“Stands out!”
Pros
Right away the video and audio quality stand out as excellent which is often where competing tools fall short. It is also so widely used now that nobody really needs an explanation to get started with it. On top of that, the ability to add virtual cameras and sound effects (something many other platforms either lack or don't handle nearly as well) is the extra touch that really makes it for me.
Cons
It was nicer back when two people could stay on a free call for as long as they wanted. That said, I wouldn't call this a real downside. There are free alternatives available and they usually provide quality that's perfectly acceptable too.

“widely used and worth it”
Pros
Because it's so user friendly, practically everyone already knows how to use it no matter where they are. I've tested other platforms like Google Meet and Teams but this is the one people are by far the most comfortable with.
Cons
The part I like least is the pricing but I still need the platform. After starting to use it, I honestly wouldn't want to go back to how things were before. For the service it delivers, it's absolutely worth paying for.

“great for large online meetings”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the screen sharing feature. It makes meetings much more practical and sets it apart from many other video calling apps. It honestly feels a lot like using a projector during an in-person meeting. Another big advantage is that it can handle a large number of participants at once. We used it for a webinar with around 420 attendees and that was extremely helpful. It's also very easy to use. I'm able to create a meeting and join one on my own without needing any assistance. On top of that it includes features that help make up for not being in a physical meeting room and the raise hand option is a perfect example of that.
Cons
A downside is that people in areas without stable internet such as villages, may struggle to use the platform at all. It really needs a strong connection to work properly so users in those places are at a clear disadvantage. There are also times when the video quality drops and becomes quite poor.

“works anywhere”
Pros
Even on mobile it is very accessible. It's a perfect fit for someone who's always on the move.
Cons
The part I like least is that while you're in meeting on your phone, you can't really access other apps at the same time.

“covers what I need”
Pros
Between video calls, meetings, live chat and file sharing, this platform covers everything I need to communicate and collaborate in one place.
Cons
My only concern is privacy control since I'm always a bit worried about the possibility of hackers.

“free meetings”
Pros
One of the best things is that you can use it without having to buy the software. There is a time limit, of course but it still works really well for short meetings with friends or family. On the business side, being able to collaborate through screen sharing is a big advantage for our team. It has also cut our travel costs in half since we can meet online instead of going out to another person or office.
Cons
The part I like least is how meeting invites open from email. When I click the link, it takes me to the webpage first and then asks whether I want to use the desktop app. I would prefer it to just open the desktop app automatically instead of prompting me every time.

“custom backgrounds available”
Pros
Right from the start it works really well and doesn't take much effort to figure out. If you spend a little more time setting it up, you can also use custom backgrounds and different effects which is a nice bonus.
Cons
At times, Mac users can run into problems where the camera doesn't work properly or screen sharing doesn't function the way it should.

“Keeps our team connected”
Pros
With our team spread all across the country it really helps us feel connected and work like an actual team. It makes collaborating much simpler, meeting new teammates more natural and handling training sessions a lot more effective. Overall, it's been a very worthwhile product for the price.
Cons
It's honestly hard to come up with negatives because I enjoy using it so much. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the extra blank space above and below the area showing participants or a shared screen. It feels like that space could be used better or the view could be zoomed in more so everything or everyone is a bit clearer to see.

“love it”
Pros
Anytime collaboration with colleagues is really convenient on this platform and joining live meetings is smooth. Screen sharing is one of its strongest features. Using the app helps us handle demanding work much more efficiently.
Cons
It works extremely well for collaborating with others and putting project work together. Another useful part is being able to record meetings and keep them for future reference.

“love the recording feature”
Pros
Our team relies on the platform for both video and audio meetings and the recording feature is especially useful since we can go back and watch sessions later. The company uses the enterprise plan and it has really become a key tool for every employee working remotely.
Cons
At times, the video quality can be inconsistent which seems to depend on how strong the network connection is.

Pros
Getting it up and running on my iPad was almost automatic. Right after downloading and setting it up, it was basically ready to use within moments.
Cons
I really don't have anything to complain about. If I had to mention something, the storage space it needs is a little on the higher side but it's not a major issue.

Pros
Handling large meeting rooms is one of its biggest strengths and the video and audio quality are consistently very good.

“versatile webinars”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how it supports large audiences. I can stream meetings and webinars directly to Facebook which is very useful. It's also free to use, integrates well with Google Calendar and scales nicely whether the business is small, mid-sized or large. On top of that, it's simple to use.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides from my side. I don't have any negative feedback to mention because it has been an excellent platform for video conferencing and meetings overall.

“screen sharing makes presenting better”
Pros
One of the most useful parts is the screen sharing feature. It really helps when presenting to a group because you can speak while showing exactly what you're referring to and point things out on the screen at the same time.
Cons
One thing I feel it still lacks is stronger quality control and meeting management. There should be better protection in place so random bots can't enter meetings and disrupt other people's sessions.

“team meetings now improved”
Pros
Being able to communicate and hold meetings with a large number of employees at once has been the biggest advantage of this application. It makes sharing ideas with everyone at the same time very convenient and keeps discussions flowing well.
Cons
I'm not satisfied with the audio quality. It cuts out from time to time, seems to depend heavily on having a very strong internet connection and overall it doesn't feel like the sound is at the highest level.

Pros
Being able to join a meeting from anywhere in the world is one of the things I enjoy most about the platform and it really gives that face-to-face feeling. On top of that, there are plenty of features and options available which makes it even more useful.

“excellent for virtual meetings”
Pros
Has been really useful for organizing virtual meetings with large groups of people online. It works well for hosting meetings, webinars, conferences and even interviews and it has definitely helped give remote work more visibility and importance. Another feature I really appreciate is screen sharing. Being able to share your screen while staying on video makes communication much faster since everyone in the meeting can follow along at the same time. On top of that the video quality is very good and the information being presented comes through clearly.
Cons
I haven't had anything to complain about Throughout the time I've used it, I haven't run into any real issues and I hope it stays that way.
