“Review of platform”
Pros
It works really well for hosting a large audience and the fact that it is completely free makes it even better. I also appreciate that it supports Google Calendar and scheduling meetings is very convenient.
Cons
There are too many subscription options which can be confusing. We also cannot control comments and the platform does not offer HD-standard video.

“great calendar sync”
Pros
Sending invites to participants takes almost no time and it makes sharing content across different devices very easy. I also appreciate being able to customize the interface to match my preferences and choose the options that best fit what I need. The calendar sync is especially convenient since it helps me schedule meetings and receive reminders while invited attendees automatically get those meetings added to their own calendars right away. Also the platform makes it efficient to share files, screens and presentations and it offers high-quality audio and video, very fast sharing and live streaming, plus strong noise isolation. It also gives us the ability to broadcast ourselves live in real time.
Cons
I really did not run into any problems while using this tool and all I came across were useful features that matched our needs well.

“excellent participant controls”
Pros
Managing meeting attendees is extremely easy since the platform supports preregistration and can create unique links for each participant. There's also flexibility to use one general invite link for everyone or let people join with a meeting ID and password. The recordings come out in very high quality, are simple to share and can be protected with a password as well.
Cons
Pricing feels a little higher than average if you need to host more than 100 people in a single meeting.

“love it!”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about it is how it keeps getting useful updates that make online meetings and remote work more effective. Being able to share my screen in real time while still seeing the participants has been especially helpful for teaching and for going over notes together. The part I value most is that it still works fairly well even when the internet connection is unstable which is something many of us deal with in developing countries. Features like giving the host control to mute disruptive participants have also been a big plus. It has made it much simpler to stay connected with coworkers, friends and family and on top of that, it's easy to use and packed with features that make communication easier during these hectic times.
Cons
Design could still use some work especially since it would be better if a green screen wasn't necessary. Also considering there are other products out there offering similar quality and services, it could be priced more reasonably.

“helped during the pandemic”
Pros
When I think about online communication, this platform immediately comes to mind. It was incredibly helpful during the pandemic for both meetings and virtual classes. I also appreciated that it supported asynchronous participation since sessions could be recorded and shared with others later. As long as the wifi connection is solid, the video and audio stay very stable. The phone dial-in option is another excellent feature for people dealing with unreliable internet. I also enjoy the interactive tools especially screen sharing. Also it can accommodate hundreds of participants in a single meeting which makes it even more useful.
Cons
The monthly subscription is quite expensive.

“Good for group meetings”
Pros
It's really flexible for having a conversation or hosting a meeting with just one person or with a whole group at the same time and everyone can interact with each other during the call.
Cons
Getting started with the software can be a bit tricky especially when several people are all trying to sign in at once but after you become familiar with how it works, it's pretty simple to use.

“stable connection”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how stable the audio and video connection stays during meetings. Screen sharing and remote access are simple to use and being able to use virtual backgrounds without needing a green screen is a big plus.
Cons
The charm bar occasionally disappears and can be difficult to restore. It may also be having some compatibility issues with Zenu.

“stands out!”
Pros
Makes it possible to host meetings with more than 500 participants which is incredibly helpful for workshops, conferences and seminars. The option to save video recordings to the cloud is a big advantage as well. I also really enjoy the whiteboard feature since it allows writing directly on the screen or over slides during presentations. On top of that, the interface feels very user friendly and the third-party integrations are one of the best parts because they make the platform even more useful.
Cons
A few things could still be better. The meeting duration can get expensive, there's no built-in real-time captioning unless you rely on third-party apps and the mobile app could use more features and options.

“my choice!”
Pros
Whenever a new project idea comes up, I need to talk it through with my colleagues and since we're not in the same place, the platform makes it possible to meet with everyone at once. You can join meetings from either a phone or a computer which makes things much more convenient. It also helps that you can mute participants or remove disruptive people right away. The sound and video quality are very clear and high-resolution and that's something I really appreciated. Another useful feature is being able to record both audio and video meetings on your device and watch them again later. Screen sharing is also available which is very helpful for explaining lessons and there's even a whiteboard for drawing shapes along with some educational alerts. There are two versions of the program: the free plan allows meetings of up to 40 minutes with 100 participants while the paid version increases the capacity to as many as 1000.
Cons
I was bothered by the privacy risk because the chance of spying feels fairly high. If someone shares the meeting link, people from outside the meeting may be able to join without much difficulty.

“So affordable”
Pros
Ever since the pandemic, this has basically become a household name for video calls and online meetings and that says a lot. The pricing is affordable, it's simple enough for just about anyone to use and it still performs reliably even when the internet connection isn't very strong. It already includes nearly every feature you could need and they continue expanding it with more additions, including new integrations.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the way screen sharing works. You can share your screen but you can't upload content like presentations or PDFs in advance and if needed, there's also no option to keep that shared content saved somewhere in your account.

“has necessary features”
Pros
Covers all the core features I expect from a video conferencing app: two-way audio and video, screen sharing, chat, screen recording and presentation tools like annotation and whiteboard. One thing I especially appreciate is being able to choose between HD and original camera quality which really helps when I need to save on data bandwidth. As an education student who often does demo lessons and reports, the built-in noise cancellation has also been very helpful because it keeps background noise from distracting the people listening.
Cons
One part of the software that still bothers me is not being able to clearly see my audience while I'm sharing my screen. During presentations, it makes the session feel less connected because I can't read their reactions as I speak. I also get confused when someone asks a question and I can't immediately see their name to acknowledge them so I end up having to ask who is speaking first. That's been my biggest concern although I'm still not sure whether the platfom truly lacks this option or if I just haven't figured out where to find it.

“simple to pick up”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about it is how many useful features it offers at a very affordable price. The interface is simple to pick up and after using it a bit, the tools start to feel very comfortable and natural. Another part I liked was being able to join meetings as a guest without having to log into an account. For basic needs, it works really well and feels like one of the better options out there.
Cons
Having to re-enter a meeting when there's a problem during screen sharing is so annoying since doing that usually fixes it (still feels inconvenient). Other than that, most things have worked out fine. The only thing I can't fully rely on is the video quality when a larger number of users are in the meeting.

“my preference”
Pros
After trying most of the video conferencing tools out there, this still feels like the most accessible and feature-packed option to me. It's very user friendly and simple to figure out but at the same time it has plenty of power behind it. One of the biggest advantages is that almost everyone already has it installed so scheduling a meeting or starting one instantly is usually quick and convenient.
Cons
It's hard to find much to complain about because compared with most other options available, it usually performs better overall.

“reliable calls even on slow internet”
Pros
Despite living in Lebanon where the internet can be pretty slow, it still gives me the best call quality. It really helped me keep in touch with my university friends during the pandemic while we studied together for exams. It's very simple to use and works really well.
Cons
The only downside I've run into is with wireless headphones. If I try connecting them during a meeting and they don't work, I have to leave the meeting, reconnect and then join again.

“slack integration works well”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how tightly it connects with Slack which makes setting up meetings with teammates really convenient. Handling calls with a lot of attendees is also very manageable especially with simple controls for muting and turning video off. It's been really useful for speaking with teams and coworkers in different countries, as well as outside partners. I also appreciate being able to blur or switch my background and leave comments during meetings. Having a easy link to click and instantly join or start a meeting is a big plus and screen sharing has been very reliable too. Overall it's an excellent tool!
Cons
There are only a few minor issues. Sometimes a meeting shows that it started in 1980 and I have no idea why that happens so it would help if there were some explanation when that popup appears. I'd also like an option to appear as though I'm not in the meeting since that can matter in certain situations. It might be a more advanced feature but having a way for another person on the call to take control of your screen would be really helpful when making changes to presentations and similar work.

“Impressive quality”
Pros
Using this platform has been very dependable and convenient. The video and audio quality are excellent and it works well across different devices, operating systems and standard web browsers. It also connects smoothly with other tools which makes it even more flexible. The apps you can add have made it faster to get the most out of the software and access specific functions when needed. The polls feature is especially useful because it supports both verbal and non-verbal communication during discussions. Even the free version helps make meetings more productive.
Cons
At times, I schedule a meeting for a set amount of time and the notification telling me that the time is up can be a little disruptive and throw me off. Also, it doesn't really offer extra features beyond what the buyer originally asked for.

“lifesaver for online classes”
Pros
During Covid, this platform was a real lifesaver for us. Our entire university shifted online and this meeting software ended up being a huge help from the very beginning. It's affordable, lightweight, doesn't demand much from hardware or network usage and still offers a lot of features for the price. We used it regularly for online classes as well as meetings. The audio and video quality are very good and the recording feature has been especially useful. The recurring meeting option is another feature that worked really well for us.
Cons
It is definitely a strong meeting platform but its integration with third-party tools still feels underdeveloped. The interface could also use a bit of a refresh.
