“real time teamwork”
Pros
In my case, it lets me follow work progress in real time, hold live conferences with my team and most importantly chat with clients to confirm orders both inside and outside the city without needing to travel. The communication feels clear, simple and dependable.
Cons
They keep updating and improving the product so often that whenever there is something minor to point out, they usually fix it shortly after. Because of that, it's honestly hard to find any real flaw.

“Love staying close on zoom”
Pros
Being able to use this tool means a lot to me because it's how I stay connected with my children when they're at their father's house. I honestly love everything about it and I don't know how I'd manage video calls with them without it. It really helps me feel like my kids are right there with me even when they're not.
Cons
I really can't point to anything negative about it because I truly love everything about it.

“breakout rooms work”
Pros
Meetings stay on track without delays and it works really well for collaborating and sharing ideas with the team. It's especially useful for brainstorming sessions and the breakout room feature takes remote meetings to another level. Out of all the tools I've used, this is the one I trust most for international conferences.
Cons
If you're using a free account the meeting ends after 40 minutes so you have to set up a new room each time.

“Reliable meetings for daily teams”
Pros
Right away it felt accessible and simple to work with. Its video conferencing features, along with the option to schedule meetings and recordings using a personalized link, are essential for how our business operates. At this point it has really become the standard for remote work and online meetings. We rely on it every day to run business activities and keep communication flowing across departments.
Cons
Coming from a video department, we need both conferencing and recordings to consistently deliver strong quality. In our field, high-quality video is a big part of looking professional and that's where the platform doesn't fully deliver. The video capture often lacks that true HD look for both users and viewers. Many of our recordings end up well below 720p even though we pay for a plan that is supposed to support 1080p. That becomes especially frustrating when we need to ingest those interviews and recordings and turn them into HD content for online use. It really needs to put more focus on HD recording quality which is why we've started using other software for that purpose.

“fast sharing”
Pros
Getting started is very accessible and using it feels easy right away. File sharing is also very fast and reliable which makes collaboration much more convenient.
Cons
The only drawback I've noticed is that there's no clear way to tell whether we appear online or offline to other users.

“flexible admin controls and branding”
Pros
Our team continues to stick mainly because the chat and calling features work really well across everyone in our contact list. Inside the organization, we rarely bother sending links since we usually just call each other directly, either one-on-one or in groups. From an admin side, it's also very useful that I can configure different profile settings based on what our company wants team members to access and I can even require users to use a virtual background whenever they turn their camera on. That matters a lot for us because during client meetings, everyone has to use our custom background which helps reinforce our branding. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to upload a CSV file to add a large batch of new hires at once.
Cons
One thing I'm not happy with is that the video settings seem capped at HD when I'd want more control to improve video quality further. I'm also not a fan of the blur background option only having a single setting. It would be much better if the blur intensity could be adjusted since the distance and look of a background can vary and having that control would make the effect appear more natural.

“good integration”
Pros
As with any platform like this, a stable internet connection makes a big difference. Another plus is that it connects with our business software, TeamUp which has been really useful. The initial setup was fairly simple too although in the beginning we had to do some trial and error to figure out the best settings particularly for sharing sound successfully.
Cons
During our classes we regularly mute and unmute participants so they can give feedback and that part feels a bit outdated now that it removed the "Unmute all" button. The option to request unmuting is still there but it is tucked away and also depends on the participant clicking yes. Since some of our participants are older or living with long-term health conditions, managing mute and unmute on their own can be difficult for them.

“essential during covid”
Pros
This software really fits the way we work today. It was especially important for me during the COVID period and turned out to be a crucial tool.
Cons
On the downside the technical team still needs to fix the issue with data usage because connection problems and bugs happen far too often during video conferences.

“I can participate virtually”
Pros
It allowed me to participate in meetings even without being physically there. For us teachers it was a way for everyone to be present at the gatherings something that at other times would have been very difficult to achieve.
Cons
At the beginning the usage was limited to just one hour but when they expanded that option, the experience improved and the quality of the service also felt better.

Pros

“clear video quality”
Pros
One thing that really makes this software stand out is how user friendly it is. Changing the background is simple and the video still looks clear even when the lighting is dim. It also lets you host unlimited one-on-one or group meetings for free which is a big plus. Another helpful part is that people can join a meeting without needing to download the app.
Cons
On the free plan the time limit feels restrictive and really should be increased. There's also no way to delete or edit inappropriate comments which can be frustrating. On top of that, the real-time captions only support a limited number of languages.

“makes remote work manageable”
Pros
Working remotely is much more manageable with this product because it's easy to use and really helps simplify work meetings and presentations. The image and sound quality are fairly good which makes conversations flow well and sharing your screen or presenting slides also works quite effectively.
Cons
While watching different talks and presentations, I've noticed that guests' microphones sometimes get turned off when someone else mutes them and that can interrupt a person's presentation. It can also cause the application and even the presenter, to freeze at times.

“Using it for a while”
Pros
Back during the pandemic, this became one of the tools I relied on constantly and that routine has carried over into my daily use even now. The convenience and range of features it offers are the reason I keep using it for different purposes. A few things that really make it stand out are its user friendly interface, the fact that it's free for users and the solid video conferencing quality. It also handles multiple participants and even large audiences very well without creating problems. On top of that it gives both the host and attendees a variety of useful meeting features which is especially helpful from the host side when managing and controlling the full session. Overall it's a really solid piece of software.
Cons
It has only happened to me on rare occasions but it did crash once or twice during meetings with a large audience.

“Useful features”
Pros
Using the app feels very easy and it includes many of the features clients typically need. Screen sharing, live audio and video and live chat are all heavily used and work well for just about everyone.
Cons
The live chat feature could still be improved especially by adding the option to delete sent messages. It would also help to have a pop-out chat for each participant instead of relying on a drop-down. That part could use an upgrade with a few more features though the rest of the platform works well.

“accessible and easy choice”
Pros
Back in the early pandemic period the NHS adopted MS Teams quite quickly but a lot of staff weren't really aware of how to use it or which features were available. There was a noticeable difference between the free version and the licensed one and an even larger gap between outside guests and actual Team members in terms of what they could access, including accessibility options. This was much simpler to roll out and more direct to use so it often became the platform we turned to when MS Teams couldn't deliver what was needed. Its accessibility settings were also much easier to switch on.
Cons
Captioning is extremely inaccurate and the audio and video quality seem to have got worse over time.
