free version, the meeting time is very limited.

Pros

Excellent to use! The features you get for the price feel very worthwhile. I especially enjoy the background blur and virtual background options during meetings since they let me work from my room without showing my space to everyone. Another feature I appreciate is being able to message participants before the meeting begins. It's also pretty easy to get everything set up.

Cons

Sometimes people mention having trouble joining meetings, sharing their screen or getting their audio to work. I'm not completely sure whether those issues come from user error or if they're related to the platform itself.

From day one it has felt quick, interactive and very accessible to use and it has been working flawlessly for us.

The pricing structure can be a bit confusing and there are also some limitations when it comes to integrating it with our applications.

Something that could be improved is the general settings especially for beginners. New users may not realize whether the microphone is on or off so it would be better if the mic were turned off by default.
