“best option for virtual meetings”
Pros
Our internal team meetings regularly start with calls on this platform and even some virtual events are hosted there from time to time. There are also situations where certain roles specifically require this to get the job done. All in all I'd say there still isn't a better alternative to it on the market today.
Cons
Some of the security settings that are currently handled through in-program banners would be much more convenient if they could be managed directly from the admin portal.

“reliable calls for big groups”
Pros
Joining calls with more than 30 people at once has been a really good experience. I could hear and see everyone clearly the whole time and not a single meeting dropped or disconnected. It worked really well.
Cons
The only downside is that the free version only lets you use it for up to 90 minutes per session.

“essential for remote meetings”
Pros
With so much of my financial services work happening remotely now, this has turned into a key part of how I do business. It's very simple to use, both our team and our clients already know their way around it and we rely on it every single day.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. It fit naturally into our day-to-day workflow and at this point, most of my meetings are handled through this platform.

“all kinds of needs!”
Pros
Works really well as a communication tool for all kinds of needs. It's useful for webinars, online meetings, team collaboration, screen recording and more.
Cons
One thing that's really frustrating is that you can't copy and paste content from the chat which gets annoying fast.

“practical meetings with useful integrations”
Pros
Has been especially useful because it connects well with major business tools which helps keep meetings productive. It's also a practical and easy way to handle basic video conferencing needs. The platform is simple to use and it's easy to set up, host, manage and schedule meetings. Another plus is the pricing which can be quite appealing depending on what you need, ranging from a free plan to more expensive options. There's also the benefit of being able to host free 40 minute meetings.
Cons
Generally does what I expect it to do but I think the security side could use more attention and improvement. I've hosted private work meetings where a random person somehow joined the call which was concerning. For live public webinars the chat function also lets users post comments immediately and as far as I know, there isn't a way to remove inappropriate or vulgar messages once they appear.

“my review”
Pros
Having a free version is a big plus and there's also a paid plan if you need more advanced features. It makes it possible to stay connected with clients anywhere in the world, join seminars, attend live training sessions or just have productive conversations about work. It's fairly easy to use and since so many people already know and use it globally, it's simple to connect with others through it.
Cons
The setup and configuration can sometimes be a little tricky. Quite often some clients struggle to get their sound working because it has to be adjusted in the settings and there isn't a direct option available to select the audio right away.

“positive experience!”
Pros
When our organization shifted to working from home during the pandemic, staying connected over calls with the team became a real challenge. This ended up being the solution we needed and we started using it for all of our stand-up meetings and daily huddles. It helped everyone stay connected consistently and also gave a noticeable boost to our productivity. Even now our organization still relies on it for client meetings as well as internal communication.
Cons
An issue we do run into is that the remote access feature can lag or freeze at times. It only seems to happen on certain devices but when it does, it creates problems for the team. Other than that, we really haven't experienced any major issues.

“honest opinion”
Pros
The video quality has been really good and the screen sharing quality is just as solid with no lag at all. It's very user friendly and makes everything simple to use during calls.
Cons
There isn't really any major downside for me with this software. The only thing I'd want improved is the limit on video call duration and the number of participants allowed.

Pros
Even as a free app, it comes with a lot of features. It works really well for all kinds of meetings whether it's for work or even teacher staff meetings.
Cons

“kept things running”
Pros
When everything shut down during the pandemic, this option really helped us keep things running. We were able to switch to remote work almost overnight and continue offering dance and acting classes online. The interface and controls were user friendly which made those first stressful weeks a lot more manageable.
Cons
That said it would sometimes cut out likely when too many people were on the platform and the audio lag during dance classes was extremely frustrating. Anything that needed to happen live in real time just didn't work well since each person was getting the video and sound at different moments. In the end, the cost was also a big reason we moved away.

“love it”
Pros
Really useful to be able to jump into virtual meetings anytime and from anywhere! The automated captions are a nice addition and having live chat plus content sharing in the same place makes collaboration better. My team has weekly chats on it and it fits what I need well.
Cons
One downside is the limited control over comments. The video quality also is not quite at the level I expected and if you have other applications open on your laptop, the platform can start running very slowly.

“user friendly for training teams”
Pros
Getting people started with it takes very little effort since the platform is very user friendly and hardly requires any training. We rely on it every day to train our drivers and it also supports our recruitment work really well. The chat and video features perform nicely and make it easier to keep track of audience engagement during sessions.
Cons
The video freezes for mobile users. It may be related to their data connection but it happens often enough to make training sessions more difficult and drag the process out longer than it should.

“reliable remote support access”
Pros
Working in support I need to connect to users' systems every day to check issues directly and this has been one of the most useful tools for that. Its remote support feature lets me access another user's machine without trouble which makes it much easier to diagnose problems and fix them without interruptions. For this kind of work it has been one of the best software options to handle user issues efficiently.
Cons
Based on my requirements, I don't really feel that anything is missing. It already includes everything I need from the user side so at this point I haven't come across any major gaps.
