“fun meetings with useful tools”
Pros
Between the custom backgrounds, hand-raising, digital whiteboards, polling and similar features it adds a lot to meetings and makes even dull ones more engaging. The recording option is something I rely on a lot especially while working from home because it helps me keep track of everything discussed. The mobile app is also quite solid and gives good access when I'm away from my desk. The interface is decent overall though there's still room to make it better.
Cons
Zoombombing is still really frustrating so the security side doesn't feel strong enough and I hope that gets addressed soon. I also have concerns about data privacy when using the platform especially given the reports about personal information like videos and notes being collected for targeted advertising.

“smooth sharing”
Pros
Getting started is pretty easy since it works through both a web browser and a desktop app. It has that simple set-it-up-and-go feel where you send an invite, people join quickly and everyone can share screens and resources in real time while keeping things secure. It also connects well with third-party tools like G Suite which makes remote collaboration feel much more smooth.
Cons
When stacked against some competitors, it seems to need a stronger internet connection to stay stable. Also a few key features like unlimited recordings are locked behind the paid plan.

“productive meetings”
Pros
Helps us save time, keeps meetings productive and gives us a lot of flexibility. It also has excellent features for file management, screen sharing and both video and audio quality!
Cons
It's not a major issue but I'd really appreciate it if recorded meetings were available directly within the platform instead of only being saved on my computer.

“ideal for remote work”
Pros
Right from the beginning it became the go to tool for remote work whether for meetings, conferences, virtual classes or training sessions.

The time limit on meetings for free personal accounts can be frustrating.

“clear calls”
Pros
Very simple to use and it is so reliable for communication with clearer video and better audio during meetings. Overall it works really well for me :)
Cons
My only small issue is with the free session length since it's under an hour. There's also the 40 minute limit to wrap up a meeting and on rare occasions it can lag a bit.

“Simple navigation”
Pros
Getting around the software is very easy and the color scheme feels comfortable while still looking professional and formal.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints aside from the fact that you need a strong internet connection and signal for it to work well.

“easy to work with”
Pros
Using this software feels very easy with fast access to lots of participants, reliable performance during video calls and several really helpful features like turning audio or video on and off whenever needed.
Cons
It is paid and fairly expensive which can make it hard to access for young African students in particular as well as for small businesses.

“usable across devices”
Pros
Has one of the most user friendly interfaces when it comes to video and audio calling software. It's simple to figure out, the tools are all within reach and the mobile app offers the same level of convenience and usability in case my computer isn't working. I've used this software consistently for a long time and it's something I genuinely enjoy using.
Cons
The only problem I've run into with this software has been connectivity. When I'm in an area with weak internet, meetings can drop or end for me because of the poor connection. I really wish it handled low bandwidth situations better so people could still attend meetings from places with limited connectivity.

“solid quality”
Pros
Any paid subscription removes the time limit which makes it a very flexible option for longer sessions. The video conferencing quality is solid, the connection is dependable and the interface is simple and user friendly. It also works well for large audiences and being able to stream meetings directly to Facebook is a really useful feature.
Cons
A downside is the uncontrolled commenting which can get a bit messy during meetings. There are also some minor performance issues and it can be a little resource-intensive at times. On top of that, the free subscription has limited usability and fewer features compared with the paid plans.

“manageable and simple to use”
Pros
Doesn't take much effort because the interface is clear and simple to understand. It can be a bit challenging at first for some seniors but aside from that, most features are quick to pick up. With just a little practice it becomes very manageable and easy to use.
Cons
One area that feels weaker is the mobile access. Since many people rely on their phones to join this platform, I think the mobile experience still needs improvement.

“perfect fit for us!”
Pros
Without a doubt its usability has been the biggest advantage! When the pandemic started and everything was chaotic, we tried other platforms but once we came across this platform, it adapted perfectly to everything we needed.
Cons
No real complaints about using it. If anything, joining a session urgently can sometimes take a little longer but it is not a major issue.

“excellent calls and screen sharing”
Pros
Has been one of the best tools I've used for remote video and audio calls. It's very easy to use and comes with really strong features especially screen sharing. The audio and video quality are consistently very good which makes the platform feel dependable.
Cons
If I had to point out one area that could be improved it would be the process of creating a meeting. Right now users need to open the platform first and then start the meeting so it could be better integrated into an organization's core tools.

“accessible to use”
Pros
Being able to share a Whiteboard really expanded the ways participants can work together in one common space. It's also very accessible and simple to use.
Cons
A few features currently depend on third-party apps and it would be even better if those functions were built in natively.

“reliable calls and clear audio”
Pros
Joining meetings has been very dependable and I really appreciate that it reconnects automatically if the session drops because of internet issues. The chat history disappearing on its own after 24 hours is also a nice touch. On top of that the audio stays clear even when the connection is unstable.
Cons
Something that gets annoying is having to log in to the app frequently unlike Skype where it usually stays signed in whenever the computer starts. Another issue is that if two people try calling each other at the same time, both calls end up connecting.

“better than other options”
Pros
Using this has been really easy for me because it's reliable, flexible and doesn't feel heavy at all. Compared with Teams it feels simpler, lighter and faster and one of the biggest advantages is being able to send a meeting link without having to schedule anything first while still having the option to schedule if needed by installing the Google Calendar plugin. Compared with Meet a major difference is during presentations since this platform lets you keep seeing the other participants much more easily and it also uses far less data and RAM.
Cons
My only real complaint is that during screen sharing, the presentation controls sit at the top of the screen and sometimes get in the way when I'm trying to open or close browser tabs. I've also heard some companies say it doesn't fully meet their security standards although I'm not really sure how much different it is from Teams in that regard.

“essential for hybrid work”
Pros
Ever since our office went remote in 2020 and shifted to a hybrid setup, this has become something we really can't do without. Our clients are spread across the world and honestly, it's hard to imagine how we managed before having it.
Cons
At this point the only downside is that I still haven't learned all of the features so it feels like I'm not taking full advantage of everything it can do.
