“makes things convenient”
Pros
Holding meetings with people anywhere in the world feels really convenient with the platform. It's widely accessible and features like screen sharing, Q&A and chat make it much easier for everyone on the call to work together and stay engaged.
Cons
I haven't run into any bad experiences with it so I don't really have any downsides to point out. There also haven't been many bugs or technical problems for me.

“So accessible”
Pros
Getting started with this platform was a really positive experience because the interface feels very user friendly! Since it was the first platform I used in a remote workplace, it was quick to learn and felt accessible right away.
Cons
At times screen sharing feels a bit outdated and phone notifications do not always come through consistently.

“cost effective option”
Pros
Running this software worked out really well for our larger business because it was a cost effective option at that scale. Before we moved away from it, there were a lot of benefits: it integrated well with other software, offered end to end encryption and had a strong focus on communication and collaboration. The AI features were especially useful for transcribing and summarizing video meetings. Audio and video quality consistently felt better than what we got from other platforms. Support was also quick to respond and helped resolve the issues we ran into. Another thing I appreciated was that it kept improving the product over time by fixing bugs and rolling out updates. It also made managing recordings and files simple for future reference. When the bandwidth is there, being able to run HD video calls, share screens and use breakout rooms adds a lot of value.
Cons
Pricing becomes harder to justify for a smaller business as the team grows. Paying per user every month can drive the total cost up pretty quickly especially when compared with some other alternatives.

“useful blur background feature”
Pros
It is pretty easy to figure out and the background blur feature is something I really appreciate. It does a really good job of hiding everything behind me whenever I need a little more privacy.
Cons
Every now and then it does glitch. One thing that still throws me off is that when someone gets added to the call, our call ends up muting.

“simple to use”
Pros
Even with its wide range of options and settings the platform still stays simple to use as long as you don't tinker with everything. We used it for meetings with several participants and the HD video quality was really solid. The AI meeting notes feature also saves a considerable amount of time.
Cons
A few options feel unnecessary to me and if you want to change anything, you really have to pay attention so you don't click in the wrong place.

“great for coaching calls”
Pros
It's simple to figure out, inviting guests doesn't take much effort and I appreciate that participants can share their screens during meetings. It has been a really valuable tool for my coaching service!
Cons
I'd rather see recordings saved in the software's cloud instead of directly on my computer. The files end up being quite large which makes them inconvenient to store and harder to organize compared with some other platforms.

“overpriced and frustrating admin tool”
Pros
Is a pretty simple app for video calling and the call quality is solid so I really can't complain there. The admin portal is also quite accessible and easy to manage. Beyond that though, I don't really have many other positives to mention.
Cons
At my company this is only used as a backup option for video calls and from an admin perspective, I really dislike dealing with it. Starting with pricing, the value just isn't there. The free tier comes with too many restrictions like the 40 minute meeting cap and limits on how many participants can join. Once you move to the paid plans the licenses become expensive enough that you hesitate before assigning one to anyone. On top of that it has been very buggy for us. Too many things go wrong and its integrations with Microsoft Office apps perform poorly. I end up reinstalling it far more often than I should. The interface is also bad. It looks simple at first but once you start using it the layout feels illogical. Since we work entirely in a Microsoft 365 environment and rely on Teams for collaboration and file management, it really doesn't fit well for an M365 based organization. I can't comment on customer support because we handle troubleshooting internally.

“good customer sevrvice”
Pros
For more than six year my real estate team relied on this every single week for team meetings along with plenty of other uses like recording online trainings and holding virtual client meetings. Setting up recurring meetings, sharing the meeting details and keeping track of past recordings was very easy. Customer support was dependable too!
Cons
The only trouble we ran into was syncing the invite link with Google Calendar so we usually ended up pasting the meeting information into the notes section of the calendar invite instead.

“enjoyed using it!”
Pros
Being able to host multiple video meetings, collaborate with the team and get clear video quality is exactly why I enjoy using this software.
Cons
It doesn't happen often but it sometimes struggles to transmit audio or video accurately. I also think free account meetings should last at least 60 minutes instead of only 40.

“meetings without hiccups”
Pros
Has been incredibly flexible for every kind of meeting we run and the video calling quality is excellent. We've used it for team meetings, client sessions, large webinars and even full summits and it has handled all of them without technical glitches or issues.
Cons
A downside is that the toolbar at the bottom of the meeting window feels pretty crowded with features and controls. At times that makes it a little distracting or harder to quickly find the exact setting I need especially if its placement changes.

“needed but less dependable”
Pros
Whether it's for work or personal calls, it covers the basics and gets the job done. It's also the platform most people ask for when setting up meetings so having it installed on your computer is pretty much essential.
Cons
My frustration with it comes from the way it loads and the fact that it runs as a completely separate system when Teams already exists and feels more reliable overall.

“WFH lifesaver”
Pros
Working from home feels much more professional with this platform. The blur and studio effects filters are especially helpful because they save me time and let me look more polished on camera without having to put in the effort to get fully done up for an at home meeting.
Cons
Every now and then my audio cuts in and out which makes it difficult to hear other people and for them to hear me as well. That said I think the problem may be related to my own setup rather than the software itself.

“has an AI companion”
Pros
Compared with Teams and Google Meet, what really puts this option ahead in 2026 is AI Companion. Unlike Microsoft which charges extra for Copilot, this platform includes its AI features natively in paid plans and they're incredibly useful. The meeting summaries are about 95% accurate and do a very good job of separating action items from the usual meeting noise. Another major advantage is how stable the video codec is. I've used it on rural connections with less than 2 Mbps and it handles things intelligently by prioritizing audio and key frames in a way Teams just can't match. If your job depends on external meetings with clients who have weak internet or outdated computers, it is the only platform that consistently avoids embarrassing lag or random crashes.
Cons
While other platforms have moved toward cleaner and more modern designs this one still packs too many buttons and tabs into menus that feel like something out of the Windows XP era. If you're not already familiar with it setting shared audio permissions or figuring out where a local recording was saved can be frustrating. Also the RAM usage is a legitimate issue. If you already have 15 Chrome tabs open, Slack running and maybe design software or an ERP in the background, it can push your system into aggressive swapping. And the 40 minute limit on the free version really deserves criticism too! In 2026 it doesn't feel like a technical restriction anymore, it feels more like a productivity hostage tactic to force an upgrade.

“great for team conferencing”
Pros
When it comes to virtual meetings, this has become my go to for both video and audio conferencing. It offers really good value for the money with solid recording capacity and access to useful features. The platform is also very simple to use which makes communication across a large team and resource sharing much more convenient.
Cons
Overall I'm happy with it though the chat can feel a bit less flexible than I need at times and I don't always find the emojis or stickers I'm looking for. Since it's mainly a professional platform, that's understandable but it's still an area that could be improved.

“Collaboration across teams encouraged”
Pros
Keeps workplace collaboration and video calls easy which makes it a strong fit for daily use. The interface is clean, accessible and thoughtfully designed so getting around the platform doesn't take much effort. Since most people already know how it works, inviting others to meetings rarely comes with any difficulty or friction. It has also been very dependable overall! I haven't run into outages or any major access problems. Also it's accessible globally so connecting with partners in different countries feels trouble free.
Cons
There have been times when it felt a little laggy or choppy even while using a strong internet connection with stable upload and download speeds. At first I assumed the issue was coming from my internet provider but after checking and confirming the speeds, it became clear that the platform itself was lagging especially in bigger meetings. I don't usually notice this during one-on-one calls or smaller group sessions but in larger meetings the lag and choppiness tend to stand out much more.

Pros
This platform has been very reliable for group meetings and even courtroom appearances. The feature set covers what I need and it also works really well with my higher end video camera.

“great calls and calendar sync”
Pros
Using this software has been really easy! It connects with my Outlook Calendar without any trouble and both the audio and video quality have been consistently very good. It also makes it simple to talk with the other members of my team whenever we need to connect.
Cons
I wish the scheduler worked better. I've wanted to set up meetings for my coworkers and my boss but I still haven't been able to get them to show up on their calendars. I'm not sure whether it's something I'm doing wrong or a limitation in the system but it hasn't worked for me.
