“good for work and study”
Pros
Plays a big role in how I work and study online and at this point it's hard to imagine managing either without it.
Cons
It would be even better for language teaching if there were more customization features or decorative options available.

“Popular choice”
Pros
Once the pandemic shut down in-person meetings, I moved our work meetings over to this platform after seeing how popular it had become. I hadn't used it before that but it quickly became the way we handled everything. Even now that things have settled down, people are no longer wearing masks and in-person options are back, I still prefer doing all of my work meetings through it. Everyone can join from wherever they happen to be and they don't even need a computer since it works perfectly well on a phone too. If someone doesn't want to be on camera, they can simply join with audio only which makes it even more convenient. For a mobile company that can't always host conferences face to face, this works incredibly well. Sharing content and screen sharing are both very simple and overall I absolutely love using this app.
Cons
Personally I really don't have any complaints about it. My employees are all able to use it without any trouble and we rarely, if ever, run into connection issues. I'd honestly give this app a 10 out of 10.

“So useful!”
Pros
Screen sharing and video conferencing are the parts I use the most and they've been especially useful for both my work meetings and personal sessions with friends I talk stock trading with.
Cons
There isn't much for me to complain about but one thing I don't love is that there's no real way to limit how many chat comments guests can post so the conversation can sometimes get flooded.

“Attend meetings from anywhere!”
Pros
The functions and accessibility of this app have helped us a lot by allowing more people from our community to join from anywhere. The audio and video quality has never been poor and the rest of the features are reliable, polished and user friendly.
Cons
It would be really helpful if there were an option to assign more co-hosts to support conferences as staff.

“Real time connection”
Pros
Feels very accessible and it gives users a real sense of autonomy while navigating and using the interface. It also tends to be widely accepted because it is already well positioned in the market which makes it easier to find more people interested in or already using the service. On top of that, it is a very good option for working with many users connected in real time.
Cons
There are still some areas where the tool could improve especially when it comes to not depending so much on having a very good signal. It would be better if it worked well with broader connectivity so users could access it faster and have a friendlier experience overall.

“Good tool but needs strong internet”
Pros
Video conferencing is the standout part of this platform because it makes communication and information sharing much more convenient. The screen sharing feature is also very helpful during presentations since it lets everyone else clearly see what's being discussed and understand project details better.
Cons
The downside is that weak internet connections can make the system glitch especially when screen sharing on mobile data. To use this platform properly, a fast and stable internet connection is really necessary.

“great for team meetings”
Pros
Has been really useful for collaborating over video with peers. Screen sharing works well, the chat is handy during meetings and being able to schedule recurring meetings makes it very convenient for regular catch-ups.
Cons
I've noticed that compared with Google Meet, it takes a bit longer to load and get a video chat started.

“like an in person meeting”
Pros
Ever since the COVID pandemic, this product has helped companies keep meeting and continue regular discussions through this solution. The app's features make the experience feel very similar to being in an in-person meeting.
Cons
If you don't lock your meeting or set the room to private, other people can join and potentially disrupt the session.

“convenient for meetings”
Pros
Running conferences is very convenient and people can join from anywhere in the world without much trouble. File sharing is simple, the real-time chat works well and the audio quality is one of the best parts of the platform.
Cons
Sharing larger files can be problematic. Meetings also require a strong high data internet connection to work properly.

“Can be adjusted to fit needs”
Pros
A big plus with it is how many settings can be adjusted to better fit our care workflow. We can limit the sharing of personal information between treatment participants, bring in language interpreters when needed and allow peers to schedule for themselves or on behalf of each other through the permission settings. Those options have really helped improve how the platform fits our needs and how efficiently we use it over time.
Cons
There are a few functional differences between the desktop/PC version and the mobile app although they are fairly small and have not had much impact on care delivery.

“I rely on it heavily!”
Pros
Working from home as a mental health therapist I rely on it heavily for telehealth sessions and it has been an essential part of how I meet with clients. It's HIPAA compliant, can be password protected when needed and works well for multiple participants since I also run support groups and workshops with 5 or more people. The waiting room feature is especially useful and my younger clients have a lot of fun with the filters and playful face effects.
Cons
You can't share the actual app window itself. That becomes difficult when someone who isn't very comfortable with technology needs help or step by step guidance. It would be much better if it allowed its own app screens and windows to be shared or viewed too.

“user friendly”
Pros
Back when Covid-19 first started, our company needed an online platform to stay in touch and this turned out to be a very user friendly option. It works really well for meetings and the waiting room feature helps prevent unauthorized people from joining. The setup is lightweight too so it doesn't take up much space or create storage issues.
Cons
Issue is that meetings on the mobile app can disconnect if a phone call comes in. The pricing also feels a bit expensive for the level of performance. Also free accounts cut off meetings after 40 minutes when more than two people are participating.

“feature-packed”
Pros
Covers a wide set of meeting needs from presentations and screen sharing to conferences and it even includes thoughtful little touches like the raise-hand option for asking questions. That attention to small details is what impressed me the most.
Cons
It requires entering a security code every time I log in. I understand it's there for safety reasons but it still feels a bit inconvenient.

“Quite practical”
Pros
It's a very practical tool and simple to use. I can join from any device and from anywhere whether I'm in the city or even another country. It also gives enough time to hold meetings with more than 300 participants without affecting the connection.
Cons
A nice improvement would be allowing people to join without having to download the application.

“Clear video quality”
Pros
Being able to bring everyone together in one online space is a huge plus. The video quality is very clear so it feels almost like we're all sitting in the same room. It also saves me from having to travel out of state just to attend meetings which makes things a lot more convenient.
Cons
The only downside is that it completely depends on having internet access. If the internet goes out or the connection drops, everything stops and we have to wait until it comes back before everyone can join again.

Pros

“best pick for audio sharing”
Pros
Being able to share system audio is what makes this platform my go-to option for remote work and online meetings. Other apps usually limit you to sharing browser audio but here you can share full system sound which makes a big difference.
Cons
The free plan does feel restrictive since meetings are cut off after 40 minutes. It also doesn't offer a way to get remote access the way tools like AnyDesk do.
