“User friendly”
Pros
Setting up meetings is very easy and joining or using them is just as simple for participants.
Cons
At one point, participants were able to remain unmuted and disrupt the meeting and as the host I couldn't mute them.

“has a lot!”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about this software is how many useful features it gives me. I can meet with my clients live in real time, play videos during the call, share my screen and have full conversations back and forth. It honestly feels a lot like being together in person, just through a screen instead.
Cons
I really don't have anything negative to say about it. I haven't run into any issues while using this software.

“Navigating it is simple”
Pros
Even people who aren't very comfortable with technology can use the interface without any issues. My students for example, had no trouble navigating it at all. Also the breakout rooms feature is one of the most engaging tools I use to keep students involved during lessons.
Cons
Something that could improve in the interface is giving users access to chat history after they leave a room. Also the pricing feels expensive for some people in Africa. It would be much better if it offered lower cost options for disadvantaged users so more people could benefit from the tools it provides.

“annotate and live transcription shine”
Pros
Keeps getting better with the newer features they've been adding. The standout for me is the annotation tool. Even with only a handful of options, it adds a completely new layer to my online lessons since I teach virtually. I've also really grown to appreciate the live transcription feature. I wasn't sure about it at first but it has turned out to be incredibly useful. Right now it only works in English so I'm curious whether more languages will be added later.
Cons
Problem is that it has started to feel more resource-intensive especially for people who use other apps inside the platform.

“great value and quality”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and the overall audio and video quality has been really solid. It offers a lot of useful features for the price so it feels like very good value.
Cons
Part that feels underwhelming is the live chat which seems pretty basic and could use an update. I'd also like to see more filters added.

“Real-time screen sharing shines”
Pros
Real-time screen sharing is the feature I rely on most. It's especially helpful when presenting to customers or working through an issue with the team since everyone can look at the same documents on screen at the same time. That makes communication clearer and helps people understand things faster.
Cons
A limitation with screen sharing: I usually want to share only a single window but if I switch to another application like to reply to a message, that can appear on the shared screen too. It would fit my needs much better if I could choose one specific window to share so activity in other windows stays private.

“dependable”
Pros
Has been very dependable for me. It feels secure, connects well with Outlook calendar and offers the best control and resolution for virtual backgrounds especially when using a green screen. The recording feature is excellent and chat along with the other meeting tools all work really well. It also makes it possible for mediators to handle everything they would normally do in person at the office, including using a waiting room, running both public and private sessions and sharing all kinds of materials like documents, images and videos. The video quality is excellent, the interface is user friendly and it runs consistently without the glitches I've seen on other platforms that claim to offer similar features.
Cons
One drawback is that it really needed the desktop app installed on a Windows or Mac laptop to be fully useful for presenters. With Google Meet being entirely browser-based, that wasn't necessary there. On top of that some of the newer features at the time like choosing a virtual background, required a newer processor. Mine was only one year older than the supported version but that was enough to block me from using that feature which wasn't an issue with Google Meet. It's also not very easy to join a meeting through a browser. When you click a meeting link, the pop-up is clearly set up to push opening the app as the preferred option. It would be much better if attendees could more easily choose to join and simply view the meeting from a web browser.

“My recommendation!”
Pros
It is an excellent, user friendly option for setting up meetings and I'd definitely recommend it. It works well for businesses of any size and there are plenty of plans and features to pick from depending on how large your team is and what kind of services you need. One thing I really appreciate is being able to choose not just the date, time and duration of an appointment but also the time zone I'll be in at that moment.
Cons
At the beginning so you probably won't get everything right on the first try but after using it two or three times, it becomes much easier to handle. During long work sessions or extended meetings, the interface can start to feel somewhat tiring and the bright white background may be a little harsh on the eyes. Background templates and images also don't always perform as well as expected especially when the lighting around you is poor.

“Dated interface”
Pros
Installation was easy enough. It runs best on a machine with at least 16 GB of RAM and an i5 processor or better.
Cons
Interface really feels like it needs a major refresh. The audio and video controls could also use some fine-tuning especially since it's used across such a wide range of hardware.

“makes remote work manageable”
Pros
Working remotely has been much more manageable with it since I can share my screen with coworkers or clients no matter where they are. The screen sharing and annotation tools are especially useful because they let me clearly walk clients through each step making it much easier for them to understand exactly what we're discussing.
Cons
There are times when screen sharing feels a little laggy. Certain apps also open very slowly during a conference call which is frustrating because it leaves the client waiting for a few minutes.

“really shines”
Pros
Handling video calls with a large number of participants is where this app really shines. The video quality stays very good, the software is simple to use and the overall performance has been consistently reliable.
Cons
It would be even better if the app added tools for editing flowcharts and working with statistics during live video calls since features like that could make it even more popular.

“So convenient”
Pros
Using this platform has been very convenient for short meetings especially when joining from home. The interface feels user friendly, people are usually available whenever needed and just about everyone can access it without much trouble.
Cons
The video quality can be inconsistent at times and it gets a bit difficult to manage meetings when there are a large number of participants involved.

“Love the breakout rooms”
Pros
Takes almost no time to get used to and even after just a day of using it, the features already feel familiar. It supports collaboration with thousands of people in a single meeting room which is really impressive. You can also split a class or group into smaller sessions using breakout rooms. Everything happens in real time without delays and it feels like one of the best platforms available for working with other people.
Cons
Problem is that if you are on the free version or trial, the software comes with very limited features.

“good experience”
Pros
The interface is simple to understand and the features are easy to use. Call quality is good overall and it can be adjusted depending on the network connection. I also think the contact management works really well especially since it lets you add non-company IDs with the right restrictions and exceptions.
Cons
Works very well overall for conferences but there is one issue during large group video sessions like town hall meetings. The video can sometimes freeze because of the high bandwidth usage so that part could definitely be improved.

“fast and reliable meetings”
Pros
It's quick to get into and very user friendly. It loads fast and stays stable even when the internet connection has low bandwidth.
Cons
About once a week, when the app is loading, it logs me out and I have to sign in again. It's not a huge problem but it always seems to happen when I'm short on time and rushing to join a meeting.
