“meeting cutoff was frustrating”

Pros

During the Corona period, the direct calling feature in meetings was something I really appreciated. It came in very handy.

Cons

The time limit bothered me. Once the scheduled time ran out, the meeting had to be ended and everyone was forced out which was a frustrating downside.

A lot of my clients really value this platform because it's easy to use, offers simple communication tools and includes helpful collaboration features.

Cons

Biggest downside for us has been the customer support which hasn't been as responsive or helpful as we'd like, along with occasional glitches. We've also heard from some clients that getting the platform set up can be confusing.

Pros

Setting up and running virtual meetings is really easy even when the group includes all kinds of different people.

Cons

There are barely any downsides. The only thing that comes to mind is that you need a paid subscription if you want to host larger meetings.

Presenting through the platform felt very easy and my colleagues were able to share really useful feedback during the session.

At times the audio lagged a bit which made parts of the conversation mildly confusing.

Among web conferencing tools, this stands out for having one of the strongest feature sets available. It makes audio and video conferencing really simple and convenient to use.

I use it every day and I hardly ever run into any issues.

Pros

Being able to create an ID and share that with people instead of sending a new link every time makes recurring meetings much more consistent and convenient. It saves time and makes joining frequent meetings a lot more easy without having to generate a fresh link for each session.

Cons

The free plan limits each meeting to 40 minutes which can be restrictive.

The layout is simple to move around and the video and audio come through clearly during calls.

Issue is the connection can be pretty slow and it sometimes takes a while to load.

It delivers HD video and clear Dolby voice quality during conferences. The mobile app also makes it convenient to schedule, join and attend meetings from anywhere while I'm on the go.

On the rare occasion that I run into a bug, it usually gets fixed within an hour and doesn't last long.

Being able to connect and work with a lot of people in different locations across the country has been a big advantage.

Recent updates along with changes in iOS, have stopped my NDI camera from working as a video input in the platform.

Pros

One feature I really appreciate is remote control because it lets the other person work directly on a document open on my computer. Since I use this platform for teaching, that's incredibly helpful. I also enjoy using the whiteboard and overall the platform gives me all the features I need.

Cons

There are still a few annoying issues, mostly around the whiteboard. At times, every whiteboard gets saved automatically which leaves me with far too many saved boards that I then have to delete. I do want to keep certain whiteboards that I prepared specifically for my students, just not every single one. It would also help to have a bit more guidance on the different whiteboard functions. Another problem is that the platform sometimes shows "No meetings" when I open it even though I have regular meetings scheduled. After I refresh, they appear. Also we use it for team meetings as well and I receive the meeting link by email. I haven't been able to figure out how to save that link inside the platform so I don't have to go back to the email each time.

Pretty much everyone already knows how to use the platform and it works well with ticketed events and client calendars which makes it really useful for service-based businesses.

Having an AI powered workspace where I can chat and handle emails and documents all in one place is really convenient.

AI side is a bit of a love-hate thing for me right now and I still feel pretty conflicted about it.

Being able to use it without any trouble is something I really appreciate and it makes everything a lot more convenient. One of the best parts is being able to actually see the person I'm talking to which makes conversations feel much better.

The only issue I've noticed is that the connection can occasionally cut in and out.

Right from the start it has been very simple to use and the audio and video quality it delivers is excellent. It also connects really well with productivity tools like Google Calendar, Outlook and Slack which makes it even more useful and efficient for daily work.

Cons

Keep in mind that the quality of video calls depends heavily on the speed and stability of the internet connection.

Pros

Makes virtual meetings really productive and keeps engagement, sharing, communication and collaboration flowing well. It feels like one of the best tools in its class and it's very simple to use while also being reliable for staying connected remotely.

Cons

A problem I've run into: when the internet connection is weak since that affects engagement and can slow productivity. That's really my only complaint with it.
