“powerful collaboration”
Pros
Setting it up doesn't take much effort. The video and audio quality are consistently strong and features like screen sharing, recording and letting participants share their screens make meetings much more interactive. It also works well for hosting sessions with a large number of attendees and the breakout room option is really useful for splitting people into smaller groups. On top of that, collaboration tools such as annotation and the whiteboard add a lot of value during team discussions and presentations.
Cons
The free version is still fairly limited in terms of functions. It also depends heavily on having a stable internet connection because weak connectivity can quickly affect both video and audio quality. Another concern is security and privacy, including the risk of uninvited people joining and disrupting meetings, as well as worries about user data being shared with third parties.

“fun filters and avatars”
Pros
I really enjoy the impressive selection of background filters and avatars available during meetings. They've been the best I've used so far and I honestly haven't come across anything better.
Cons
Problem is that the free version comes with a time limit.

“Stood out to me”
Pros
One thing that really stands out to me is how dependable it is. My video meetings stay consistently high quality on the platform, regardless of how many people are on the call. I also have to give credit to how well it works on mobile devices. Because the mobile app performs so well, I can join meetings directly from whatever job site I'm working at instead of having to return to the office first.
Cons
My video meetings are usually pretty basic so I've honestly been satisfied with my overall experience using this platform.

“recording links help, support doesn't”
Pros
One useful part is the desktop app option, along with how convenient it is to share the recording link afterward.
Cons
Customer service has been awful and there's basically no real technical support. The AI chatbot is very poor, the tutorials are too basic to be truly helpful and the service feels far too expensive considering how bad the support options are.

“helpful reminders”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy, the interface feels user friendly and the meeting reminders a few minutes beforehand are really helpful.
Cons
The free plan is a bit restrictive because meetings are capped at 40 minutes and I really think that limit should be at least 60 minutes.

“feature-packed”
Pros
A big advantage is how widely it's used so there's a good chance the other person is already familiar with it. Compared with standard calling software, it offers the usual chat, voice and video calling features, plus more advanced tools like remote control and breakout rooms. On top of that, you can add functions through the app store which makes it simple to expand what the platform can do.
Cons
When using the free plan, the meeting time limit is quite short at 40 minutes which can be inconvenient. It also tends to take a little time to reconnect with an audio line if the connection drops so you may need to join again in the middle of a meeting. As for video call quality, it feels slightly weaker than Skype although that may be because it uses less bandwidth overall.

“simple and accessible”
Pros
Is truly an excellent software for online meetings! From the very first uses, it is simple and accessible to use and among the features I find most useful are certainly the ability to share your screen with other participants during meetings and the ability to record the conference quickly and conveniently.
Cons
To be honest I haven't noticed any particularly significant flaws. The only limitation I've encountered concerns the chat during meetings which in my opinion is not practical enough and on some occasions text messages take a bit too long before being sent.

“helpful recording and pinning features”
Pros
The first 60 minutes being free on a new account is one of the extra perks I really appreciate. Since it has become such a popular video conferencing app, I still think there's room to make it even better especially with the screen recording feature. Being able to record meetings is very useful for me particularly when I need to prepare the minutes during the session so real-time recording makes a big difference. I also find the participant pinning feature very convenient because it helps the host avoid getting confused about who is speaking during the meeting.
Cons
One area that could still use improvement is screen sharing especially when the host is handling a large number of participants. I also think the mute participants function would be better if it had an automated mute option so only the people who are actually speaking get highlighted. That would help cut down unnecessary background noise during meetings. It would be even better if participants could only unmute themselves when the host gives permission.

“meetings across borders”
Pros
For more than a year, I've been using this platform on my phone and it has been very simple to download and install. It also uses relatively little data both during download and while using it. Features such as audio and video are easy and user friendly. I've joined meetings many times for different purposes and a few stand out. I've used it to connect with other researchers in online meetings to discuss research topics and hear their views, without needing to meet physically first. My church leadership here in Nigeria although based in Canada, also uses the livestream to connect with us and others around the world for prayer meetings on the first day of every month. It is capable of bringing together a large number of people from different parts of the world--once the link is created, you just click and join. It also helps with time management because if a meeting duration is set, it ends when that time is up.
Cons
The only drawback I've noticed is the slight delay in connection when trying to speak or respond during a meeting. Whenever you indicate that you want to talk, it can take a few minutes before you are actually heard.

“reliable group communication”
Pros
It makes it simple to stay in touch with large groups of people and I can also access the app from my phone. When it comes to sharing data making calls and sending messages, the application works reliably and doesn't give me problems.
Cons
There have been a few occasions when I was making a call and received another one from the same person at the same time and the app merged both calls. It feels like a small issue that could definitely be improved.

Pros
Working from home feels much more convenient It supports cross-platform meeting collaboration really well and setting up meeting only takes a single click which makes it very practical to use.

“one of the best!”
Pros
After more than five years of using the platform for our weekly meetings, I can only say thanks to the team behind it. It has allowed us to stay connected from anywhere in the world and keep the company running without interruptions. It's definitely one of the best platforms available on the market.

“best for communication”
Pros
Keeping in touch with people has become much more convenient and efficient. It has been very useful for running online meetings with my business partners and co-workers through video calls. The app is extremely helpful for communication overall and it also includes other useful features like live chat, voice calls, screen sharing and background blur. It's very beginner friendly, simple to set up and easy to use. Another big advantage is that it can accommodate 100+ participants which is excellent when managing a business and a larger company team. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when face-to-face meetings were strictly prohibited, this really helped our business continue operating and kept everyone updated.
Cons
I gave it a perfect rating because up to this point, I haven't had any issues with the application. There isn't anything I dislike about it at the moment.
