Pros

One thing I really appreciate about it is the iOS mobile app which lets me join conferences on the go using the internet.

Pros

Ever since COVID-19 this has been a reliable way for me to meet with coworkers in different regions even when we're not in the same place. It makes working on projects together much more convenient and setting up private meetings is very simple and practical.

Cons

It has been working very well for me overall and I'm genuinely satisfied with it. The one thing I'd still like to see improved is the image quality since better video clarity would make the experience even better.

Pros

Having everything for communication and collaboration in one place is what I appreciate most about the platform. Scheduling meetings and joining them is very easy and the interface feels accessible enough that anyone on the team can use it without any difficulty. The video and audio quality stay consistently strong even during larger meetings which makes conversations clear and productive. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, virtual backgrounds and meeting recordings also add a lot of value by improving productivity and making virtual work much easier to handle. On top of that it has been reliable and well supported which has made it an essential part of our team's daily work.

Cons

A limitation with it is that it still doesn't allow users to send text messages directly inside the platform. From what I understand though, this is something currently being developed.

Pros

Using this platform feels very easy thanks to its clean layout and simple design. Features such as virtual backgrounds and screen sharing usually run without much interruption. It also integrates nicely with tools which helps teams collaborate in a practical and efficient way. The overall feature set does a solid job of keeping people connected and productive especially during remote work. On top of that customer support responds quickly when needed.

Cons

Issue is that both the free and paid versions still place limits on how many participants can join. Even though it includes plenty of features and generally performs well on weaker internet connections, there are times when video lag or other disturbances still happen.

Being able to work remotely with colleagues is a real advantage and makes collaboration much more practical.

The meeting time limit could be extended for users on the basic plan.

One feature that really adds value is Breakout Rooms. It lets the host split participants into smaller groups for workshops, focused discussions or brainstorming without leaving the main meeting. That setup makes collaboration better, gives the session a more customized feel and adds a lot of flexibility.

Something that feels missing is when calling someone, there should be a buzzing or ringing sound.

Being able to join a meeting right from my living room is a huge plus. I really enjoy the features it offers and the whole platform is very simple to figure out. It feels accessible and pretty much explains itself as you use it.

During seminars on topics like AI there's no clear response to questions about whether educational accounts are excluded from accessing that feature.

Pros

Moving around the platform felt very natural and that was the biggest plus for me! It is accessible so even people who aren't especially tech-savvy can join meetings and work with others without much effort. That kind of accessibility really helps keep team communication smooth and efficient.

Cons

File management is where it feels a bit lacking. You can share files while screen sharing but there's no built in way to upload and store files directly on the platform. It's only a small inconvenience but it can become noticeable if your workflow depends a lot on collaborative document editing or quick access to shared files.

Remote work is a core part of how we operate and this solution has become essential for keeping everything moving. The chat and screen-sharing tools are incredibly helpful and we haven't run into any issues with the video or audio quality. Quite honestly, our team couldn't do this work without this platform.

Cons

The chat experience needs to be updated since conversations can sometimes turn into long, complicated threads. I may end up trying the AI Companion to help with that.

Has been a real game changer for virtual meetings and remote work! The video and audio quality are excellent and the interface feels accessible to use. It comes with all the essential features you'd expect including screen sharing, virtual backgrounds and file sharing. Scheduling meetings with both internal teams and external participants is also very convenient.

Cons

A limitation is that the free plan only allows meetings up to 40 minutes so upgrading is worth considering if you need longer sessions.

Pros

No matter where people are joining from the platform makes it feel like everyone is together in the same room. It also helps get information out quickly without unnecessary delays and having the option to record meetings is a big plus.

Cons

One setback is that recording isn't available on the free plan and the lower-tier packages also come with limited storage capacity.

Pros

Scheduling and starting meetings in the platform has always felt very simple and easy to me especially because I can set things up around exactly what I need, from the meeting duration to the way I want the agenda organized. Another thing I really appreciate is its ability to accommodate a large number of participants in a single session without limits, interruptions or technical hiccups. Other than that the audio and video quality are consistently excellent and even when meetings are recorded for future reference, everything still comes through clearly and is easy to understand.

I have no real complaints. I have been using this platform for nearly a decade and the number of issues I have run into has been extremely low.

Pros

Has been especially valuable for staying connected with teammates and clients remotely. The convenience of virtual meetings, the screen sharing function and the overall user friendly interface are the parts I appreciate most and they all work together really well.

Cons

There are still a few downsides, like occasional technical glitches, connectivity problems and the fatigue that can come with spending too much time in long video meetings.
