“consistent”
Pros
Whenever a meeting is on it, I know exactly what to expect. It's consistent, dependable and I never have to second guess how I'm supposed to join or worry about getting access. I can count on it to work every time.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say about it. Since I started using it professionally five years ago, every experience I've had with it has been positive.

“top pick!”
Pros
Between team collaboration, easy usability and solid value for the price, it continues to be the platform I rely on most. It's my go to option when I need detailed meeting transcripts and overall it feels like the most functional video conferencing tool available.
Cons
That said it still has its share of bugs and ongoing issues. It can get laggy at times, customer support isn't always very helpful and there's definitely still plenty of room for improvement in the software.

“useful workshops”
Pros
Most of the time, it simply does the job. Getting into a meeting is very easy and clients rarely have any trouble joining. The video and audio usually stay clear even when my wifi is not the best. Screen sharing happens right away and changing presenters is smooth without any trouble. Breakout rooms are genuinely helpful for workshops and smaller group sessions. The recording feature is useful when I need to revisit something I missed later. Chat and reactions also make meetings feel less stiff and help people participate more.
Cons
A few settings feel tucked away so finding them quickly can be frustrating when you need something in a hurry. The mobile app is missing some desktop features and can feel a bit awkward at times. On older laptops the app can be pretty heavy and may take a while to open or join a meeting. Every now and then I run into echo or lag on unusual networks which means adjusting the audio settings. File sharing in chat is fairly limited especially for larger files or anything meant for long term storage. Webinar pricing and extra add ons can also get expensive if you need the more advanced features.

“reliable calls for work”
Pros
It is mostly used as a communication tool for video meetings and the call quality is generally very good! The platform is fairly easy to use which makes it practical for regular work meetings.
Cons
Something that can be frustrating is that it usually relies on your work email address. A few times I ran into login problems right before a video call started and had to enter my password again which made me miss the beginning of the meeting.

“great screen sharing and calls”
Pros
Getting internal calls set up is easy and sending call invites to people outside the company is just as simple. It works really well for screen sharing too especially when you can choose exactly what you want to show. The background options are a nice touch since you can blur what's behind you or swap in any background you want. There are also plenty of fun features for changing your appearance. Compared with Teams it's much simpler to install and use on a phone.
Cons
You can't simply call someone external directly. You have to email them a link and ask them to join whether by email or phone. Giving someone control of your screen also isn't very accessible and I'd really prefer a clearer way to let me know when my camera is on.

“best one out there”
Pros
Among the video meeting tools I've used, this has been one of the most dependable and consistent for calls. The audio cleanup is especially impressive, blocking out background noise from things like barking dogs and even lawnmowers. I also use its Google Calendar integration all the time since it automatically adds a video meeting link to my invites so people can join right away.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the chat history during meetings. If someone joins after a message has already been posted they can't see it. It would be really helpful if earlier chat messages stayed visible for late joiners since that's often where links and other materials for the call get shared.

Pros

“love the breakout rooms”
Pros
Back when COVID changed the way we worked and trained this quickly became part of my daily routine for both office meetings and online classes. It handled large groups really well with dependable video and clear audio even when a lot of people joined at once. During that time it proved to be a very effective platform for remote work and virtual learning whether for individuals or entire teams. The feature I valued most was breakout rooms since they made team discussions and training sessions much more practical and organized.
Cons
There really are not many downsides but file handling and document collaboration can feel a bit frustrating in this app. Those parts are not as strong or as smooth as what some other companies offer in similar tools.

“So impressive!”
Pros
Even on weaker internet connections, the plaform keeps calls impressively stable. It does a really good job of adjusting the video quality automatically so the audio stays uninterrupted. Another feature I really appreciate is Breakout Rooms since it lets me divide workshops into smaller groups instantly with just one click.
Cons
Occasionally the advanced settings section feels a little intimidating especially for new users. Also local recording can use quite a bit of device resources which may cause other background tasks to slow down slightly.

“good tool for classes and events”
Pros
Between school and work this has been a dependable option for classes, team meetings and virtual events. I use it often and the audio and video quality usually stay very consistent. Joining a meeting through a link is convenient and tools like chat and screen sharing make collaboration better especially for presentations and group projects. Breakout rooms have also been really useful for smaller discussions and I've relied on them quite a bit in both academic and professional settings.
Cons
Small connectivity hiccups arise sometimes especially when several people are sharing screens or using video at once. The interface can also feel a little overwhelming because of how many features are packed into it particularly for someone who is new to the platform.

Pros
It consistently works without any issues, offers plenty of features that fit classroom use and also works really well for professional meetings.

“has been great”
Pros
After using this option mostly for meetings for a long time, we recently moved our phone system over to it too and that change has been really nice. Now I don't have to miss calls when I'm away from my desk because they come straight to my cellphone through the app. The narration and subtitle features are also something I really appreciate.
Cons
I'm not a fan of having to update my hours every week since my schedule changes a lot. Because of that I still sometimes get calls outside my working hours instead of them going directly to voicemail.

“simple to schedule sessions”
Pros
Working in building construction, we've been using this software for nearly all of our daily meetings since around 2000. The platform makes it simple to schedule sessions, sign in and bring additional members into the meeting without much trouble.
Cons
Sometimes it can be hard to clearly hear what others are saying. Calls also occasionally drop in the middle of a meeting which can end up forcing us to reschedule.

Pros

“go to platform”
Pros
Its been my go to platform for scheduling meetings and staying connected. It offers all the features I need and everything is very user friendly. The video calling feature is something I rely on every single day in my role.
Cons
Every now and then the platform does something odd although that may be due to user error. On occasion meetings I've scheduled end up showing a different host.
