“Clear and Reliable, but Heavy on Memory”
Pros
The image quality is excellent, and both video and audio are crystal clear. It works perfectly for everything I need.
Cons
It uses so much memory on both my PC and phone that it slows everything else down. I've had to uninstall it a couple of times because of that.

“A Handy Hub for My Team Collaboration”
Pros
I love that it offers so many features, making it a central hub for our team chats and scheduled meetings.
Cons
The notification system can be annoying. It tries to send alerts to whichever app I'm using, so sometimes I miss them when I'm on the go. Turning it off doesn't always work properly either.

“Flexible for Remote Work”
Pros
Reliable platform that gives me the freedom to work wherever I need, while still helping me provide great care and stay connected.
Cons
It takes a few windows to open before I can actually join a meeting, which slows things down. Also, the new AI window is required to keep the camera screen active, which is inconvenient.

“A Lifesaver During the Pandemic”
Pros
It became a must-have tool for us during the pandemic. We were able to keep offering continuing education classes for our clients thanks to it.
Cons
Sometimes the connection was spotty. Once we had a security issue with a random visitor, but Zoom Tech Support fixed it quickly, and we haven't had problems since.

“Keeping My Team Organized and Connected”
Pros
Zoom makes it so much easier for my team to connect, even across time zones. We use huddle calls, scheduled meetings, and whiteboard brainstorming sessions all the time.
Cons
When storage is nearly full, it takes forever to access older sessions. Also, there's no way to filter which meetings get auto-deleted.

Pros
I love the extra tools and add-ons that help me prepare for meetings and share materials easily.
Cons
More of a suggestion than a complaint, but I wish I could assign people outside my organization as co-hosts, even if they don't have a paid Zoom account.

“Popular, Trusted, and Easy to Use”
Pros
Zoom is hands down the best product. The best part is that so many people already use it, so I never have to worry about compatibility when setting up meetings.
Cons
The app is a bit large, and I'm not sure if they offer a full cloud-based solution.

“Powerful Features and Great Quality”
Pros
The audio and video quality are amazing. The interface is super easy to use, and screensharing works every time with great customization options (tab, window, app, or full screen). Also the chat and annotation features keep everyone engaged, and integration with email and Slack saves me time. and the Privacy features like background blur and pausing video are also great.
Cons
Occasionally, Zoom crashes or takes a while to load. The chat can be distracting and hard to review later, and sometimes content gets lost once the meeting ends.

“Reliable but Pricey for Nonprofits”
Pros
What I really like about Zoom Workplace is that it just works super easy to use for video calls. For my African Leadership Programs, reliable connections are essential, and Zoom rarely lets me down. The screen sharing and breakout rooms are perfect for interactive training sessions. It makes remote communication so much easier.
Cons
My biggest issue is the cost, especially when upgrading to premium features or higher capacity. For a nonprofit like ours, every dollar counts. It can also slow down older computers and use a lot of data, which isn't ideal for all our operations.

“Great for Team Collaboration but Needs Calendar Fix”
Pros
I love how Zoom automatically adjusts bandwidth, so it doesn't matter if participants have different internet strengths. Breakout rooms are great for brainstorming sessions with teams from different departments.
Cons
It often fails to update my external calendar when I set up recurring meetings, which sometimes leads to overlaps or missed updates.

Pros
The best part is how seamlessly it integrates with other apps. I can click on links in my browser, calendar, or Slack and instantly join a Zoom meeting.

“My Go-To App for Online Classes”
Pros
The app is great for video calls. I've used it for online lectures, and it's become my go-to. It's easy to set up, lets me share my screen, and still works well even with weak internet. It has everything I need in a video call app, plus some extra features.
Cons
I honestly don't have complaints, the free version is perfect for my online live classes.
