“perfect for customer calls”
Pros
Working in sales I use this every day for customer calls. It lets me share my screen without any trouble so I can walk clients through a demo or present our pitch deck during the meeting. I've honestly never run into issues with it. The app is easy to use and it also connects well with other tools like Salesforce which makes it really practical. Because of that, we can create meeting links directly in the CRM and have them automatically linked and sent out through the platform.
Cons
A few years ago this platform felt far ahead of everyone else. These days though, it seems more like it has caught up to the rest rather than staying clearly ahead.

“Love it!”

It's really good, very simple to use and I genuinely enjoy using it.
Cons
It doesn't completely amaze me but I'd still recommend it because it's really good.

“Fits well for teaching”
Pros
Using this app on mobile feels very convenient because the features I need are simple to access and I can use all of them without paying. It has made connecting with my students much more comfortable and practical.
Cons
The only issue is that the free live meeting time is limited to 40 minutes so I have to set up new meetings quite often. That limitation is still there if you stay on the free plan although starting a new meeting is quick and accessible.

“popular platform”
Pros
Is very easy to use and since pretty much everyone already knows it, setting up meetings and getting people to join is never really a trouble. It also works really well for screen sharing.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike about it. If I could change one thing, I'd want the chat messages to appear more clearly during meetings so they don't get buried while everything is going on.

“flexible meetings anywhere”
Pros
One thing that really works well with it is that it's free to use and available to download on both PC and mobile. It's also widely used in schools and offices especially when in-person meetings aren't possible.
Cons
My biggest issue with the platform is that meetings sometimes crash or stop responding right in the middle of a call. This usually happens when the host shares a video or another heavy file. I've tried a few different fixes and some of them did help.

“no effort needed”
Pros
Right away it feels clean and accessible so scheduling, joining and hosting meetings doesn't take much effort. The interface is easy to move around and one feature I really appreciate is the crystal-clear audio paired with high-definition video which makes the overall meeting experience much better.
Cons
It does include a free plan with 40 minute meetings but it may not be the most budget friendly choice for businesses that need to host lots of participants. Once you start adding extra features and add ons, the cost can climb and feel a bit expensive for certain use cases.

“kept things organized for me”
Pros
Setting up meetings, dialing in and running remote calls through the platform is really easy. In a fully remote work environment, it has consistently helped keep everything running without disruption. Features like breakout rooms, screen sharing and whiteboards are especially important for how my team collaborates.
Cons
An area that can be frustrating is changing the meeting owner or trying to claim host rights since it can get confusing and sometimes results in people being locked out of rooms. It would also help to have a clearer way to track attendance for recurring calls. On top of that, it pushes frequent updates and those can occasionally slow down the process of joining a meeting.

“solid quality”
Pros
It’s super easy.... one click and you’re connected! The recording feature is great for capturing training sessions and the breakout rooms make it so much easier to split into smaller groups when needed
Cons
One limitation is that the free plan only gives you 40 minutes so if you need longer meetings, upgrading to a paid subscription makes more sense. It works well if your main need is online meetings but if you're looking for a broader set of tools, options like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace offer a more complete suite at a similar price point.

“best fit across devices”
Pros
It's pretty obvious why the platform came out ahead during the pandemic. The audio and video are usually smooth and the platform feels very user friendly overall. We were using BlueJeans before this really took off and honestly I prefer this platform. I also spend a lot of time on Teams and Google Meet and still this tends to work the best for me. It runs reliably on both my Mac and my Android phone.
Cons
Sometimes it's a little tricky to locate the right buttons for things like mute, opening the chat or raising your hand. That part of the interface could definitely be improved.

“Market leader”
Pros
Can be integrated into almost any calendar or scheduling tool for booking appointments. The recording feature is also really useful when you want to rewatch a call later. Also the apps feature for adding extra third-party tools is a very cool addition. And when I'm out and about, being able to join meetings from anywhere through the mobile app is a big plus.
Cons
Something that still feels a bit confusing at times is that it sometimes opens in the desktop app installed on the computer while other times you need to be logged in directly on the website to get into the meeting. That part could definitely be handled better.

“Works perfectly”
Pros
Something that really works well is how simple it is for people of all ages to use. It also comes with plenty of options during a meeting so many in fact, that it's hard to list them all and those features are genuinely helpful.
Cons
The chat system still doesn't feel developed enough. During meetings, it can be hard to follow and understand the order of messages.

Pros
Delivers very solid service and is one of the leading online virtual communication tools. With this software, you get access to useful features like video conferencing, meetings and webinars.

Issue is that it uses a lot of mobile data even though it still remains one of the better software options available.

“inclusive design”
Pros
As a screen reader user, I really appreciated how much attention it gives to accessibility for everyone especially blind and visually impaired users. It means a lot that this wasn't overlooked the way it is on so many other platforms. I genuinely respect the effort to make it inclusive for all users and I'm especially thankful that even keyboard shortcuts were thoughtfully included.
Cons
My problem is that the session stops every 40 minutes and we have to sign in again each time.

Pros
It makes it simple for us to talk with each other and the screen sharing feature helps everyone follow along better which makes meetings much easier to understand.
Cons
Every now and then when I join a meeting on my phone using an iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 17.1.1, the app runs into issues if I use picture-in-picture mode and I have to restart it.
