“standout features”
Pros
Comes with a wide range of standout features that are simple to use and really improve virtual meetings. Things like immersive mode for virtual backgrounds, PowerPoint virtual background support, screen sharing, video filters, studio effects, sharing multiple windows, light adjustment, annotation tools, breakout rooms and keyboard shortcuts all make the platform more useful and engaging.
Cons
An issue is that mobile screen sharing only works on iphones and ipads. The free version also has a fairly short usage limit and the paid plan feels a bit expensive compared with some other providers.

“helpful host controls for webinars”
Pros
Ever since I started college, this tool has been part of my routine and during the pandemic it became something almost everyone was using every day. It really helped us run meetings and webinars and the host controls are especially useful since you can manage who is allowed to send messages in the chat and whose microphone should be muted.
Cons
One thing that still causes trouble is that there isn't enough control over who can join the meeting. At times, unwanted people get in and end up disturbing everyone.

“reliable meetings”
Pros
Getting onto a call is pretty easy and just about anyone can join, turn on their camera and share their screen to work together on projects. The recording feature has been dependable and I haven't run into bandwidth problems even with bigger groups. The background and blur options are also a nice touch.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints at this point. The only minor issue is that sometimes a meeting takes a couple of minutes to open after clicking the link.

“screen sharing is great”
Pros
Screen sharing has been such a big help. It makes it much easier to explain important details in a clearer, more organized way especially since many of us at Capital One are visual learners. It's also really useful for troubleshooting a coworker's system when needed which is a huge plus. On top of that we're able to conduct audits as well which matters a lot since we work with sensitive customer information.
Cons
Something that's missing is background noise cancellation. I really hope that gets added since a lot of our employees are working from home.

“my review”
Pros
Feels like the household name for online meetings! Pretty much everyone already knows how to use it, it includes all the features you typically need and it works every single time. It's dependable and consistently reliable.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints about it. If anything, the only improvement I'd suggest is offering more affordable pricing packages.

“good platform”
Pros
When Covid19 brought everything to a halt, this software helped our company (Agribusiness Education and Studies International) keep our research work moving without disruption. We relied on it for video conferences, hosted many webinars related to our research and used it to stay connected with our vendors. The recording feature has been especially useful since employees who could not attend live sessions can still watch the webinars later. Its screen sharing tools are also easy to use which makes communication much more efficient overall. It has given our stakeholders a very strong platform to manage daily operations effectively.
Cons
One drawback for our stakeholders is the 40 minute limit on meetings in the free version. Because of that restriction we have to keep creating and scheduling new meetings whenever a session runs longer than the allowed time.

“fun whiteboard but laggy”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy is the drawing feature especially because you can use it to play games with other people in the meeting. The video conferencing itself is also quite good and works well overall.
Cons
The frustrating part is the lag. Whether I use it on mobile or on my PC, the app tends to slow down right from the moment I launch it. There are also times when the audio quality is not very clear.

“I like the recordings”
Pros
Lets more than 800 people join the same meeting which is incredibly useful for large sessions. The admin controls also make managing everything much simpler and the recording feature is really helpful for sharing business meetings with people who couldn't attend live.
Cons
Downside is that it can be vulnerable to scam attacks and that definitely needs improvement.

“meetings that just work”
Pros
It makes online meetings really simple to run, offering plenty of essential features along with more advanced tools whenever they're needed.
Cons
A few parts can feel a little tricky if you're not very tech savvy but that's easy to get past thanks to the huge number of guides, articles and user resources available online.

“essential for remote communication”
Pros
Keeping in touch across different platforms has become much more convenient with this app! It has turned into a basic necessity for almost every organization especially during the COVID19 period.
Cons
Issue is that you need to download the app before using it, unlike some other tools where you can just open a web portal and sign in.

“staying connected from anywhere”
Pros
Being able to meet remotely with coworkers, friends and family has made a big difference for us. It helps us collaborate on business projects, keep each other accountable, share screens while working on the same thing and get advice or feedback in real time. It's also been fun for virtual games and, overall, it's helped us stay connected and build stronger relationships.
Cons
The audio and video quality can be inconsistent at times.

“best one out there!”
Pros
With so many video meeting tools available now, this platform still feels like one of the original leaders especially in the professional world. I really value how committed they seem to their users and how they keep refining the platform with new and improved features. Those small, ongoing updates don't go unnoticed and I genuinely appreciate the care they put into the details that really matter.
Cons
Every now and then my audio cuts out and I'm not really sure what causes it. Aside from that I don't have any complaints.

“allows for collaboration”
Pros
Has been really useful for scheduling meetings, sending out invites, recording sessions, sharing screens and handling larger group calls without much trouble.
Cons
Problem is the pricing starts to feel expensive as the company grows. When we only had 3 employees, it barely mattered but now that we're over 20, the cost is definitely adding up.

Pros
Has really become the workhorse of this industry. It performs better than other platforms even though there's still room for some updates.
Cons

Pros
Screen sharing has been really helpful and it's simple to give access to anyone who joins the meeting.

“fitting for remote meetings”
Pros
With Covid making it hard for people to go out, this app has been really helpful. I genuinely appreciate being able to still meet with others and continue doing my job from home without needing to leave the house.

“versatile mobile access and clear sharing”
Pros
Being able to use it from a smartphone anytime through the app is probably the part I appreciate most and the fact that you don't need any subscription just to download it makes it even better. It's very beginner friendly especially for someone who has never used the software before. During meetings, screen sharing works really well and stays clear and participants can zoom in on the shared screen however they prefer. It also fit into my business setup without any trouble since I work professionally as a Virtual Assistant and Transcriber.
Cons
It can use up mobile data bundles pretty quickly and when the internet connection is weak, the call tends to disconnect from time to time.
