Pros

Running virtual office hours with the software has been very convenient. I can use the whiteboard during video calls to get my students involved and encourage collaboration. My university also relies on it because it is a cost effective option!

Cons

A solid wifi connection is really necessary to keep the calls running without interruptions and that can be difficult to get at times. In crowded areas, the video often becomes choppy and the audio does not always stay in sync with embedded video. It would help if the software had better compatibility with programs like powerpoint.

Pros

These days this is the platform I rely on most for both internal teamwork and client facing meetings! The audio and video quality stays dependable and tools such as AI meeting summaries, transcripts, screen sharing, breakout rooms and recordings save me a lot of time every week. Since I work in recruiting and spend much of my day interviewing people, the software makes it easy to schedule, run and keep records of those conversations. It feels accessible for both technical and non technical users which makes meetings with candidates and clients much more smooth :)

Cons

Even though it keeps rolling out helpful features some of the newer AI and collaboration options are a bit tricky to find and learn at first because they are placed in different parts of the platform. The cost can also add up quickly once you start including extra licenses and premium functions. From time to time updates also shift settings or adjust the interface which creates a minor issue for people who are used to a certain workflow.

Pros

It lets us run online meetings whether we're in the office or working remotely and the soft phone feature in the app makes it convenient to place and receive calls as well. It also supports SSO integration which gives users a more smooth sign in process while adding an extra layer of security.

Cons

An issue that comes up fairly often is with scheduling or canceling meetings when the app is two or three versions behind the current release. If updates are not installed regularly that can create real problems in a work setting.

It is what I mainly rely on for video calls, online meetings, screen sharing, team communication, webinars and booking client appointments. The platform is very user friendly and it's fast and dependable whether I am joining a meeting or hosting one. Screen sharing runs without issues and the audio and video quality stays good. The built-in scheduling tools make coordinating meetings much simpler and the collaboration features do a good job of keeping communication organized especially when working remotely.

Cons

I noticed that the desktop app can consume quite a bit of system resources during longer meetings and some of the more advanced collaboration and AI tools are locked behind higher-tier plans. There's also a bit of a learning curve at first since it takes some time to get familiar with all the features available if you're new to the platform.

The meeting interface is a bit outdated. Every now and then the connection can freeze slightly and the best fix is usually to disconnect and reconnect.

One thing that bothers me is that the participants window disappears whenever I start sharing my screen. I have to manually click the gallery option again just to see everyone.

Compared with other options out there, this one stands out because it's simple to use and easy to navigate. The video call quality is clear, there's hardly any buffering and it really gives good value for the money. Customer support has also been helpful whenever needed.

Well I'd still like to see is 4K integration. It would also be really useful if, when recording a session, you could resume from where you left off during the video export process.

Getting started with it is very easy which is one of its biggest strengths. Whether you're joining a call or hosting one, the process feels simple and accessible even for people who aren't very tech-savvy.

Across shopper calls and internal team updates, it has been a very dependable tool. The video quality holds up well even when the internet connection is patchy which is something we run into regularly in our line of work. I also really like the recurring meeting option because it helps me stay organized with weekly client check-ins. Screen sharing runs well too and that is essential when reviewing ad placements and campaign stats with partners.

There are still a few minor issues especially the occasional audio delay which can interrupt the flow of a pitch now and then. On top of that the chat function during calls could use some work since going back through earlier messages without losing your place in the live conversation seems a bit difficult. Lastly for smaller teams, the pricing can feel expensive when not everyone is regularly using all of the available features.

One thing that really makes this platform stand out is being able to share audio without turning on video at the same time which is something I haven't seen offered as well on many other video tools. The spotlight feature is also incredibly useful because I can put myself on the main screen for my students or highlight a student so the rest of the class can focus on them. It works amazingly well for teaching online.

The only thing I'd really want improved is the quality of recorded videos. After downloading them, the video doesn't look nearly as good as it did during the live session.

Working as a Senior Data Analyst, I have gotten a lot of value from the way it brings meetings, team communication and collaboration together in one place. It makes it much easier to walk people through complex findings, share visuals and work with cross-functional teams in real time. Because of that, conversations around data are much more likely to lead to practical action.

Even with all it offers some of the newer collaboration features do take a while to fully learn. On top of that a few of the more advanced capabilities may require additional licensing which can increase costs for larger organizations.

For me this has been a dependable choice for virtual meetings because it's simple to use and consistently reliable. It's quick to join a meeting or set one up as a host and the audio and video quality are usually excellent. I also really value features like screen sharing, meeting recordings and breakout rooms which make it more useful for different types of calls.

A drawback with it is the 40 minute meeting limit on the free plan. It can also be a little difficult for less technical users or people who don't know the platform well to join meetings at times. Some participants end up needing to download the app, allow audio and video permissions or work through security settings before they can get in successfully. Even though those steps are usually manageable, they can still add friction for outside attendees compared with other platforms like Microsoft Teams which can feel more smooth in a browser.

Calls can stay connected for hours and it hardly ever crashes or runs into problems even when my team is spread across different parts of the world.

Something I don't like is that it doesn't switch to gallery view automatically so I can see my whole team on one screen right away.

Has been well worth the cost for our team! We can jump into internal meetings or connect with clients at the same time without any disruption to our service. It's very simple to use, scheduling through the calendar is easy and it syncs well with other tools like Google. We've been using it since 2021 and haven't felt the need to switch!

One limitation is that I can't host multiple meetings at the same time from the same account across different devices.

Gives a lot of flexibility when it comes to customizing meetings and I really appreciate the added security of using passcodes. It's simple to work with, very effective for team collaboration and the customer support has been excellent! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting good value for the cost or hoping to boost productivity in their business.

This has been our go to for team communication and collaboration mainly because it's very user friendly. Getting started doesn't require any training at all which makes adoption quick for everyone. Features such as screen sharing and recording work consistently well and the audio and video quality is excellent :)

There have been a few small glitches after certain updates but nothing major. Aside from that everything works really well and I don't have any real complaints.

It has been simple, helpful and very user friendly to use. The meeting scheduler has honestly been a lifesaver whether I'm planning meetings in advance and sending out links or using the built in self scheduling option. I've taken video calls with people in the same city and with others on different continents and the experience has been equally effective either way. The ability to connect transcription apps is useful too. I only started using it as the host and meeting coordinator in the past month but I've been using it for years to join other people's meetings.

Cons

They keep pushing AI and that gets so annoying. The more basic, non generative AI features like scheduling, automation and transcription work well but the summaries, notes and the "AI companion" feel more like a nuisance than anything helpful.
