“handy chats”
Pros
Has been really useful for my research meetings and conferences. Being able to start meetings quickly and generate instant meeting links is especially convenient. The interface also feels very user friendly and more polished compared with other platforms. I also appreciate the one-to-one and group chat options which are quite distinctive.
Cons
One issue I do have with the platform is that it can lag at times during use and occasionally it takes a while to open.

“delivers what it promises”
Pros
Using it has been very easy and it delivers exactly what it promises. Joining or scheduling meetings and webinars only takes a few clicks which makes the whole process really convenient.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about the app since it has worked well for my meetings, video conferences and webinars.

“go to software”
Pros
Ever since I was introduced to this platform a few years ago, it has remained my go to meeting software. The software is user friendly, dependable and has a clean look with clear, sharp video quality. I also appreciate that people can use it for up to 40 minutes before needing to move to a paid plan. That gives you enough time to try it out properly and explore the features before deciding whether it suits your needs. It's very beginner friendly as well. It really proved how valuable this kind of software can be especially during the pandemic when everyone had to stay indoors yet it still allowed us to handle tasks that normally required being together. Like any platform it is slightly difficult for people who aren't very tech-savvy but even then it's still quite simple to follow. You can also host a lot of participants, with meetings supporting up to 100 people and naturally larger audiences depend on the subscription plan you choose.
Cons
The only real issue I ran into with it came after the pandemic, when the free usage terms changed a bit. Free access is now capped at 40 minutes so anyone using the platform beyond that has to upgrade to a paid plan.

“works properly”
Pros
It runs well even without a highend PC. It's also free to use for meetings under 30 minutes which is a really nice way to try it out properly before deciding to pay for it.
Cons
At this point, I haven't come across anything I dislike about this software.

“simple to use and affordable”

It's really easy to use and other people can get the hang of it quickly too.

The shorter meeting limit on the free version isn't my favorite part though the paid option is still reasonably priced.

“can host many people”
Pros
Easy to use and figure out and it works well for hosting a large number of people in a single meeting room.
Cons
A downside is that it needs a strong, high-bandwidth internet connection to keep the meeting streaming without interruptions.

“everyone uses it!”
Pros
Almost everyone at my workplace uses it which makes it really convenient. Getting started is simple and the platform is easy to use overall. It helps a lot with collaborating with coworkers and other locations and it performs better than the other options we've tried. I also appreciate that it's regularly being updated and improved.
Cons
The navigation can feel a little confusing at times although it hasn't been a major problem for me. I do wish scheduling and organizing meetings inside the app were more easy.

“secure access”
Pros
The user friendly interface made it much quicker to understand the meeting features. The join-by-link option and meeting passcode are especially useful and add a reassuring sense of security when we're on calls with teammates. Setting up calls and configuring permissions is simple and the support from the application team has also been excellent.
Cons
Bandwidth usage is handled well when only a small number of users are connected but when a lot of people join at the same time, it doesn't keep up as well for everyone especially during video conferences.

“helpful whiteboard tool”
Pros
One of the most useful things about it for me was being able to record my classes and save both the video and audio files. I also used it as a whiteboard which fit really well with the way I teach. The cloud recording option was another big plus since I didn't have to waste time searching for where the files were saved.
Cons
I did run into some echo issues when using it with more than 10 people. I also think the pricing could offer more subscription options and the mobile UI still needs some improvement. There was one more minor issue too.

“money-saving meetings anywhere”

Being able to join meetings without traveling is a real game changer. It's one of the best tools for cutting travel costs and saving money.

“Great application!”
Pros
I like its built-in secure file-sharing which lets you send just about any type of material to one person or to everyone in a meeting space. It also comes with app integration features that support the basic needs of teams across different industries. On top of that being able to share your screen while presenting makes the whole experience even better. The platform is very simple to use and the interface is organized in a way that feels natural and logical.
Cons
Up to this point I haven't run into any glitches or problems while using it.

Pros
It comes with pretty much every feature you'd expect from video conferencing software.
Cons
The cost feels steep if your company already uses software that includes video conferencing. On top of that, getting in touch with customer support when something goes wrong can be difficult.

“valuable tool”
Pros
During the Covid19 period, this platform became a very important tool for office work. It was especially useful when people could not attend conferences in person because they were still able to join meetings through it. The app has many advantages for office use. It is very user friendly and can be installed easily on laptops and desktops and it can also be accessed from mobile devices. It is designed for business purposes and works well for virtual meetings, conferences and online training. Joining a meeting is also very simple and accessible. Another big advantage is the low cost. The first 40 minutes of a meeting are free which helps offices reduce costs and makes it very valuable for small businesses. It is also user friendly in the sense that up to one thousand people can join a meeting at the same time. Also it works well with Google Calendar and meeting activities can be recorded there. Because of all these features, it is a very important product for office work!
Cons
Like any other product, it has a few issues but overall it is a very advanced meeting platform so the problems are not major.

“user friendly for family calls”
Pros
Using this has been really friendly and easy. I even set it up on my mother's phone for our monthly family video calls and showed her the basics. She picked it up very quickly and was able to join and use it on her own without any trouble.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see improved is the room feature. I want to be able to access our chat room, files and shared documents even after the meeting has ended.

“reliable for lectures and webinars”
Pros
Has been one of the most satisfying ways for me to communicate with clients, host webinars and teach online. I've been using it for lectures since 2020 and have been very happy with it. It gives users helpful tools like a highlighter, document sharing and screen sharing and it's simple to turn audio or video on and off whenever needed.
Cons
Issue is that it depends heavily on a stable internet connection. Without internet, a meeting cannot continue even for a minute.

Pros
Offers plenty of useful features like annotations, screen sharing and host control management which really makes it stand out from other competitors in the market.

Pros
It runs fast and doesn't put much strain on my computer which makes meetings feel more reliable. Another big plus is that people can join without having to go through a registration process.

“reliable webinars and device support”
Pros
Comes with a lot of practical features for webinars and online meetings. The screen sharing and video casting are excellent and while the audio quality is decent, there is still room to make it better. It runs well across different devices, the cloud backup has been dependable and efficient and it also uses very little data.
Cons
Process of adding people to a meeting and getting them to join can be quite tedious and inconvenient. The free plan is also pretty limited, both in the amount of time allowed and in how many participants can join a meeting. Although the premium pricing is not overly expensive, there should be more consideration for lighter users who do not need to pay much just to use the software occasionally. Another issue is that the audio does not really filter out background noise which can make calls sound wonky at times.
