“smart features”
Pros
Gives you excellent free audio and video streaming for both personal use and work. Getting started is quick and the interface is simple enough that almost anyone can use it without trouble. One feature I really appreciate is the free plan which includes 40 minutes of video conferencing and works especially well for short remote meetings. Another thing I enjoy is the virtual office background feature. It lets you customize backgrounds and styles so your space looks neat and clutter-free which is especially helpful when working from home. The audio and video quality is also outstanding and keeps participants well connected throughout meetings. Also useful extras like noise reduction, brightness adjustment and emojis make the experience even better. It works well for large virtual group meetings too and the breakout rooms are very useful for splitting bigger groups into smaller, more focused discussions. Finally, the IQ feature is a valuable addition since it can record, store and analyze sales calls using conversational intelligence to help generate business leads.
Cons
It would be better if it included lower video resolution options especially for people using it in areas with weak or unstable internet connections.

“secure meetings”
Pros
Using this has been a really positive experience because it offers a lot of capability and flexibility at a low cost and I can use it comfortably on both Windows and mobile devices. One thing that stands out in daily use is the stronger sense of security around meeting data. The interface is user friendly and the platform keeps improving over time which makes it even better to work with. The waiting room feature is especially useful and sharing meeting IDs with others is quick and convenient. The filters also add a fun and entertaining touch during calls. It also helps that participants who do not want to appear on screen can stay hidden. The recording option is one of the most valuable features for me and the inclusion of essential keyboard shortcuts makes the whole experience even more practical.
Cons
At the beginning the free version used to stop meetings after 40 minutes of continuous use.

“glitchy app with broken options”
Pros
I don't like this app at all. It glitches frequently and when errors come up while you're using it, nobody seems to know how to fix them.
Cons
A lot of the features are frustrating because they simply don't work and the instructions for using the app properly are unclear or missing. I end up searching for the buttons I need just to make things run and it feels like this app hasn't really been improved since COVID in 2020.

“My preference”
Pros
After using it for several years alongside other similar platforms, it has become the one I prefer most. I've used it both to run training sessions and presentations and to attend training as a participant. The layout is easy and I definitely prefer the interface of this platform over comparable systems. It's simple to get around and I've noticed far fewer connection problems with this solution than with other platforms which makes meetings and training sessions much less stressful. When delivering training, features like the whiteboard and breakout rooms are really useful and help keep people engaged.
Cons
For now I see this as the best online meeting platform available so I don't really have any meaningful suggestions for improvement.

“Perfect fo one on one appointments”
Pros
Is a video conferencing tool that's simple to set up and makes it possible to handle one-on-one appointments or group meetings visually, with good quality and fast performance even without much technical knowledge.
Cons
I'd like to see an option for users with unstable connections such as a color-coded network indicator or something similar.

“works well!”
Pros
At the end of the day it simply works which is more than I can say for other tools I've tried. It rolls out new features quickly and the support for third-party plugins means you can add even more functions even faster. More than anything else, the biggest advantage is that it consistently does what it's supposed to do.
Cons
The frustrating part is tracking down certain settings or trying to remember where they're located. It gets even more confusing when some options are hidden because I already locked them down as the admin so users can't even see them.

“Easy for staff and patients”
Pros
Every week our team relies on this platform to stay connected across five different locations. We also use it for patient appointments so they can meet with our doctor when coming into the office isn't possible. It's easy for both staff and patients to use which makes the whole process really convenient.
Cons
Once in a while there are small glitches but customer support is very responsive and helpful when they come up.

“my recommendation!”
Pros
During the coronavirus period, I came across this platform and it has turned out to be a really helpful platform for running meetings. Compared with other meeting tools, it stands out in a very positive way. The pricing is also quite affordable when you look at similar options which makes it even more appealing. Another feature I really appreciate is the remote assist option because it adds a lot of value and makes the app feel even more useful. I'd confidently recommend it to anyone, anytime.
Cons
Issue is that the remote assist feature is not included for users on the free plan.

“Using it for a while”
Pros
Using this app for school meetings and online sessions has been really convenient. It comes with several important features and the screen sharing works especially well when needed for classes. I would definitely recommend it. I've been using it since 2020 and still rely on it for my online meetings and webinars.
Cons
This has been an excellent app for me and I honestly haven't run into any problems with it. I use it regularly for online classes and the last four updates have made it even better, to the point where it stands out above other meeting, video calling and webinar apps. I also have it installed on my PC and joining meetings there is very convenient. It never crashes the way some other apps do. Overall, I think it's an outstanding app and if I had the option, I would gladly give it 10 stars.

“staying connected from anywhere”
Pros
Thanks to this software I'm able to stay connected for family gatherings, weddings, funerals, celebrations, graduations and even wine nights with friends. I mostly use it for work but it also helps me maintain and strengthen my close personal relationships on a regular basis. I can even attend my therapy sessions on the platform from wherever I am so I don't have to cancel.
Cons
One issue I've run into is that my Bluetooth speaker stopped working after the latest Android update even though the app still seems to be improving overall. The Bluetooth icon shows up like everything is connected but the sound now comes through the phone's earpiece instead.

“simple interface”
Pros
Joining and running meetings on it feels very easy because the interface is user friendly whether people are coming in, sharing their screens or working together with the host. The video and audio quality is consistently high so conversations stay clear and dependable during virtual meetings. On top of that it connects well with a range of other applications and services, including calendars, management tools and messaging apps which makes coordination and collaboration much more convenient.
Cons
Even though it is excellent overall, the free plan is still quite limited for beginners who want to explore the platform more fully especially with the 40 minute cap on meetings and restrictions for smaller setups. Features such as cloud recording and more advanced administrative controls are also locked behind the paid plans.

“top-notch choice!”
Pros
Keeping things maintained is simple and as a platform for remote work it has been excellent. The video and audio quality are consistently on point and it's very user friendly and helpful for both small and large businesses.
Cons
Everything has been working well overall but it does use a bit too much data. The free version could also offer more time.

“no effort required”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural and it's simple to use without much effort. The Google integration is especially useful since I can add meeting link directly to a calendar invite. The screen sharing works really well and the drawing tools come in handy during presentations and demos.
Cons
A small annoyance is that I've been prompted to upgrade it a few times right when starting a meeting. It would be better to receive a notification earlier, as soon as the update is required.

“worthless support”
Pros
On the occasions it actually functions, the platform performs fine. The problem is that when it really matters, that reliability falls apart.
Cons
I signed up for a paid plan over the phone and installed it with Office 365 on my Mac. After using it for a few months, the add-in in Outlook and the calendar integration suddenly vanished. When I tried to get help, I learned that the only support included was submitting an email request and then waiting 24 to 48 hours. That is completely useless when you have a meeting coming up in 2 hours. If you want live support, you have to pay an extra $200 a month or $2400 a year, just to have them fix software you already paid for. Terrible company. I even sat on hold with sales for an hour just to get told all of this.

“very versatile”
Pros
Compared with other free options, this one feels much more versatile. Signing up is quick, setting up a meeting is simple and inviting participants is easy. Among the free tools available, it stands out as the best choice.
Cons
Once payment is involved I'd rather go with something like Teams or Lark. It feels mostly limited to online meetings and from my point of view, the main advantage of paying is just being able to host bigger groups, without offering much beyond that.

“reliable sharing”
Pros
Right from the start, it has been very easy to use. The interface is clear and direct and it works well both on my laptop and on mobile. File and photo sharing is accurate and I haven't run into any issues with that at all.
Cons
One thing I've noticed a few times is that the video quality can occasionally drop. It might be related to internet strength so I can't say for certain but improving that area would definitely make the experience even better.
