“smooth meetings anytime”
Pros
Being able to run live virtual meetings anytime has been really valuable for business discussions, seminars and staying in touch with colleagues about ongoing projects. The interface is very simple to figure out as well and getting the software installed is easy since it only takes three steps to set everything up and start using it.
Cons
Because the meetings happen virtually instead of in person, that physical connection can fade and over time it may affect focus and lead to weaker results. The app also uses a significant amount of bandwidth because of the high-quality video.

“fun filters offered”
Pros
Working from home feels a lot more convenient with this software. It performs just as fast as the other platform I used before switching to this one. The filters and virtual backgrounds make meetings more enjoyable and are also fun to use during video calls with friends. I've been using this software for nearly 7 years now.
Cons
The only part I don't really enjoy is the Android app. It still doesn't offer filter options or virtual backgrounds. I really hope the developers add filters and the backgrounds to the mobile app as well.

“face to face communication”
Pros
Being able to meet with clients from anywhere in the world and still have it feel like we're sitting face to face is a huge plus. The meetings app has been a really dependable tool for video collaboration and if you want to experience some of the best customer support out there, this app is definitely worth trying.
Cons
I don't have any particular issues with the platform.

“versatile platform”
Pros
There are plenty of features available to use during meetings which makes the platform really versatile. The audio and video quality are excellent--probably the best I've experienced compared with other tools I've used.
Cons
The biggest downside is definitely the 40 minute cap on free accounts. It gets frustrating when someone outside the company sends an invite and, right in the middle of the call, you have to interrupt and say, "Sorry, we need to switch meetings because this one is about to end."

“best tool fo conferences”
Pros
It's one of the best tools for joining conferences and meetings. Both the video and audio quality are excellent and it works especially well for large organizations with lots of users.
Cons
I don't have any complaints here. Everything works perfectly and is ready to use and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

“great for training sessions”
Pros
Running consulting and training sessions with this tool has been incredibly convenient. Sharing my screen, using the whiteboard and engaging with attendees feels almost like being there in person while demonstrating tasks. I also really appreciate that webinars and meetings are recorded automatically and saved to the cloud which makes it simple to revisit sessions later or share them with others.
Cons
Setback is that the app uses too many resources on my PC which makes it slow and sometimes unresponsive. Because of that, I often end up switching back to the web version of it.

“Works well”
Pros
Works well across pretty much all devices. It's also free to use which makes it even more appealing and it connects effectively with other programs and tools without much trouble.
Cons
There are still a few issues though, like the double screen-sharing problem. Security can also be a concern since it seems vulnerable to hackers and the program sometimes freezes during use.

“Professional connection”
Pros
This has been a really nice tool for connecting people in a professional setting. It works well for creating groups by department, sharing information and staying connected from anywhere. Scheduling meetings with team members is simple and being able to pin or bookmark important messages in group chats is very useful. It also includes audio and video chat with multiple options which makes communication more flexible. Using it helps bring people together across the entire organization.
Cons
A limitation is that the text search works only for a single or individual person's messages. It would be much better if the search could cover all. There is also a time limit when scheduling meetings even though discussions sometimes need to continue depending on the topic. It would be better to have an option to extend the meeting time while the meeting is live.

“handy controls”
Pros
Even when someone doesn't have the app installed, they can usually join right away just by clicking the meeting link which makes things a lot more convenient. The host controls are really useful as well--you can mute participants or disable their video when needed. Screen sharing is quick to use and with the Pro plan, being able to store recordings in the cloud instead of using local storage on your computer is a big plus.
Cons
The option to hand over control of your screen to another person is also a really valuable feature. It's particularly useful when a Mac user needs remote assistance and standard remote access methods aren't an option. The drawback is that once someone is connected remotely, admin login details can't be used which reduces how much virtual support can actually be provided.

“I rely on it a lot!”
Pros
Whenever I need to run a video meeting especially one that involves sharing slides or other visual content it is the app I rely on most. It gives me easy control over whether my camera and microphone are on or off which is really helpful during calls. I've also gotten a lot of value from Rooms for setting up virtual breakout groups since I can manually choose participants and move people around whenever needed.
Cons
Has done a nice job making breakout rooms possible whether the groups are random or intentionally assigned but it still falls short in how people move between small rooms and the main room. If someone leaves the room they were assigned to or selected, they usually can't get back in unless the host places them there again. There's also no direct way for participants to move between rooms on their own unless the host assigns it. It would be much better if participants had more freedom in how they figure out virtual rooms.

“ideal for live teaching”
Pros
Has been an excellent tool for creating educational content, teaching live classes and interacting with participants during meetings. It also lets people join from any device as long as they have an internet connection which makes it very practical and accessible.
Cons
The participant limit can be restrictive when trying to host large-scale talks or open community sessions especially when the goal is to reach a wider audience.

“works across devices”
Pros
Right from the start it has been very simple to use and it works across nearly every device we rely on, including laptops, desktops, tablets and phones. It played a huge role in helping us run meetings and webinars during the pandemic and became an important part of our shift from in-person sessions to online collaboration. The audio and video quality have also been consistently solid. Another plus is that it connects well with a wide range of email servers, not only Gmail.
Cons
Biggest downside is the cost. It can be expensive and the free version comes with a lot of restrictions which can be a real challenge for smaller businesses.

“secure meetings without interruptions”
Pros
Entering meetings is easy and the security setup with a username and password helps keep everything fully confidential. The connection stays stable throughout the conversation so the meeting can be followed without interruptions and everything is easy to keep up with.
Cons
Problem is that data sharing is limited to the meeting itself, including correspondence and chatting as well.

“productive meetings at no cost”
Pros
After more than a year of using this platform, I'm still very happy with it! Most of my meetings happen either face to face or through this app and it has honestly saved me a lot of time while helping me stay more productive at work. The call quality is really solid too especially when the internet connection isn't too slow. One of the biggest advantages is the pricing. It's free for the most part unless you decide to pay for additional features.
Cons
I really haven't come across any downsides.

“Useful features”
Pros
I've used it every day for the last year or two and to me it's the best video conferencing platform available. It offers a lot of practical features that other meeting tools don't provide, stays stable during calls and delivers excellent audio and video quality.
Cons
Issue is that meetings on the free plan are cut off after 40 minutes. It also doesn't offer remote access capabilities like the ones available in platforms such as Microsoft Teams.

“great for classes and meetings”
Pros
Connecting with people in different countries is really convenient and the platform is very simple to use. It has become especially important for online classes, meetings and pretty much anything else you need it for.
Cons
A few things could definitely be better: free sessions are limited to 40 minutes, there are still some concerns around security and privacy and recording on an Android device is not available unless you have a paid account.
