“big help for us”
Pros
Became a big help for our team especially during the coronavirus period when remote communication was essential. It solves a major problem by making team meetings more practical and productive. There are plenty of features that support collaboration and scheduling meetings is very convenient. I also really appreciate the technical support and the email updates it sends whenever new features or updates are released.
Cons
My only complaint is that you need a strong internet connection to get good meeting quality. Other than that it has been excellent.

“lots of features”
Pros
It performs very well, doesn't need powerful hardware and stays lightweight across different devices. It's also simple to use, comes with plenty of features and remains a low-cost option while being open source.
Cons
One unfortunate downside is that it was discontinued in many industries and critical companies because it had been hacked before which damaged the trust between the platform and its clients. That's honestly sad especially since it proved its value so much during the Covid period.

“my thoughts”
Pros
Has been really useful for video conferencing especially because the video and audio quality work very well.
Cons
One issue I've run into is some lag during screen sharing and I'm not sure whether that's something that can be improved.

“secure sharing”
Pros
Using it feels almost plug-and-play. It's simple to operate, sharing the screen takes no effort and creating rooms is easy. Setting up opinion polls is also convenient and the secure servers give added confidence while using it.
Cons
At times, it doesn't adapt well when the bandwidth keeps changing.

“satisfied user”
Pros
Feels like one of the clearest, most reliable and most complete platforms for video calls right now. Sending out a meeting link is very easy but at the same time it also gives you plenty of access controls and collaboration options to work with others effectively. It is especially well suited for educational and training environments.
Cons
One feature I really wish it had is a way to require participants to enter more than just a name before joining. People often type in nicknames or slang and that makes it hard to identify who they are. If there were a required address field or something similar, it would help us a lot. At the moment, we have to manually check each person in the waiting room against our database to confirm they should be allowed into the meeting. It definitely has a solid free plan with a lot of useful features but I do not like the time limit in the free version. It might have been better to restrict a few features instead of limiting meeting time so heavily. That would make it more helpful for people who cannot afford to host their own setup or pay for a premium plan. And honestly, the paid plan is not exactly cheap either.

“game changer!”
Pros
Really sets itself apart from other platforms. Being able to connect and stream either directly on the platform or through Youtube has been a game changer for the online space. The range of app integrations for accessing specific features also helps you get much more out of the platform. The polling feature is an excellent addition and makes non-verbal interaction during meetings possible. Even the free version is capable of supporting productive meetings and the way the platform adjusts when network strength changes is especially impressive.
Cons
I haven't run into any major issues with the software.

“HD meetings everywhere”
Pros
It has become a go to tool for a lot of businesses and it's hard to avoid since so many people already know how to use it or are expected to use it in work meetings. It delivers high quality audio and video and adjusting the settings up to HD is pretty easy on both mobile devices and computers.
Cons
The virtual background feature could use some improvement especially when you don't have a green screen. It would also be better if it were priced more affordably since there are other platforms out there offering similar quality and services.

Pros
Whether someone is a beginner or a regular user, this platform is simple for every type of user to work with and the quality it delivers is really impressive even when the internet connection is unstable.

“great platform”
Pros
Even though this isn't the main platform we use at the office, quite a few of our vendors and contacts rely on it and it's been a really smooth option for video calls and online meetings. We moved away from our previous tool because of constant connection and audio problems and I haven't run into those kinds of issues with this platform. It performs consistently well, feels accessible enough to use without any training and gives a high-quality experience every time.
Cons
The only slight challenge is that the tools can feel a little overwhelming the first time you use it like switching views or locating reactions. That said spending a few minutes clicking around the screen usually clears things up pretty quickly. And if you've used other conferencing apps before, the layout is actually pretty easy.

“accessible for any user”
Pros
It's a practical platform that even very basic users can get into without much trouble which makes it highly accessible.
Cons
They stayed with the original feature set for far too long and didn't evolve in line with what the market needed after becoming the default choice. To me that shows a real lack of foresight and a major missed opportunity.

“Positive experience”
Pros
Running weekly training sessions on this platform has been a really positive experience. The features I rely on most are screen sharing, chat and surveys especially when I'm leading groups of 100 or more. Chat and surveys make it much easier to check whether people are following along and understanding the material. The video quality is also very crisp and clear which makes the whole experience feel more polished and professional.
Cons
Being comfortable with all of its features does take a bit of time. In the beginning things like screen sharing during a live call can be a little confusing and easy to mess up. But once you've done it a few times, it starts to feel much more natural.

“accessible meetings”
Pros
Getting started with it takes almost no effort and scheduling or managing meetings feels very natural on the platform. The audio and video features let people participate at a pace that works for them and screen sharing is especially useful since it feels a lot like projecting content for everyone to see. it's hard to imagine how we managed before having this platform.
Cons
In larger meetings or collaborative sessions, the hardest part is keeping the conversation feeling natural. Having to mute and unmute to jump in makes that pretty much impossible and there always seems to be someone who needs constant reminders about it. Still that's just part of how this kind of tool works and people usually improve with practice.

Pros
One of the biggest advantages is being able to meet with a lot of people at once and it's also pretty simple to understand and use whether it's screen sharing, messaging or the other basic features.
Cons

“excellent for online classes”
Pros
Teaching with this software has been very effective because it lets you share your screen for presentations, use a virtual whiteboard and keep your video on at the same time.
Cons
A few of the extra features are only available with a paid plan and having those included would add a lot more value to the software.

“dependable meeting platform”
Pros
This has been the most dependable virtual meeting platform we've used especially because of how stable it is and how strong the audio and video quality stay during calls. On top of that most people are already familiar with it and the interface is very user friendly so just about anyone can join or use it with little to no training.
Cons
Something that would make it fit our organization even better is a feature that lets multiple users upload and review documents live during meetings.

“love how it keeps meetings flowing”
Pros
Scheduling and managing meetings in the platform feels very easy and it only takes a little intuition to get the hang of the platform. The audio and video options make it comfortable for people to join in at whatever level works best for them. Screen sharing also brings back that familiar projector-style presentation feel and honestly, it's hard to imagine how we managed before this became part of everyday work.
Cons
Every now and then someone has to sign out and log back in to get their audio or video working properly. It's usually nothing a quick restart can't sort out.

Pros
Makes it possible to communicate remotely in real time whether the interaction is live or recorded, one on one or with a group, alone or with others, in meetings or live broadcasts.

“can join without an account!”
Pros
Joining meetings as a guest without creating an account is a big plus. The feature I enjoy most is being able to let everyone draw on the screen during someone's presentation, as long as the host enables it. That makes discussions much more interactive and helps a lot when explaining specific topics especially in Architecture or Design meetings.
Cons
The 45 minute limit on the free version is still something I dislike. I understand that companies need to charge for the complete product but it would be nice to have a more affordable option for smaller groups instead of requiring the full plan.
