“quick client sessions”
Pros
Being able to start a meeting right away and share the invite with a simple link has been outstanding. It helps me connect with clients fast and provide support without delays.
Cons
The 40 minute limit is frustrating unless you upgrade to a more expensive plan. On top of that, bandwidth handling and noisy connection issues could be better, possibly by cutting back some of the background monitoring happening behind the scenes.

“meetings across devices”
Pros
Having the ability to start a meeting whenever I need to whether I'm on the desktop version or the mobile app, is something I really appreciate. It runs consistently across all of my devices and as long as my internet connection is stable and strong, it performs exactly as expected every time.
Cons
Audio quality still has some room for improvement. Part of that may come down to a user's setup or hardware but even so, the platform could do more to enhance the sound experience or offer better guidance on how users can get clearer audio.

“smooth fit for communication”
Pros
There seems to be no shortage of valuable features. Being simple to use really matters and bringing this platform into our communication and contact strategy was exceptionally easy.
Cons
Aside from the usual and understandable growing pains that come with development and adoption, it has continued to meet our needs and keep getting better over time.

“user friendly”
Pros
Being able to walk a client through the property live and talk with them while going over the inspection findings is incredibly valuable. It's the closest thing to having everyone there in person. In today's environment when not everyone can make it on site, it's been an excellent solution. There are times when a buyer or seller can't attend the inspection physically whether they're out of the area or dealing with scheduling limitations. It helps our inspectors work more efficiently and gives clients a clear, real-time view without needing to be there in person.
Cons
With the steady updates it keeps rolling out, it really doesn't present any downsides for our business at this point.

“clear video for remote trainings”
Pros
Working remotely, I use this platform mostly for trainings and meetings with SLPs. It's very user friendly and the video quality feels clearer and more up close than other platforms I've used.
Cons
Something that could be better is switching between the keyboard and annotation tools. If the menu bar stayed fixed on the screen, it would be much easier. Having to keep going back to the menu to erase or clear annotations takes extra time and feels inefficient.

“essential to have”
Pros
Makes remote work really convenient! Screen sharing is simple, it can handle large group meetings without much trouble and joining from either a phone or a computer is very easy. The chat feature is also a nice bonus during meetings.
Cons
Every now and then, the meeting link fails to open and shows an error. I've also had my mic unmute on its own a few times which is frustrating. Also there are occasional issues when multiple people try to share their screens.

“clear speaker view”
Pros
Getting started with it is incredibly easy and the multi-attendee layout looks clean and appealing. It's also very clear who's currently speaking which makes group meetings much easier to follow.
Cons
Something it's missing is the ability to mute other participants the way Microsoft Teams does. People often forget to mute their microphones so it would be really helpful to silence them when they're eating or talking on another call.

“fits out needs”
Pros
Being able to join it from my phone is one of the features I value most, along with the image quality and overall connection stability. It also handles large meetings really well, with plenty of people able to join at the same time. The platform is very user friendly and it fits perfectly into our company's routine since one team member takes care of scheduling meetings and managing the control panel. The meetings feel flexible and pleasant to attend. On top of that, I also use it for events and meetings outside of work which makes it even more practical. It's clearly one of the most widely used virtual meeting platforms and that popularity seems to help keep the product improving constantly.
Cons
There are still a couple of areas where it could be better. The chat can feel a little awkward to use from a mobile phone and every now and then the audio cuts out even when the internet connection is good. Since I mostly use it on my phone, those are the two things I notice the most and would like to see improved.

“convenient online classes anytime”
Pros
Using this software has been a huge help for my online classes. It makes attending college lectures much more convenient since I can join without needing to physically go to campus.

“best in the field”
Pros
Screen sharing is the feature I use the most during calls and being able to hand over control to the other person while recording the session is really useful.
Cons
There is not much to complain about. It lets you create meeting rooms during calls, record sessions and use screen sharing so it covers pretty much everything a business needs.

“excellent for remote meetings”
Pros
During the Covid-19 period, this app turned out to be incredibly useful for holding business meetings between people. It's a very good application and the service has been excellent which is what impressed me most.
Cons
I don't see many downsides. Even if there are a few minor negatives, the service has worked very well for my job needs.

“HIPAA compliant”
Pros
It's tough to complain about a free tool. Since I've used it for teletherapy, having HIPAA compliant features is essential and the platform provides that.
Cons
It installs a web server on any computer that connects. Less tech-savvy users can end up exposing themselves to possible hacking or unwanted monitoring. It really should be more upfront about this and do more to reduce the risk.

“stable calls at a fair price”
Pros

“great virtual backgrounds”
Pros
Has been really valuable for virtual sessions especially for corporate meetings and other professional engagements. It's very easy to use and the recording feature has become especially helpful because it captures the full details of a session for later reference. Signing up is simple and the interface feels clean and comfortable to move around. I also really enjoy the virtual background option since it lets me use a neat background while joining or leading a session even when I'm not in the most suitable environment. It's the kind of platform people can quickly grow to appreciate and I wouldn't hesitate to pay for the premium version to get more session time.
Cons
Of course even a strong platform has a few weak spots. Some functions still feel like they could be made more user friendly. At the moment, host control is limited to one person at a time but it would be better if two or three people could share host privileges to reduce recording delays or avoid relying too much on one person. The virtual background effects and their stability could also use some improvement. Another issue is how heavy the software can feel on laptops running older operating systems. It would be better if the application were optimized to work more efficiently across all devices, regardless of the operating system version.

Pros
Comes packed with video conferencing features and the software is simple to use while also feeling very reliable to users. On top of that, the free Basic plan makes it an excellent option for small business owners who want a standalone virtual meeting solution.

“clear video”
Pros
Has been really useful for our group meetings, online classes and presentations. The virtual background feature is one of my favorites and the video and audio quality are consistently very good. It's also helpful that the host can share their full screen, not just a presentation which makes collaboration much better.
Cons
A downside is that the free version only gives you 30 minutes per meeting.

Pros
It's been a really useful way for our team to hold meetings and stay in touch without everyone needing to be in the same room together.

“versatile calls and screen sharing”
Pros
This software is part of my routine several times a week for all kinds of meetings and tasks. I really appreciate being able to join from both my phone and my computer, depending on where I am. The screen sharing feature is also something I use a lot because it makes teaching and explaining things much clearer.
Cons

“best pick for online meetings”
Pros
Joining meetings feels really easy and I appreciate how many different ways it lets you connect. Whether I'm using video on my phone, logging in from my computer or calling in by phone, it's always my first choice for virtual meetings. Getting into a meeting room is quick and simple and even on mobile the controls are laid out well. Features like raising your hand, sending a private message or swiping to view everyone in the meeting are all easy to access. It has truly gone above and beyond in the digital meeting space.
Cons
I've never run into a problem with the platform itself. If anything ever came up, it was because of my wifi connection and not the platform.
