Right from the start, it has delivered high quality 3D video conferencing along with reliable web and audio VoIP calling. The settings and plugins are easy so just about anyone can get things up and running without much trouble. I also appreciate the availability of ready made blocks in the custom LMS which makes 'drag and drop' work and rich text editing much more convenient. On top of that it's lightweight so integrating it with other IT tools has been simple and efficient :)

It has genuinely helped improve my growing business so I honestly don't have any regrets to mention.

It's really convenient to bring a whole class, work team, coworkers or even your boss into one chat room without anyone having to leave home or travel to a building where some people might not even show up. Joining is easy too especially since you can hop on right from your phone.

Setting up meetings in this solution is fast and easy and the Google Calendar integration fits in really well with my workflow. It has been incredibly valuable for my career because it allows me to stay connected with international teams virtually without any trouble. The in-meeting chat is also very useful since I can share links right there during the call instead of relying on a separate third party tool.

In our business using the free version helps cut operating costs but the 40 minute meeting limit is the trade off. Once the timer runs out everyone gets removed from the call. We can work around it by rejoining with the same link or creating a new meeting but it still feels like an unnecessary interruption and can make us appear unprofessional. If the platform already allows people to rejoin and effectively reset the session, it would make more sense to extend the limit to at least an hour or remove it altogether.

Pros

The ability to run untimed sessions, take notes during meetings and use the recording feature makes it really useful.

There are a bit too many toolbars on the screen and having to close them can feel unnecessary.

Running my business remotely has become much more manageable. It lets me video call my employees whenever it works for my schedule and I can personally see how things are going. I'm also able to livestream to my customers and sell my products online which has been really valuable for my business.

Bringing people together from different locations feels really easy and that flexibility is one of its biggest advantages. It combines messaging, file sharing and virtual meetings in a single platform so keeping communication and collaboration in one place is much more convenient.

Every now and then it runs into technical hiccups especially during busy times, with lag or connection problems that can interrupt meetings. The interface can also feel a bit crowded for someone new to the platform and it tends to use a lot of system resources which may slow down older computers.
