“simple to locate features”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most is how simple it is to locate the features we use all the time, like enlarging the screen, recording, sending invitations and similar options. That makes a real difference when we're putting together a demo with the whole team and it's one of the main reasons we switched to it or started using it alongside our previous software.
Cons
The only downside is that the internet connection doesn't seem to work as well with it compared to the software we used before. We think it may have been an installation issue but it's something we can fix by changing the operating network.

“google calendar sync keeps us connected”
Pros
Having it synced with Google Calendar has been really useful because it helps us keep track of team meetings and move faster without forgetting anything on the schedule. It also does a lot to keep everyone connected especially when we're working together on system repairs or doing programming as a team.
Cons
I do not have much negative to say about it. The only thing I have noticed is that the software can feel a bit slow in the afternoon at times. Aside from that, it does exactly what we need when it comes to bringing everyone together.

“handles large audiences”
Pros
One of its biggest advantages is its ability to handle very large audiences which matters a lot for us because we have many employees. It makes it possible to run large meetings, webinars and training sessions without much trouble. Creating a meeting for others to join is also very accessible since it only takes a few clicks to generate a link and share it with participants. Another helpful part is the free trial which lets you host meetings for up to 40 minutes. That is especially useful when you want to test the platform first before committing to one of the paid plans.
Cons
The downside is that the plans needed for hosting very large-capacity meetings can be quite expensive which is not ideal. I also do not like that there is no proper way to manage inappropriate comments during a live meeting. On top of that, having unauthorized people enter a meeting is a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

“secure meetings”
Pros
Being able to launch meetings right from Gmail makes everything very convenient. The HD video looks clear, the audio quality is excellent and up to 49 participants can be displayed on one screen at the same time. Everyone in the meeting can share their screens which makes collaboration much better. It works really well as a virtual meeting space especially with features like raising hands to share opinions, a waiting room and strong security that helps meetings continue without interruption. Cloud recording is also available which is useful for saving sessions. On top of that the free version still lets us include up to 100 participants which is very generous.
Cons
Overall, I don't have many complaints. The video quality is very good although it does not display in full screen as well as I would prefer and having proper full-screen support would make it even better. The 40 minute limit on the free version can be inconvenient though I understand that this restriction is intentional.

“easy to work with”
Pros
Was completely easy to start working with. The platform feels very accessible and was a big help in the beginning especially for meetings with a relatively small number of people.
Cons
It stopped evolving and seemed to plateau at a point where it was no longer adding the features people were increasingly starting to need. It works well for a small number of users but it falls short when you need to host meetings with larger groups.

“lightweight remote meetings”
Pros
Working from home is much more manageable with this since it's very simple to use. The free plan is quite decent too, with meetings for up to 100 participants and a 40 minute limit. It's easy for both students and employees and the app is lightweight enough to run on almost any PC. Screen sharing works well and having up to 3 whiteboards is also really useful.
Cons
At times, the app slows down a bit when I'm trying to mute myself or start screen sharing and that can be a little embarrassing when I keep talking without realizing I'm not actually muted yet.

“clear meetings anywhere”
Pros
Setting it up on both my computer and phone was easy and using it feels very clear and simple overall. It's the platform I keep coming back to and plan to keep using, along with other tools because having it on mobile lets me join interviews from anywhere, at home, at the office or wherever I happen to be. A lot of my friends use it too and I regularly meet with them there to talk through important things. It's a really suitable option for work, studying and important meetings with people who live far away from me.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that it doesn't seem to have strong support in some remote countries so the connection can be poor at times. Still, the meeting usually gets done in the end and it may also be tied to the internet service available in those places.

“reliable video quality for meetings”
Pros
Whenever there's an urgent meeting whether it's a conference call or just a regular discussion it is one of the most convenient and enjoyable tools to use. It's also the app a lot of people rely on most. For virtual interviews and client meetings, I really appreciate the video quality because it stays clear and dependable and I haven't had any issues with it at all. That's a big reason why I've really enjoyed using this platform!
Cons
The part I like the least is the virtual background feature. I know it lets you blur your background but from what I noticed, if you're using a lower-quality camera, the blur option doesn't really work and you're limited to just changing the background color. I dealt with that myself before I had a better camera.

“even my clients love it!”
Pros
Is very easy to get figure out and most of my clients are comfortable using it too. With the paid plan, the 40 minute limit is gone and I can also run group coaching sessions without any trouble.
Cons
It would be helpful if chat messages were saved automatically since you currently have to remember to save them yourself. I've also run into problems locating the recording file after a meeting ends.

“user friendly and simple to learn”
Pros
Because we hire and onboard people with very different levels of comfort using technology, having a user friendly application matters a lot. This one is easy to figure out and quick to learn which makes the process much easier for everyone.
Cons
At this point there really isn't anything I can say I dislike about it.

“helpful chat”
Pros
Has been reliable and stable to use and the options for sharing content especially screen sharing, work really well. The chat feature is particularly useful, including the ability to message individual participants privately during a conference.
Cons
The virtual backgrounds are only mediocre and don't always work consistently. Sometimes hands and arms get cut off when using the background feature.

“handy integrations”
Pros
Getting started is very easy, almost everyone already knows how to use it and it fits nicely with the tools we rely on especially Google Calendar.
Cons
At the same time it feels like the platform has not changed much since it first became widely popular and I would still like to see more integrations and overall improvements.

“reliable value for businesses”
Pros
Quite literally helped save a huge number of businesses and entrepreneurs, at least the ones willing to adapt and try to keep going. A big part of that came from how simple it was to use, along with a user community where support and solidarity really made a difference. It's a platform that evolved incredibly fast and in my opinion it offers the right balance between price and functions.
Cons
Shortly before we replaced it at the company, partly due to partnership-related reasons some security concerns were starting to surface. Fortunately, I never had to deal with any of those issues directly.

“for work that is flexible”
Pros
Work is increasingly flexible and being able to connect to meetings across different states, countries or anywhere else in the world really matters. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms and whiteboarding make remote teamwork and collaboration actually possible.
Cons
Companies without in-house IT support can run into a real challenge when technical problems come up. Their support can be slow to respond and it's often hard to get issues resolved because of how the support process is handled. For instance I've been working support for about two weeks trying to troubleshoot an offline conference room. If your company doesn't have internal IT help, situations like this become a real problem. I'm a manager, not an IT manager so being expected to fix Rooms remotely is very difficult.

“affordable meetings”
Pros
Having support for a large number of meeting participants is a major advantage especially if you need a reliable meeting platform that's still affordable.
Cons
At times the audio acted a little weird when I was joining a meeting or if I missed the correct connection options at the start. Until I worked through those prompts, I often couldn't hear the other participants. It usually wasn't a major issue but audio trouble at the beginning of meetings seemed to happen fairly often for different people. It was pretty common to see attendees join on both their computer and phone, using one for video and the other for audio.

“remote connection”
Pros
This has been an excellent tool for staying connected and working with others remotely. The meeting moderation features help keep sessions organized and encourage participation. One feature we rely on a lot is the breakout rooms since they let each department work separately on specific tasks and then return to the main session to share project updates. We also frequently use screen sharing and the whiteboard which are really helpful for presenting ideas visually to everyone during the meeting.
Cons
Getting used to all of the features was a bit challenging at first but with regular use, the information on the website and other online resources, it becomes much easier to clear up any questions. One thing to keep in mind is internet speed since having a solid connection is important to avoid issues with the meeting functions and transmission quality.

“still in use after the pandemic”
Pros
When the pandemic disrupted how people worked, businesses had to quickly adapt to a work-from-home setup and still keep teams organized, supervised and connected. The platform really addressed that need. From screen sharing to remote access, the platform feels customized not only to what employees need day to day but also to what administrators need to manage operations. Features like breakout rooms and the ability to run company-wide webinars and conferences without trouble made a big difference. It became a game changing tool that helped companies keep going, along with important sectors like government and education.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is having more affordable and accessible pricing here in the Philippines. A lot of people only know about its free features and are not really aware of the benefits that come with the paid membership options. It would help to have a stronger marketing effort aimed not just at the US but also at Asian countries so more organizations in our region can fully take advantage of the platform.

“my choice”
Pros
Without a doubt this is the best tool I've used for video conferencing. It's miles ahead of the other options out there. On top of that, its video mode makes everyone look better on camera than with most competing tools and that's something I really appreciate.
Cons
They changed the pricing policy and now the free version only allows meetings of up to 40 minutes. It's a shame they cut back the free plan that much. Even after using it for many years, the interface still feels a little confusing to me though it's nothing too serious.
