“clean interface and trusted privacy”
Pros
Compared with other video conferencing tools available right now it has a much more user friendly interface. It also gives a reassuring sense of security and privacy since you can customize the settings however you prefer.
Cons
Meetings in the free version can only run for a set amount of time. That said, the limit still feels pretty generous for a free plan especially since users get access to almost all of the features whether they are paying or using the free version.

“ideal for global teamwork”
Pros
What I appreciate most about this software is that it lets us connect from different parts of the world and use it across all kinds of projects.

I still haven't come across any issues with the software and I use it often since I'm connected regularly.

“affordable pricing”
Pros
The pricing plans are affordable, it supports collaborative work really well and it's so user friendly that even kids can use it without trouble.
Cons
It would be better if there were a direct link clients could use to schedule meetings based on the availability in my calendar.

“really helpful for live meetings”
Pros
Being able to talk with other companies about products while seeing everything in real time has been incredibly helpful and that's a big reason I enjoy using this so much. I also use it often for my children's school and it has worked out really well for that too which has been very nice.
Cons
The only issue I really have is that the process could be improved when the host is letting you into a meeting. I've run into problems there a few times and it has ended up kicking me out of the meeting.

“effective for larger groups”
Pros
Holding meetings on the platform is really useful and effective especially when it comes to managing the duration and the number of participants. At one time, we can connect with a huge number of people which makes it very practical for larger meetings.
Cons
An area that could be improved is allowing even more participants to join the same call at once. It does have a participant limit and it would be better if that capacity could be increased.

“has a generous free plan”
Pros
People can hop in on meetings without having to install anything first. It's the platform many Deaf participants and Sign Language Interpreters prefer because the accessibility features are so well suited to them. The free version also gives you a lot to work with which makes it even better. Screen sharing keeps presentations and meetings polished and the remote control option is especially useful when I need to show someone exactly how to do something on their computer. Being able to use two monitors at once is another big plus since I can share my screen and still keep all the participants visible at the same time.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. This is the conferencing tool I rely on most for my work-from-home job and I barely even use my regular phone anymore :)

“easy to use”
Pros
The interaction during meetings is really good and getting into the platform is very accessible and easy.
Cons
One drawback is that not all the tutorials are available for learning how to use it so there are features and details we've had to figure out on our own.

“updated and practical for meetings”
Pros
It feels current and very practical which helps shorten distances in communication while allowing more people to join meetings. The first 40 minutes being free also makes it a very affordable option.

“perfect for online networking”
Pros
Works really well for online networking and collaboration especially with smaller groups. The hand-raise feature is helpful for keeping people from talking over one another particularly when there's a designated moderator guiding the conversation. It definitely works best when the group stays at a manageable size because once attendance grows, keeping track of everyone can get harder unless you have extra staff helping behind the scenes. Another feature I've really appreciated is being able to admit certain people from the waiting room before the meeting officially begins when we need time to debrief first. I was a little nervous about using that setup at first but once I realized that option was available, I felt much more comfortable using it for events with members.
Cons
One frustration has been that we haven't been able to live stream meeting formats directly to our Facebook groups. That's been disappointing but it hasn't been a deal-breaker since we can still upload a recording afterward instead.

“unstable and hard to trust”
Pros
During the quarantine it was the first tool that really let me continue my studies, keep working and stay connected with friends throughout the pandemic.
Cons
Compared with other competing platforms, its reputation feels very poor. It's unstable, comes with too many limitations and creates a strong sense of insecurity. It's not software I would recommend.

“helps stay connected”
Pros
Even when people are far away, it helps you stay connected and still feel close to them. It gave us and still gives us, the chance to work from anywhere, let our children learn in a different way and even keep "going" to the psychologist during the hardest months of the pandemic.
Cons
I really don't have anything to add here because it always worked wonderfully for me.

“user friendly”
Pros
During the COVID pandemic it became the go-to option for virtual meetings for a lot of us and a big reason was how user friendly it is. Compared with competitors like Teams and Google Meet, it felt much simpler to use across different platforms and operating systems.
Cons
I do wish that the web version were as fully developed as the downloadable app. There are times when I need the flexibility of joining through the browser because I do not have the app installed but it is not as dependable especially when it comes to visual and audio clarity.

Pros

“meetings from anywhere”
Pros
Being able to join a meeting from anywhere has made life much more convenient. It cuts down on traffic, removes the stress of getting somewhere late and lets you take part even when you cannot be there in person. It was especially helpful for students and tutors during the Covid pandemic, when lectures and consultations had to move online. Whenever we had questions or needed help from lecturers and tutors it became the place we could rely on for those discussions. The video conferencing and microphone features make communication clear so people can connect and talk through important matters online without much trouble. It is also very convenient to log into a meeting even when it has already been going on for a while.
Cons
One downside is that it keeps strict track of meeting time. If a meeting is scheduled for 2 hours, it ends and kicks you out once that time is up. That can be useful in terms of keeping things on schedule but it becomes frustrating when the discussion is important and not everything has been covered yet. In those cases, key points can be left unfinished and may have to wait until the next meeting.

“recording and annotation stand out”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy is the recording feature especially because it captures all participants on screen. The annotation tool is also a big plus since it makes meetings more interactive and engaging.
Cons
The part I'm least satisfied with is the screen sharing. It works fine but there's definitely room for improvement. It would be better if they added a 'share a tab only' option or made the shared screen less fully expanded on the host's side so control and navigation could be more effective.

“packed with useful meeting tools”
Pros
You only need to create an account and after that you can begin setting up meetings for work, college, school or even catch ups with family and friends. It comes with plenty of useful features that make meetings more comfortable, enjoyable and secure. The host controls are very thorough as well. Setting up a meeting takes just a minute and the video options add a fun touch with filters, lighting enhancements, virtual backgrounds and more. Overall it works really well for all kinds of meetings because it's simple to use, packed with features and conveniences and feels safe.
Cons

“Has a lot of features”
Pros
It's a very complete piece of software and it's easy to implement.
Cons
It doesn't allow sending every type of file through the chat. Also, needing executable files to keep videoconferences running takes away some convenience and value even though it does improve security.
