“Encourages global teamwork”
Pros
This has been a really flexible and user friendly video conferencing tool for scheduling meetings, managing calendars and keeping teams connected virtually so work gets done efficiently. The screen sharing feature is especially useful because it lets us view a teammate's screen and discuss things in real time. Being able to collaborate with people from different parts of the world makes daily work much more efficient. It's also helpful that meetings can be recorded and watched later whenever we need to refer back to them.
Cons
There are times when the call quality dips which can be frustrating during important conversations. The voice echo issue also makes it harder to follow along with the team on calls. Sometimes even after giving team members host rights or permission to remotely control my screen, the access does not go through and I have to grant it again. I also have a few security concerns when using the platform to discuss or share sensitive information.

“The best workplace for virtual communication and collaboration.”
Pros
Zoom Workplace impresses me with its ease and simplicity in scheduling and launching meetings according to my specific requirements, including meeting duration and agenda. It can accommodate a large number of participants without any limitations or disruptions. The audio and video quality is exceptional, ensuring clear and articulate recordings for future reference.
Cons
No issues so far. I've been a satisfied user of this platform for almost a decade, and the number of issues I've encountered are not alarming.

“handy integrations across tools”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with other productivity platforms like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Slack and different learning management systems. Having those integrations in place makes workflows more organized and helps teams work more efficiently.
Cons
From an admin perspective, I'm not a fan of things like added GIFs, memes and similar features. A change I keep wishing for is having new features released as disabled by default, with admin controls available right away so each organization can decide whether to turn them on. Usually it happens the other way around, where features go live first without any admin control and by the time the option to disable them appears later, users have already started relying on them.

“real-time collaboration benefits”
Pros
Using this platform (especially the real-time chat feature) has noticeably improved how VMT operates across the board. It helps Viral Marketing Trends communicate with clients more efficiently by making feedback instant and approvals much faster. That kind of quick response is really important for staying aligned with client objectives and reacting promptly to changing market trends. The chat function also supports stronger collaboration among VMT teams and with clients making brainstorming more fluid and resource sharing much more efficient.
Cons
Another valuable part is being able to send timely updates and manage campaigns as things happen which allows VMT to track performance closely and make adjustments right away when needed. During urgent situations or crises, instant communication makes it easier to resolve issues quickly and limit potential damage which helps preserve client trust and campaign quality. The direct and personalized nature of real-time chat also helps build stronger client relationships and keeps clients more engaged in the overall marketing process.

“Approachable and has room to grow”
Pros
Is quite user friendly and approachable and I'd still love to see more built-in features like a calendar, calculator, alarm and memo tools. It would also help a lot to have folders or group spaces where everyone included can access shared data or chats especially for collecting information or catching up on important details they may have missed during a meeting.
Cons
One issue that comes up is background voices or noise when someone accidentally turns on their mic during a meeting. It would be much better if microphone use had both permission controls and notifications so users could decide whether to allow someone to speak or be heard which would help avoid interruptions during meetings.

“poor support and dropped calls”
Pros
It helps that this is a widely used and familiar video meeting platform so clients and other participants already know it and generally feel comfortable using it from a security standpoint.
Cons
Dealing with customer service and sales support has been extremely frustrating. Whenever you call either the customer support line or the sales number, there's usually a 5 to 10 minute wait and after holding that long the call often gets disconnected. Even when you do reach someone, the representative may suddenly drop the call while you're speaking. Email support hasn't been helpful either because you're basically left waiting and hoping they decide to respond. That's especially disappointing considering we're already an existing customer on a business plan.

“hand-raising keeps class focused”
Pros
Teaching with this tool works really well because I can mute all of my students at once when class starts getting noisy. That matters a lot with kids since they constantly need reminders to stay quiet. I also appreciate that they can use the raise hand feature when they want to ask something and then I can choose when to call on them and answer.
Cons
There were times when it would freeze during a lesson although that may have been caused by my internet connection not being stable.

“Packed with features”
Pros
Right away the biggest advantage is the user friendly interface. Setting it up is much simpler compared with other similar apps and the accessibility feels much better too which makes it practical for people of all age groups. The pricing is also reasonably fair. Being able to video chat and send messages at the same time is another really valuable feature that makes it even more useful.
Cons
I ran into a few connectivity problems, including audio and video lag, dropped calls and screen freezing which interrupted the flow of meetings and lowered productivity.

“Has everything in one place”
Pros
Having chat, phone, video and email all in one place makes it really convenient. Moving between different communication and collaboration tools feels smooth which helps cut down on silos and keeps workflows more organized and efficient.
Cons
There is some difficulty at the beginning especially when getting used to new collaboration tools. It has a lot of powerful features but it can take some time to become comfortable with the interface and understand how everything works.

“excellent for large meetings”
Pros
Can handle up to 1000 participants which is a big reason I see it as one of the best web conferencing platforms out there.

“flexible meetings but unstable audio”
Pros
Works well for me because it's flexible, simple to use and user friendly overall. Pretty much anyone can jump in and use it for meetings or conferences without much trouble.
Cons
One issue I've had is that the app sometimes closes in the middle of a meeting which interrupts the session. On top of that, the audio often crashes too and that makes the experience frustrating.

“our fundraising lifeline”
Pros
With how dependent the fundraising industry is on face-to-face interaction, our company probably would not have made it through the Covid years without this platform. Even now that Covid is behind us, it's still the tool we rely on to stay connected with fundraising participants across the country.
Cons

“screen sharing that works!”
Pros
Being able to share my screen is probably the biggest advantage especially when collaborating live and creating graphics together during a call. If I had the option to work entirely through the platform, I honestly would because it makes everything feel that simple. I also really appreciate the privacy side of it since I don't need to give out my personal cell phone number the way I would with Facetime.

I really don't have any complaints. It works reliably and hasn't caused me any problems.
