Pros

Scheduling meetings feels very practical and sharing presentations is easy. I also appreciate being able to record sessions without losing image or sound quality. The single sign-on feature is useful and overall it gives me a secure way to host my meetings.

Cons

The 40 minute meeting limit isn't very useful and the paid features could be priced more affordably.

Pros

Using this product feels very easy. One feature I really appreciate is being able to share my screen with other participants during a call which lets me show and present my presentation without any kind of issue.

Cons

Everything works perfectly. The program is simple and accessible and on the rare occasions it seems a bit slow, that really depends on the network and connection quality.

Pros

I really loved the interface and all the options it offers. I've used it for webinars, conferences and other types of events and it has worked very well. One feature I especially enjoyed was being able to create multiple rooms with a specific number of people in each.

Cons

I think it still needs some improvement when it comes to optimization with other devices.

Screen sharing has been really useful for running presentations and working with co-workers. It makes it simple to guide people through different processes step by step. I also appreciate being able to change the background especially when I'm working somewhere other than the office.

Cons

A few features, like changing the background, still aren't available in the mobile app. I'm hoping the platform adds the same functions there as well.

Pros

Is part of my daily work routine. I use it every day to speak with candidates, attend meetings and chat with colleagues. Creating meeting links is really useful and sending text messages to candidates through the platform is helpful too. Overall, it's very convenient to use for regular communication at work.

Cons

Sometimes when I create a meeting link and send it to my team, it doesn't work properly. There are also times when calling problems come up which can be frustrating.

Being able to video conference, chat, share screens, exchange files and interact with people in different locations at the same time has been a complete game changer.

I haven't run into any issues so far. I'm really enjoying it and nothing concerning has come up for me yet.

During the Covid19 period when in person meetings were restricted, this turned out to be an ideal solution! The website and app come with a lot of useful features especially the very clear audio and solid video quality for video conferences. It also lets you bring together a large number of participants and join meetings from almost any device whether it's a PC, laptop or smartphone. Another thing that makes it practical is the meeting interaction tools like hand raising and messaging which help people participate better. Screen sharing is also one of its strongest features because it makes presenting content very convenient. On top of that meetings can be recorded without much effort although recording depends on host approval which helps protect privacy.

Cons

It can also contribute to weaker team relationships since it makes virtual meetings a substitute for meeting face to face. One drawback is that it does not guarantee everyone will stay consistently present throughout the meeting especially when sudden internet disruptions happen. Because of that, there can be doubts about whether all participants actually receive the full discussion and content being shared.

Being able to join remotely even without a laptop is really convenient since I can use it on my phone to attend meetings and connect with people for business-related communication.

Cons

At times calls get marked as spam calls. If that gets fixed, it would make things much more convenient and comfortable for my work.

Biggest advantage for me is how many people it can handle in a single meeting. We've hosted sessions with more than 300 attendees and it still stayed stable and clear throughout. I haven't really seen another video conferencing platform manage that kind of scale in the same way. Another thing I appreciate is how dependable it is overall since it rarely goes down or spends time buffering. It's also very flexible because it works across nearly all browsers, mobile devices and PCs which makes it even more convenient.

Cons

Even though they've clearly put in a lot of effort to fix bugs, there are still times when the audio or video starts lagging and that can make the experience frustrating. The mobile app also doesn't offer the same features or overall experience as the web version. On top of that, the support team could be more responsive whenever help is needed.

Has been really useful for starting online meetings and video conferences and the recording feature is especially helpful when I need to go back and review the meeting later.

Cons

The screen sharing feature can be a little delayed but it still works very well for showing my screen to everyone in the meeting.

Getting started with it for international calls is very easy and it comes with several useful features like text messaging, meetings and more.

From time to time the voice breaks up during calls because of network issues and occasionally the call does not connect for the same reason.

One thing I really enjoy about it is how customizable it feels especially with the option to take over someone else's screen. For education, that feature is incredibly useful because instead of wasting time trying to explain something step by step, you can just demonstrate it live and directly help the person on the other end.

At the beginning even simple things like changing my name were confusing and I also ran into quite a few issues with screen sharing before. Another downside is that in some meetings you cannot leave anonymous comments which can feel a bit intimidating in school settings since people may not feel comfortable asking questions or sharing what they need. It would be really helpful if there were an option like that with moderator approval.

No matter where we're working from, it really helps our distributed team stay connected and collaborate more easily.

Cons

One ongoing annoyance is that we have to keep renaming ourselves over and over to maintain our preferred settings.

Pros

Being able to connect with students, coworkers and training professionals through this platform has been incredibly valuable. It really gives that feeling of being in the same room and having a real conversation face to face. During distance learning, it was an absolute lifesaver and even now it continues to be just as useful. Something that used to be a logistical headache (trying to get everyone in my field together for an afternoon meeting) can now be handled quickly and efficiently over this platform.

Cons

Some administrative settings were only available by leaving the main screen and opening a separate area to make changes. It would be much better if all of those settings were available in a quick-access sidebar so adjustments could be made on the spot.

If you're not using this software yet, go for it. File sharing, screen sharing, live presentations and recording are all very simple to use and it runs without bugs or only very rarely.

Cons

It no longer works on screens with built-in applications and that is a real issue.

One thing I enjoy most about this software is being able to share my screen and chat live during video meetings at the same time. It makes the whole meeting feel much more interactive and engaging.

Cons

almost everything about this app is excellent. The only downside is the time limit on meetings and I hope the team updates this feature to allow longer sessions.
