“Productive meetings”
Pros
Calls connect quickly and clearly, the productivity features are really useful and the platform feels very user friendly. It also links effortlessly with other tools and platforms which makes everything more convenient.
Cons
The initial setup can be a little confusing and somewhat disruptive when joining or hosting a first-time meeting.

“reliable meetings for every age”
Pros
Running several meetings every week with people across different age groups, I've noticed that this is very easy to use. My customers rarely run into problems figuring it out which makes meetings much easier to get going.
Cons
It tends to use more data than some other platforms. If a customer has a slower internet connection, they can run into issues during the meeting.

“great fit for remote teamwork”
Pros
As our business became more dynamic, we needed a reliable digital communication platform and choosing this solution turned out to be an excellent decision right from the start! The onboarding process was easy and we quickly connected it to our existing infrastructure because it integrates well with many of the tools we already use. It has become an essential part of our daily operations. It allows us to collaborate effectively no matter where people are located and keeps everyone connected while working remotely. It has gone a step further by adding AI features that we've been able to make good use of. Remote communication is much more convenient with HD video, audio conferencing, virtual meeting rooms and collaboration features like real-time chat and document sharing. We can use it across different devices and operating systems which makes it even more practical. It remains our preferred option because it supports our large workforce and even works well when clients join in. The meeting summaries and action items are especially helpful since they make follow-up much simpler without needing to take manual notes. Other than that I really appreciate the advanced security which does a strong job of protecting invitees' personal data as well as our company's sensitive information.
Cons
Haven't come across any setbacks for now.

“everything in one place”
Pros
Having everything in one place has really simplified how we handle online meetings especially with its HD video calls performing well on a stable internet connection.
Cons
The premium plan is definitely on the expensive side although the value and impact it brings to my organization make it worth paying for.

“Amazing tool!”
Pros
Handling calls throughout the day as a receptionist is very convenient! I can choose whether to route someone to an extension or a cell phone and if I already know they're unavailable, I can send the call straight to voicemail. It also lets us build multiple call queues which is really helpful for setting up a customized chain of command. If one person misses the call, it automatically rolls over to the next person. Also the original person can still see that the call was missed where it came from and who ultimately picked it up which makes follow-up much simpler when needed.
Cons
After moving over from Webex/Cisco, I did run into a couple of minor inconveniences. My Cisco headset doesn't work with this platform so instead of answering by picking up the headset like I would a receiver, I have to click on the screen to take the call. I assume that could be fixed by using a different device but it hasn't been enough of an issue for me to bother changing anything yet. It does at least offer a smaller customizable pop-up window that can be placed anywhere on the screen which helps make answering calls more convenient. The other thing is that the chat/SMS feature feels less convenient by comparison since it sits in a separate tab so using both messaging and phone features all day means switching back and forth between tabs.

“Trouble free meetings”
Pros
Meetings have been consistently trouble free for us. Unlike Teams, Meet and some other platforms where someone often runs into trouble joining, that just hasn't been an issue here. It's easy, accessible and works well no matter what platform people are using.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. It just works.

“remote work lifeline!”
Pros
After moving away from my hometown in 2021, this platform played a big part in helping me keep working as a freelance video editor and project manager without interrupting service for my clients. It also became especially valuable during and after the pandemic since I could still record content and conduct interviews without needing to be physically in the same room as the other person.
Cons
A few features are still pretty confusing and not all that user friendly. For instance, when I was working with teams on podcast-style interviews involving several people, we had to spend time figuring out how each person could record a separate stream instead of ending up with just the gallery view. We needed those individual recordings so we could edit everything later in a multicam format. It took research, testing and some trial and error because the setup was not very accessible.

“clean design for web meetings”
Pros
Using this platform for web conferences has been a really pleasant experience. It feels polished, runs very smoothly and the overall visual design is appealing. The color scheme looks well thought out and the layout makes everything feel organized and comfortable to use.
Cons
The number of gesture emojis and the amount of space available in the chat feels limited. There are also times when the video becomes pixelated or the screen goes blank during technical issues. I really wish there were some kind of workaround, like showing a smaller video feed with audio while the system reloads, almost like a lighter version of the main screen.

Pros
Comes with a lot of features that really appeal to my younger students and the platform is very simple to figure out.
Cons
At the same time the platform doesn't feel like a very reliable conferencing platform. The picture quality isn't good and I also don't like how often it glitches.

“perfect for meetings”
Pros
Feels very accessible to use and comes packed with really useful features like breakout rooms, polling and professional-looking virtual backgrounds. Being able to upload custom backgrounds is especially important in my consulting work because I can customize how I present myself. The whiteboard is excellent for collaboration and works without any issues. I also appreciate the ability to mute and unmute specific participants during meetings. Another thing that works really well is the messaging feature since you can chat with participants before the meeting begins, message the whole group or individuals and continue chatting during the meeting. It also includes closed captions and translation tools which adds even more value.
Cons
One drawback is that it used to be free like a lot of tech tools but now it requires payment.

“Everything you need”
Pros
I really appreciate how flexible the platform is when it comes to bringing video calls, shared chat and collaboration tools together in one place which makes meetings feel much more productive and dynamic.
Cons
Quite often, right before a call is about to start, it decides to update unnecessarily and replace the previous client which ends up causing some delay.

“Core part of my job”
Pros
I don't know what I'd do without this tool! It's become a core part of my job because it lets me stay connected with employees across the country. Working remotely, it really helps to still have that face-to-face interaction instead of everything feeling distant. The newer update with screen interactions is a fun touch and the whiteboards have opened up a lot of new possibilities too.
Cons
My only real complaint is that when some people join, their name shows up as something like "iPhone 15." I realize that's probably more about the user than the platform but it would be helpful if it required people to enter an actual name before joining.
