“has a lot of functions”
Pros
Back when the pandemic started this was one of the first tools I relied on. It delivers some of the best video quality in calls especially when your internet connection is fast and stable. It also offers more features than a lot of competing platforms and the basic version is usually more than enough for everyday users.
Cons
Problem is that it costs more than many similar platforms although the basic plan still works well for regular use. I also became cautious about using it after reports came out about user data not being fully secure which raised privacy concerns for me. Another inconvenience is that, unlike some other meeting tools where you can join directly from a browser it requires installing the app to use the platform.

“accessible rooms”
Pros
Using this tool feels very natural. It lets you create spaces with separate rooms for different groups of people so you can run multiple meetings within one session. That makes it much faster to open discussion spaces and move through different topics and the integration with Google Calendar works perfectly for keeping track of your schedule.
Cons
It should offer better integration with other work applications especially when you are using enterprise software. Also, if you want to start a meeting from a mobile phone, you have to download the app while on a computer you can simply join the meeting through the web.

“versatile video meetings anywhere”
Pros
It's incredibly simple to use and it offers a lot of useful benefits no matter where you are whether that's at school, in the office or anywhere else.
Cons
I think the visual design of the software could be improved a bit to make it more appealing and attractive for users.

“excellent for large meetings”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and the screen-sharing feature plus the ability to host what feels like an almost unlimited number of participants are some of its most outstanding strengths.
Cons
One thing worth keeping in mind is the free version changed over time. Before, a meeting between two people could last without a time limit but now it is restricted to 40 minutes. The price to remove that limit feels too high and that is one of the biggest obstacles to making the platform more accessible and widely used. Because of that and with so many other alternatives available, I think it has ended up losing a significant number of users.

Between video meetings, voice calls, file sharing and message chat, this platform covers the communication features that matter most to us. It's also very simple to use and blends into our existing processes without any trouble.

“budget friendly”
Pros
Compared with other apps it gives me a lot more features while still staying in an economical price range which is what draws me to use it over the alternatives.
Cons
The only thing I'd want improved is the bandwidth on the free tier, if that's possible.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Using this software has been very easy. It's user friendly, simple to figure out and works well no matter which platform I'm using it on. I also appreciate how the video quality adjusts to the internet speed which helps me stay connected in meetings while using less data.

“excellent meeting controls”
Pros
The tools it includes to manage how a meeting runs are great especially features like being able to mute participants when needed.
Cons
In my opinion the pricing could be handled better. It would be more useful if the same product offered pay-per-use options for someone just starting a business or for people who only need it occasionally. If the cost were more affordable and accessible, I think they would attract many more users.

“videoconferencing that just works”
Pros
Using it is very easy and being able to host video conferences with a lot of people is a big advantage. That said, it would be even better if the interface, video quality and streaming performance were improved.
Cons
It really needs better access and control for the microphone, video, chat and conference room tools during video calls. It would also help a lot if the overall design felt more appealing because honestly, it comes across as outdated, almost like something from the 90s.

“great for remote meetings”
Pros
It has been the best platform for video calls in my use. It comes with helpful features like screen sharing along with several other useful tools. During the work-from-home period, the built-in background options helped me a lot when I needed to attend client meetings from home over the past two years. The interface is simple to understand and creating or scheduling a meeting is very easy.
Cons
Is a very useful tool for work but it does have a few downsides. When too many people join using the same meeting link, I sometimes run into problems like distorted audio and lagging video. This is something it should really work on improving.

“helpful screen sharing experience”
Pros
Pretty easy to use and the screen sharing feature is especially useful because it helps my audience follow along and understand things much better when they can see my screen.
Cons
I'd still prefer a WebRTC option if possible so people wouldn't have to download the app.

Pros
This software really came into the spotlight during the pandemic and it has been very helpful for remote work and staying in touch with coworkers. It makes communication easier and is also quite useful when it comes to sharing information with the team.

“convenient for small groups”
Pros
It works really well for smaller groups and the fact that it's free makes it even more convenient. On top of that, it's simple to use which is a big plus.
Cons
Once you need to host larger groups or use it across a company, you have to move to the paid version and that's a downside when tools like Teams offer that capability for free.

“remote control that just clicks”
Pros
Being able to request remote control from clients and take over their screen is one of the most valuable parts of the platform for me. It means I don't have to rely on TeamViewer or any similar tools to help someone out.
Cons
On the downside screen sharing and remote viewing on Mac can be a bit of a headache. There are times when it doesn't work at all. I'm on Windows but some of my clients use Macs so it does come up. Even with that annoyance, it's definitely not a deal breaker for me.
