“been using for a while”
Pros
I've been using it since my previous organization and the part I appreciate most is how it brings file sharing, team collaboration and web conferencing together in one place.
Cons
That said the free version is missing some of the features that are included in the premium plan.

“handy add ons”
Pros
Has been a really useful conferencing platform for me especially with the wide range of add ons it offers. It covers the essentials well and gives extra options that make meetings more flexible and productive.
Cons
One thing that still needs work is the 'AI' meeting summary feature since it isn't always very accurate at the moment.

“Works across multiple devices”
Pros
Jumping into or starting a meeting with just one click makes scheduling and attending much more convenient. The screen-sharing feature is also very useful since it lets people present slides, documents or apps live and makes collaboration easier during calls. It works across multiple devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones which gives users a lot of flexibility when they're away from their usual setup. It also supports one-on-one meetings, webinars, group conferences and training sessions so it covers a wide range of communication needs.
Cons
Resource usage, security concerns, pricing and a few performance or feature-related issues can sometimes impact the overall user experience. That said the platform keeps developing and improving its features to tackle these challenges and better meet user needs.

“clear and professional conversations”
Pros
Traditional conference setups have basically been replaced for me by this platform since online meetings are much more practical and the DOLBY audio along with the HD video quality really make conversations feel clear and professional.
Cons
Over the past three years of using this platform every single day across the three companies I currently work with, it has not given me any errors at all.

“reliable meetings every time”
Pros
Across every department in our organization, it has become the go-to tool! It lets me schedule and join online meetings in just a few clicks which makes staying connected really convenient.
Cons
After using it for more than five years I haven't run into any issues and I haven't heard any complaints from my colleagues either.

“love the recordings”
Pros
Being able to schedule a meeting whenever I need to or join one on the spot has been really convenient and having the option to record sessions and save those recordings is something I really appreciate.
Cons
It does still freeze once in a while which can be frustrating but it happens much less than it used to at the beginning. It's definitely improved a lot.

“cloud storage stands out”

I really appreciate the meeting recording option along with the cloud storage feature.

Would be better if they added more features and loosened the file-sharing limitations. At times, finding the right file can be pretty difficult.

“Limited integrations”
Pros
Setting up a quick meeting with it is pretty easy and it's simple to use and share when you need to communicate fast.
Cons
It does fall short when it comes to integrating with certain other applications and it's missing some AI features that competing platforms already offer.

“best option!”
Pros
Whenever I need to set up a quick meeting, this is usually the best option to use. It also offers some really impressive features that make interactive sessions much more engaging.
Cons
At times the app takes a while to load and that can end up delaying the meeting.

“staying connected worldwide”
Pros
Being able to meet virtually with both my family and clients across the world is something I really appreciate. It makes everything feel more connected and keeps the people in my life within reach no matter where they are.
Cons
I've run into technical issues where people on the call couldn't hear me even though the audio test showed my microphone was working properly. It doesn't happen very often but it's definitely frustrating when it does.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Right from the start it feels very easy to use and the layout is simple enough that everything makes sense without much effort. The pricing is quite affordable and it's also not a bulky program that drags down your computer while it's running.
Cons
This isn't really a flaw with the platform itself but it becomes almost unusable if your internet connection is poor. You really need a strong, stable connection to make sure calls and features work properly without interruptions.

“Has a lot of problems”
Pros
When I first started using it back in 2020, the experience was positive. In 2024 though, the platform has become noticeably worse.
Cons
This year there have been a lot of issues joining meeting links and clients are also having trouble getting in without trouble. On top of that, I haven't been able to present slides lately. I've been trying to cancel since April but the process is made as difficult as possible and the automatic renewal makes the whole situation even worse.

“simple to work with”
Pros
Getting started with it is simple and it helps that almost everyone already knows how to use it. Creating meetings takes very little effort and connecting it with tools like Google Calendar and TidyCal has been easy. They've also rolled out some genuinely useful additions recently such as gesture reactions and AI-generated summaries.
Cons
Biggest setback is the cost for small business owners. I do value that there's a free plan but the 40 minute meeting cap feels intentionally too short when most meetings run about an hour which pushes people toward a paid subscription. Google Meet gives a full hour on its free plan so I end up using that more often.

“offers calendar sync”
Pros
With one click it connects to my work calendar and I can set up meetings quickly while also choosing how often they repeat.
Cons
It works really well and I haven't come across another app that gives quite the same experience. The only downside is that the background image options are limited to just a small selection.

“has virtual backgrounds”
Pros
Gives me a really convenient way to talk and communicate during conversations while still being able to type in the chat at the same time and I also appreciate the option to mute background noise. Another feature I enjoy is being able to add a picture as the background so if there's anything in the room behind me, it can be replaced with a virtual backdrop.
Cons
I don't really have anything I dislike about this software.

“All in one business communication”
Pros
Feels much more focused and organized for business use now. It's no longer limited to video meetings which I really appreciate. Having chat, meetings, phone, scheduling and other tools all in one platform makes it a lot more useful overall.
Cons
At this point I'm still learning my way around the platform and getting familiar with everything so I don't really have any specific complaints to mention yet.
