Getting into the app is convenient and the overall interface is simple to use. I also like being able to take screenshots and use the host features since they let me manage and control the meeting well.
Cons
I wasn't happy with the limited free meeting time. I'd really prefer the meeting room limit to be longer.

Pros
Comes with a lot of features and I use them regularly in daily life. They're genuinely helpful and because of that, I'd definitely recommend it to others.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints, aside from the pricing. It feels too expensive for many people and not all features are included in the free version. They should lower the cost and make the communication tools more accessible for everyone.

Pros
Connecting is quick and the experience on mobile has been really good. I can even share my screen from my phone without trouble. I've conducted training sessions without interruptions or lag which makes a big difference. Polls and the whiteboard are also included and they help keep the interaction going.
Cons
The emoji reactions feel a bit limited and they aren't continuous so you have to keep clicking if you want to clap or show appreciation. That part could definitely be improved. It would also be helpful if screen recording allowed capturing only a selected portion of the screen especially for more effective teaching.

Pros
Over the years it has continued to be one of the go-to options for both video and audio calls whether for professional use or even for studying. It works really well for direct communication with clients since most people are already familiar with it and with just an invitation link you can quickly access everything needed to connect and communicate without any issues.
Cons
It hasn't gone through any major changes in recent years but it's good to see that the platform still adapts well to different users so I really don't have any complaints about it.

During the pandemic, this was one of the apps that helped me keep working in a very practical and efficient way. I could schedule my meetings weekly, set them for different times and send participants the link so they could join without any trouble. It also made it possible to hold conferences with people remotely from different devices whether on a phone, tablet or computer. I still use it today as part of my daily work.
Cons
I haven't come across any downsides since it's accessible, practical and free to use.

Pros
Being able to work with people across the world in real time is one of it's biggest advantages. It offers a solid space for virtual meetings, webinars and remote conferences making it simple for participants to join, communicate and collaborate without much friction.
Cons
During the COVID 19 pandemic, one problem that came up was "Zoom bombing" where uninvited people entered meetings and interrupted them with offensive content. There were also concerns around how the platform collected and stored user data which raised privacy questions for users.

Pros
These days it has been extremely reliable. It used to have problems on some operating systems especially Linux but they've clearly improved it a lot. I haven't had any crashes or technical issues lately and the video customization features are really solid too.
Cons

As a company or organization grows past 100 employees and holds weekly online meetings it gives the option to move up from the Basic plan with up to 100 participants to the Business plan for 300 or the Enterprise plan for as many as 1000. That kind of scalability makes it practical to match the package to the team's needs and keep communication running efficiently.
Cons
There were a few occasions when I needed to join a meeting and entered the correct Meeting ID and PIN but the platform initially said the combination was wrong. The only way to fix it was to close the app completely and open it again and after that the same details worked without any problem.

Pros
Screen sharing combined with a user friendly layout makes the platform engaging to use. The background options and emoji reactions add a fun, interactive touch and I also appreciate that everyone can stay visible on screen, unlike Google Meet where that can be more limited.
Cons
Free version only allows about 25 to 30 minutes per session which feels restrictive. On top of that many useful features sit behind a paid plan and the subscription pricing seems a bit expensive compared with Google Meet which includes some of those features at no extra cost.

Using it has been especially positive because of how simple it is to figure out, the fact that it works well on mobile phones, tablets and PCs and the excellent handling of audio and video streams.
Cons
One annoying issue is that updates sometimes force certain default video settings, automatically enabling HD effects and other unnecessary options that are too heavy for older computers. This can cause frustrating flickering in personal camera footage. Disabling those options fixes the screen but it is still an unpleasant problem and many users may not understand what happened to their computer.

Between audio and video calls, document sharing and a range of extra tools it offers a lot for improving remote communication, either at no cost or for a fairly affordable price.
Cons
There are still some drawbacks, including security risks and the possibility of hacking, connection and network instability and slower performance when too many users are on at once. Privacy can also be a concern because participants may be exposed to unwanted intrusions, audio issues like latency and echo can get annoying and blocking unwanted users is limited.

Pros
From the way the platform was developed to how it was rolled out and used, everything has worked well. In fact, it has always stood out to me as having some of the best video and audio quality in the industry and that was the biggest advantage when we compared options before purchasing it.
Cons
It did not recognize whitelisted emails and invitation emails were not being sent either. Support took quite a while to fix it and it became a real problem because we could not send invitations in bulk to more than 10 colleagues at once.

Pros
Handling video calls with larger groups is where it really shines. It also runs well without demanding much computing power which makes it practical on less powerful devices. Also the noise cancellation does its job and performs better than most other options I've tried.
Cons
It gets expensive quite quickly especially with the 'Zoom Phone' feature. Recording conversations also comes at an extra cost and you're required to purchase a dedicated number for each user.

Pros
I've really appreciated how simply it integrated with our virtual campus. The screen sharing feature has been especially helpful for meetings so everyone can follow along and see what's being presented and the whiteboard tool is excellent as well.
Cons
There have been times when the video and audio quality weren't very good although I'm not completely sure whether that was caused by my internet connection or the platform itself. Aside from that, I'm generally quite satisfied.
