“very valuable for me”
Pros
Having a program that helps me stay close to my friends and family through video calls has been really valuable.
Cons
There have been a lot of connection drops and audio issues. Like I mentioned, I'm not technical so I couldn't really say what the problem in the program was or what caused it.

“simple interface”
Pros
One thing that keeps me using this platform is how lightweight it is while still offering two-way screen sharing. The interface is simple to figure out and it works really well for both audio and video calls. The mobile app is solid too so it's convenient to use even when I'm away from my computer.
Cons
Every now and then the audio and video can lag a bit. Other than that I really don't have any complaints since it has been working well for me overall.

“can schedule sessions”
Pros
Having a free plan that supports meetings of up to 100 people is a big plus especially since you can schedule sessions in advance and protect the room with a password. It performs fairly well even when the internet connection is weak and the audio and video quality are noticeably better than in some similar apps. Another thing I appreciate is the ability to record meetings and get written conversation transcripts, along with the whiteboard feature which is really helpful for online teaching, learning and screen sharing.
Cons
As it became much more widely used recently some security weaknesses were pointed out by experts. Still, I would not consider that a major problem unless you plan to use it for highly confidential conversations.

“love it!”
Pros
Being able to view a lot of participants on one screen is probably the part I appreciate most along with the option to take remote control of another computer. It's also really convenient that invitations can be shared in more than one way, either through a link or by email. The platform is accessible, simple to use and the whiteboard feature became especially indispensable during the pandemic. Those are the areas where it really stands out for me.
Cons
A noticeable issue is that some actions can't be done at the same time during remote control which creates a bit of inconvenience and definitely feels like something that should be improved. There are also occasional problems with audio input and sometimes contacts can't be connected through voice as expected so that feature still needs work. Another downside is the price. It used to feel more affordable in Turkey because of the exchange rate difference but now it has become too expensive to access. Because of that, I end up using the free version which unfortunately comes with the 40 minute limit even though it's a paid product otherwise.

“useful cloud recordings”
Pros
Pretty much every feature it includes ends up being useful at some point. The software is very simple to use because it feels accessible and doesn't create complications. The cloud recordings are especially helpful and add a lot of value.
Cons
It could use a sound equalizer since some devices need audio adjustments in order to be heard more clearly.

“my thoughts”
Pros
It has had fewer meeting hiccups than just about anything else I've used. There's nothing more frustrating than starting a call and running into technical problems on my side or a client's. With how much of today's world happens virtually, this software has become incredibly valuable.
Cons
One thing that still trips me up is ending a meeting while I'm sharing my screen. The button for it isn't placed in the most accessible spot.

“wider reach”
Pros
It's very user friendly, full of practical features that just make sense, dependable when we need it and priced fairly. Around our office "can you hop on Zoom quick?" comes up all the time for all kinds of situations. We even use it to onboard volunteers instead of asking them to travel to the office. It has truly expanded our ability to connect, opening the door to conversations and collaboration with experts in all kinds of fields who are now just a call away.
Cons
Using this platform for audio and video meetings is easy but handling admin tasks and managing several accounts took a bit more effort. We had to spend time exploring the settings and going through the documentation to understand the available options. We've now reached a place where we're comfortable with how everything is set up though it definitely involved some trial and error along the way.

“packed with features”
Pros
It manages to feel simple and easy while still offering advanced capabilities at the same time.
Cons
There really isn't much to dislike. It's a very complete and well-rounded tool for video calls. If I had to point out one downside, it would be the 40 minute limit on the free plan.

“recorded meetings”
Pros
Crystal-clear HD video and audio make meetings very audible for everyone even when there are many participants on the call. Creating and joining meetings is very convenient no matter the location or device being used. The screen sharing tool is especially useful for PowerPoint presentations or training sessions because participants can clearly follow what is being shown. The chat feature also helps my teammates and me stay engaged and discuss any concerns while the meeting is still ongoing. Recording meetings is another big advantage since it helps us keep a record of discussions and share them with people who could not attend. It also supports video calls with 100 or more participants which really makes it stand out from competitors that limit attendance. It continues to perform well even with weak internet connections and the host's ability to mute noisy participants is very effective for keeping online meetings organized.
Cons
My only wish is that the free version allowed a longer time limit than 1 hour 40 minutes but overall the experience has been 100/100.

“good value for cost”
Pros
Right from the start it has been very easy to use and the value for the cost has been excellent with a strong return on investment. It has really changed how much work can get done and even reshaped the way the workday feels. Another big advantage is how well it works across different platforms whether on a computer, mobile device or even audio-only when needed.
Cons
One limitation is that it does not always perform well on low-bandwidth internet connections. Also, getting into the app can feel a little annoying at times especially compared with some competitors that offer simpler browser-based access.

“reliable connection for everything”
Pros
Between work calls and my self-help and recovery groups it has become the platform I rely on for just about everything because the features are useful and it's usually very dependable. It honestly made a huge difference in my life when I was in the hospital and couldn't attend 12-step meetings in person. Through this platform, I was still able to join my meetings and connect with people from all over the world and that support meant everything to me.
Cons
I really wish they would change the limit on the free plan. It would be so much better if free calls could last 60 minutes especially since I'm part of a weekly step-working group and we end up needing the business version just to avoid getting cut off.

“fast communication across teams”
Pros
Because the company I work for is spread across the entire state, tools like this one make it possible to stay in quick and effective contact with the rest of the team despite the distance. Being able to hold meetings or conferences with many people at the same time and share information instantly is a very important advantage.
Cons
The part I like least is that during meetings, the audio can sometimes overlap or have interference which can make communication harder.

“flexible meetings with breakout rooms”
Pros
Using it is easy and the platform offers a wide range of settings for different kinds of meetings and seminars. The breakout rooms are especially useful and are one of my favorite features.
Cons
