“simple for everyone”

It's very easy to use and pretty much anyone can get the hang of it without much effort.

The video and audio quality are really good and the reference code makes the platform very convenient to use.

There are occasional sudden connection drops and sometimes I have to sign in again.

Pros

Working virtually has become much more convenient with this platform. I can connect with anyone right away at any time and setting up meetings is very simple. Communication across the company feels much more manageable now. It's an ideal tool for employees working from home especially with features like virtual offices and breakout rooms. I can also get assistance from others or remotely access someone else's PC when needed which makes collaboration even better.

Cons

Sometimes the screen behavior can be annoying. It suddenly pulls me back to the meeting page when someone joins which can be distracting.

“pricing and privacy concerns”

Pros

Gives you a dependable and polished video conferencing experience so staying connected with coworkers, clients or friends from anywhere feels pretty effortless. The layout is easy and simple to figure out and tools such as screen sharing, virtual backgrounds and breakout rooms make meetings more collaborative and engaging. On top of that, calendar integration and mobile access add a lot of convenience and flexibility when it comes to scheduling and joining meetings while away from your desk.

Cons

Pricing can be frustrating particularly for bigger organizations or teams that need extras like cloud storage and webinar functions. And although its security has gotten better over time, there are still occasional concerns around privacy and data encryption that could make some users think twice.

“easy to use”

Pros

Using this platform feels very easy and user friendly! The way the features are laid out is so clear that I never needed to look up tutorials to figure anything out. The filter options are especially convenient and being able to use a custom filter makes the experience even more attractive. It also connects well with other apps and syncing tools like Gmail Calendar with this one is quite convenient.

Cons

The chat saving feature raises concern especially since chats are saved by default and can later be accessed by the host. That can create problems for several reasons and comes very close to being a privacy issue particularly during teaching sessions with hundreds of students. A lot of users are probably unaware this happens so they may take part in conversations assuming they are private when they are not since a copy is automatically saved and available to the host. The platform could definitely be more transparent about this.

“larger groups can be accommodated”

Pros

Has worked well for our meetings and training sessions because it supports a solid number of participants in one room. Being able to share information with everyone at the same time is really valuable and makes group communication much more effective.

Cons

Pricing model is the part we like least about this platform. Keeping the service on a paid plan becomes too expensive which makes it hard to continue using over time.

Pros

Really stands out to me for its teleconferencing features and breakout rooms and that's a big part of what makes it better than other platforms.

Cons

One part I enjoy the least is the hosting and permission settings. It can be pretty confusing and difficult to switch the host role or give other people permission to share.

Even though the interface is very user friendly, the free version comes with a meeting time limit and that gets a bit frustrating during longer discussions.

Using it feels easy and the video and audio quality are consistently high. It lets you invite others to manage screens without any trouble. It also works across different platforms and comes with excellent visual effects.

“dynamic screen sharing and recording”

Pros

Standout features for me are the screen recording and screen sharing tools. I create a lot of tutorials so being able to record sessions is really useful and I also share those recordings with coworkers. During video presentations, the screen share feature helps me present things in a much more dynamic way so everyone can follow along clearly.

Cons

It works really well overall but if I had to point out one feature I'm least impressed with, it would be the chat. It feels a little outdated visually and I'm not able to send multimedia messages there which would actually be very helpful in some meetings.

Audio and video quality are excellent, screen sharing loads very quickly and the platform is simple to use overall.

Cons

The downside is the cost: it's on the expensive side and you definitely pay a premium for those top-tier connections.

The download process was simple, the step-by-step guidance was clear and most importantly, it's very user friendly.

It lets us handle video calls and online meetings both within the company and with clients. One of the biggest advantages is how simple it is to use, along with the wide range of features such as screen sharing, built-in chat and the option to blur or customize the background. It also integrates with Outlook which is very useful for scheduling meetings and managing the call calendar.

I haven't run into any significant issues.

Right from the start, the biggest reason we chose this product was how simple it is for end users to work with. It has also kept getting better over time, with improvements and new features being added every month without any extra charge.

Cons

Certain 'Rooms' configurations can be a bit tricky if you do not have much experience but customer support was helpful and guided us through the small issues we ran into.

“Better than the rest”

Pros

The audio quality and overall sound come across as better than with other apps. It also connects to Bluetooth devices more easily than many other apps which makes using it a lot more convenient.

Cons

I'd like to see a wider selection of backgrounds added. It would also be helpful if the app included a feature to create business-use backgrounds directly in the app since that would make it easier for companies to adopt.

Pros

Has a very user friendly interface and its dependable video conferencing features made remote collaboration feel smooth. It really helped support clear communication and effective teamwork in virtual settings.

Cons

Even though it's reliable most of the time, it did have the occasional technical issue, like audio lag or connection dropouts and that could interrupt the flow of virtual meetings.

Pros

Using this platform has been really easy! It works well for streaming to Facebook or Youtube, recording lessons and handling online appointments or coaching calls. I also really appreciate having the option to save recordings to the cloud.

Cons

Webinar feature feels overpriced. There have also been times when the app crashed unexpectedly and the video quality can occasionally get a little fuzzy.

“Love the whiteboard feature”

Pros

The shared whiteboard feature is excellent and the wide variety of templates available really helps make remote explanations much clearer and more effective.

Cons

The free version is fairly limited especially with the 40 minute cap on each conference.

“great for virtual collaboration”

Pros

Working from home has made this a big part of my daily routine and it's been excellent for virtual meetings and teamwork. The platform is simple to figure out, the audio and video quality are excellent and the screen sharing feature works incredibly well.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the Q&A panel. It would be much better if it opened in a way that still lets you view the full screen, like having it appear as a side panel option.

“indispensable for remote meetings”

Pros

Became widely known during the pandemic and was truly essential especially for remote work. It was particularly helpful for people with less experience because it's incredibly simple to use. I personally used it for meetings and training courses and I still use it now because it's extremely convenient.

Cons

I don't have any negative feedback. In my opinion, it's perfect.
