Pros

Using this app for school meetings and online sessions has been really convenient. It comes with several important features and the screen sharing works especially well when needed for classes. I would definitely recommend it. I've been using it since 2020 and still rely on it for my online meetings and webinars.

Cons

This has been an excellent app for me and I honestly haven't run into any problems with it. I use it regularly for online classes and the last four updates have made it even better, to the point where it stands out above other meeting, video calling and webinar apps. I also have it installed on my PC and joining meetings there is very convenient. It never crashes the way some other apps do. Overall, I think it's an outstanding app and if I had the option, I would gladly give it 10 stars.

The free meeting limit of one hour feels a bit short and could be extended.

Thanks to this software I'm able to stay connected for family gatherings, weddings, funerals, celebrations, graduations and even wine nights with friends. I mostly use it for work but it also helps me maintain and strengthen my close personal relationships on a regular basis. I can even attend my therapy sessions on the platform from wherever I am so I don't have to cancel.

Cons

One issue I've run into is that my Bluetooth speaker stopped working after the latest Android update even though the app still seems to be improving overall. The Bluetooth icon shows up like everything is connected but the sound now comes through the phone's earpiece instead.

Joining and running meetings on it feels very easy because the interface is user friendly whether people are coming in, sharing their screens or working together with the host. The video and audio quality is consistently high so conversations stay clear and dependable during virtual meetings. On top of that it connects well with a range of other applications and services, including calendars, management tools and messaging apps which makes coordination and collaboration much more convenient.

Cons

Even though it is excellent overall, the free plan is still quite limited for beginners who want to explore the platform more fully especially with the 40 minute cap on meetings and restrictions for smaller setups. Features such as cloud recording and more advanced administrative controls are also locked behind the paid plans.

Keeping things maintained is simple and as a platform for remote work it has been excellent. The video and audio quality are consistently on point and it's very user friendly and helpful for both small and large businesses.

Everything has been working well overall but it does use a bit too much data. The free version could also offer more time.

Getting started with it feels very natural and it's simple to use without much effort. The Google integration is especially useful since I can add meeting link directly to a calendar invite. The screen sharing works really well and the drawing tools come in handy during presentations and demos.

A small annoyance is that I've been prompted to upgrade it a few times right when starting a meeting. It would be better to receive a notification earlier, as soon as the update is required.

On the occasions it actually functions, the platform performs fine. The problem is that when it really matters, that reliability falls apart.

I signed up for a paid plan over the phone and installed it with Office 365 on my Mac. After using it for a few months, the add-in in Outlook and the calendar integration suddenly vanished. When I tried to get help, I learned that the only support included was submitting an email request and then waiting 24 to 48 hours. That is completely useless when you have a meeting coming up in 2 hours. If you want live support, you have to pay an extra $200 a month or $2400 a year, just to have them fix software you already paid for. Terrible company. I even sat on hold with sales for an hour just to get told all of this.

Pros

Compared with other free options, this one feels much more versatile. Signing up is quick, setting up a meeting is simple and inviting participants is easy. Among the free tools available, it stands out as the best choice.

Cons

Once payment is involved I'd rather go with something like Teams or Lark. It feels mostly limited to online meetings and from my point of view, the main advantage of paying is just being able to host bigger groups, without offering much beyond that.

It lets me join work meetings from practically anywhere and at any time, as long as I have a solid internet connection.

I don't have any major complaints overall though I'd still like to see more feature improvements over time.

Right from the start, it has been very easy to use. The interface is clear and direct and it works well both on my laptop and on mobile. File and photo sharing is accurate and I haven't run into any issues with that at all.

One thing I've noticed a few times is that the video quality can occasionally drop. It might be related to internet strength so I can't say for certain but improving that area would definitely make the experience even better.

Right away the video and audio quality stand out as excellent which is often where competing tools fall short. It is also so widely used now that nobody really needs an explanation to get started with it. On top of that, the ability to add virtual cameras and sound effects (something many other platforms either lack or don't handle nearly as well) is the extra touch that really makes it for me.

It was nicer back when two people could stay on a free call for as long as they wanted. That said, I wouldn't call this a real downside. There are free alternatives available and they usually provide quality that's perfectly acceptable too.

Because it's so user friendly, practically everyone already knows how to use it no matter where they are. I've tested other platforms like Google Meet and Teams but this is the one people are by far the most comfortable with.

The part I like least is the pricing but I still need the platform. After starting to use it, I honestly wouldn't want to go back to how things were before. For the service it delivers, it's absolutely worth paying for.

One thing I really appreciate is the screen sharing feature. It makes meetings much more practical and sets it apart from many other video calling apps. It honestly feels a lot like using a projector during an in-person meeting. Another big advantage is that it can handle a large number of participants at once. We used it for a webinar with around 420 attendees and that was extremely helpful. It's also very easy to use. I'm able to create a meeting and join one on my own without needing any assistance. On top of that it includes features that help make up for not being in a physical meeting room and the raise hand option is a perfect example of that.

Cons

A downside is that people in areas without stable internet such as villages, may struggle to use the platform at all. It really needs a strong connection to work properly so users in those places are at a clear disadvantage. There are also times when the video quality drops and becomes quite poor.

Even on mobile it is very accessible. It's a perfect fit for someone who's always on the move.

The part I like least is that while you're in meeting on your phone, you can't really access other apps at the same time.

One of the best things is that you can use it without having to buy the software. There is a time limit, of course but it still works really well for short meetings with friends or family. On the business side, being able to collaborate through screen sharing is a big advantage for our team. It has also cut our travel costs in half since we can meet online instead of going out to another person or office.

The part I like least is how meeting invites open from email. When I click the link, it takes me to the webpage first and then asks whether I want to use the desktop app. I would prefer it to just open the desktop app automatically instead of prompting me every time.

Right from the start it works really well and doesn't take much effort to figure out. If you spend a little more time setting it up, you can also use custom backgrounds and different effects which is a nice bonus.

At times, Mac users can run into problems where the camera doesn't work properly or screen sharing doesn't function the way it should.

With our team spread all across the country it really helps us feel connected and work like an actual team. It makes collaborating much simpler, meeting new teammates more natural and handling training sessions a lot more effective. Overall, it's been a very worthwhile product for the price.

It's honestly hard to come up with negatives because I enjoy using it so much. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the extra blank space above and below the area showing participants or a shared screen. It feels like that space could be used better or the view could be zoomed in more so everything or everyone is a bit clearer to see.

Anytime collaboration with colleagues is really convenient on this platform and joining live meetings is smooth. Screen sharing is one of its strongest features. Using the app helps us handle demanding work much more efficiently.

It works extremely well for collaborating with others and putting project work together. Another useful part is being able to record meetings and keep them for future reference.
