“trusted platform”
Pros
During online meetings, its interface and overall UI feel very well designed. It gives users the flexibility to choose the layout that suits them best, depending on what they want to focus on or take away from the meeting.
Cons
There really isn't anything in the software that I dislike much but one improvement would be a Lite version that can perform better even on low-bandwidth connections.

“Helpful for webinars”
Pros
Almost anyone can access it which makes it really convenient. It's especially useful for meetings and webinars.
Cons
It uses a lot of internet data and even then it can still run slowly at times.

“best choice for team calls”
Pros
Has completely changed the way we work. We start every day with internal team meetings on the platform and we also use it for virtual conferences a few times each month. Even some of our interviews for specific roles are conducted through calls on this platform. To sum it up, I haven't seen any better alternative to it in the market so far.
Cons
I haven't come across any major downsides. If anything, a slight improvement in video quality would give it even more of an advantage over its competitors.

“Accessible meetings”
Pros
Getting into meetings is really easy and it gives me a lot of the same familiar feel that Skype used to have.
Cons
Don't have any real complaints about it. The only thing I'd love to see added is a built in form filling feature. If I'm speaking with someone instead of sending a form separately through this platform or email, it would be helpful to open a form right there during the meeting, let them complete it live and submit it on the spot.

“reliable for weekly classes”
Pros
It has been really useful for me since I use it every week to join live college classes and I genuinely enjoy attending meetings on it.
Cons
Something that really bothers me is that the audio and video still cut in and out even when the internet connection is good. It becomes pretty frustrating when the other person is speaking and you can't hear them clearly.

“global connection and virtual participation”
Pros
Entering meetings is so simple and sharing a room with people from anywhere in the world is very convenient and it has become a really useful tool for this digital era. It makes virtual interaction feel real as well, allowing people to participate, connect and engage around topics they have in common.
Cons
Issue is that the free version only allows 40 minutes, without considering that participants usually take 10 to 15 minutes to join. That wastes valuable time meant for the main discussion and ends up forcing everyone to re-enter the meeting again much too soon.

“widely known”
Pros
Starting off with it is as it gets and ever since 2020, just about everyone either uses it already or at least knows what it is.
Cons
The limitation with the free plan is that group meetings can only run for a set amount of time. I understand that they need a way to monetize the product so that part makes sense. Still, it would be nice to see a lower-cost or mid-level plan for people who need a bit more than the free version offers but not as much as the full premium tier.

“accessible interface”
Pros
Feels very easy to use because the interface is highly accessible! One thing I especially needed was reliable screen sharing for video since I teach Film and TV Studies and that was absolutely essential. In that area it really delivered especially compared with tools like Collaborate which did not handle it well when Covid first started. I also appreciated the option to record meetings and lessons since it meant students in different time zones could watch the material later.
Cons
From a teaching perspective, there are still a few things I wish were better. First I would have liked the session administrator, in this case me as the professor, to have the ability to turn on both camera and sound for participants. I understand the privacy concerns involved but I also know plenty of students log in and then focus on other things on their computers while supposedly attending class. Second I missed having smaller meeting spaces within the main meeting. It might be complicated to build but it would have been very useful to create sub sessions where students could discuss topics in small groups and then return to the main class to share their conclusions. Third it would have been helpful if it included some basic video editing such as trimming the start of a session since that part often included technical issues from participants. Lastly I used a version paid for by my workplace so I did not run into the one-hour limit that colleagues on the free plan had to deal with.

“trouble free to use”
Pros
It is very simple to use and joining meetings has always been trouble free for everyone I've invited. That's something I really can't say about Microsoft Teams where people seem to run into issues more often.
Cons
The part I'm not a fan of is the video resolution cap that comes with the free plan.

“Secure meetings”
Pros
One feature that really helps is the host's ability to keep participants in the waiting room first so they can be verified before being allowed into the meeting.

“handy controls”
Pros
Right from the start, it adds a good layer of security with the waiting room turned on automatically and screen sharing locked. Because of that, if any stranger or unknown person tries to join, they do not get direct access unless the host allows them in. The interface is also very user friendly since people can quickly mute or unmute their microphones and turn their video on or off. The raise hand feature is also useful when someone wants to ask a question during the meeting and the chat option helps a lot for users who do not have a microphone.
Cons
Feels less convenient on desktop compared to the mobile app. When I run it on a computer, it can sometimes make the whole system freeze which wastes a lot of time especially on older machines with around 2GB RAM and 10 year old hardware where it may even hang the full screen and force a restart. On some devices, the audio quality also drops after a while and then using earphones becomes necessary to hear everything properly.

“Excellent features”
Pros
This platform has been a really powerful tool for meetings and conferencing with excellent features that make everything feel smooth. It's simple to use, works efficiently and has greatly helped cut down the need for in-person meetings.
Cons
One frustrating issue is that when participants leave a meeting and join again later, they can lose access to the chat history and shared files. That part is genuinely very disturbing.

“My first choice!”
Pros
Having a free plan that supports 40 minute meetings for up to 100 people is really useful. Most of the meetings I join are usually set up by someone with the paid version especially when they need to run for an hour or longer. It's also handy that you can add extra participants on a daily or monthly basis. This is still my first choice for video calls and online meetings.
Cons
Issue is that it seems to consume a lot of data and I also run into login problems on my computer after signing in on my phone.

Pros
The interface is really easy and works well for all kinds of users. It feels very similar to social media platforms so it's quick to get comfortable with.

“easy to use daily”
Pros
Setting it up and running it was quick and using it day to day feels very easy. Screen sharing works really well and the video meeting experience has been wonderful overall.
Cons
It already handles pretty much everything I need for remote meetings, conferences and training sessions though I'd still like to see more features added in the future such as email integration.

“Works well for me”
Pros
Running online training sessions has worked really well for me with it especially because I can record parts of the meeting when needed. It lets me use both my main camera and a second camera in the same session so I can switch between a head-and-shoulders view and a view of my desk. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to leave a meeting as the organizer and assign that role to someone else which means the session can carry on without interruption.
Cons
Even though I've had a positive experience overall, I've run into some problems when less tech-savvy people try to join meetings. They've occasionally had trouble accessing sessions on certain tablets or phones. I've also had the odd issue when switching from one camera input to another during a live meeting. Cloud recording storage feels limited for longer sessions so I usually record straight to my hard drive and have that connected to my cloud instead which ends up giving me the same result.

“brings people together”
Pros
One thing I really value is being able to share my screen which is essential for meetings, collaboration, webinars and similar work. The screen recording feature is also a big plus since it helps a lot with documentation. It genuinely brings people together, gives everyone a chance to speak and participate and makes virtual interaction very useful.
Cons

“essential for us”
Pros
Between scheduling meetings with calendar integration, hosting sessions with host transfer, recording calls and all the other tools available, this platform has become essential to the way we operate our business. It's easy to use, consistently reliable and since most people already know how it works, it continues to be a really strong fit for our team.
Cons
The video quality isn't bad at all but it does seem like there's still room for improvement. We've looked at other platforms that promote stronger video quality and even tested a few of them. Even though some competitors appear to offer better video features, we've continued using it because its reliability and overall usability matter more for our needs.

“Solid platform!”
Pros
Ever since Covid, this has been a really solid tool for me! It covers pretty much everything needed for webinars and the interface is clean enough that all the important options are right where you expect them to be. The part I appreciate most is how well it connects with other tools in our tech stack especially Calendly. It creates meeting links automatically for every one-on-one session which saves me a lot of time. On top of that premium options like polling are especially valuable for someone in training because they make it much easier to keep the audience involved.
Cons
The mobile app could definitely be improved since some advanced features are a bit hard to locate there. On PC though, it's much more easy and simple to use.
