“flexible meeting management”
Pros
People can start with the free version first which makes it practical to try out and evaluate what the platform can do. Joining a meeting is also very uncomplicated for end users thanks to the clear login process. On the admin side, it provides several ways to organize and manage appointments, conferences, seminars and similar events.
Cons
There really is not much of a downside from my perspective. I am aware that the platform had privacy concerns at one point related to sharing user information with other tech companies though it has since updated its policies. As workplaces keep changing, it still looks like this will remain a strong option for virtual meetings.

“a true lifesaver”
Pros
Being able to use this has been a real lifesaver for my elderly mother especially since she hasn't been able to attend church during the pandemic.
Cons
I can't point to a single downside with this software.

“accessible meetings”
Pros
Starting a meeting in the platform only takes a few clicks and the whole interface feels easy and accessible. It works across most major platforms including mobile devices which makes it convenient to use anywhere. On top of that the audio and video quality is generally very satisfying!
Cons
When the connection slows down for a moment, the software handles the audio quite well by lowering the video quality. Still that tradeoff can make faces harder to recognize and slide presentations less clear. During periods like the Corona era when internet connections were often unstable, this throttling happened at times and definitely affected the overall user experience.

“offers so much!”
Pros
Right from the start, the fact that it is free while offering so many features feels like a huge plus! This software clearly understands what users need it to do. The screen sharing and meeting recording tools make communication much clearer and help participants understand each other more easily. Compared with other softwares in this category, the platform strikes an excellent balance between efficiency and simplicity.
Cons
There are still two downsides that make the overall experience a bit less pleasant. First you really need a strong internet connection to use the application properly. Also if the administrator leaves whether because of a connection issue or by choice, the system assigns a new administrator at random. It would be much better to be able to plan for that situation in advance.

“solid audio and video quality”
Pros
The biggest advantage in my view, is the speed of the platform along with the strong audio and video quality.
Cons
One thing that could be better is that the administrator doesn't have full control over participants microphones so they have to keep muting people repeatedly.

“flexible meetings from anywhere”
Pros
Being able to join from either a computer or a mobile phone is really useful. Features like virtual backgrounds and the mute option make meetings much more comfortable especially during the pandemic. With working from home becoming the norm, this platform has become part of everyday life and I love that no one has to know where you're joining from.
Cons
A minor problem I've run into although it doesn't happen often, is when the meeting host's connection gets interrupted. It can be inconvenient in the moment but it's usually fixed within a few minutes. that feels like a small trade-off for such an excellent way to stay connected.

“interactive meetings”
Pros
Between the background options and filters, meetings feel far more interactive than on many other platforms. The keyboard shortcuts are also a real time-saver since I do not have to keep clicking through every option. Support for third-party app integrations is another nice upgrade. Out of everything, breakout rooms are the feature I value most because they make it much easier to manage meetings with a large number of participants.
Cons
Video quality still has room for improvement compared with some alternatives. The cloud file sizes are another area that could be better.

“simple to use”
Pros
Without a doubt, one of the tool's biggest advantages is how simple it is to create meeting rooms and start using the platform without any trouble. You just send a link and invite other people right away. The image quality really stands out and the chat and screen-sharing options are also very useful.
Cons
At the beginning, I ran into a few issues when I didn't have an account registered on the website since it kept asking me to download the native app for the operating system or sign in with an account. At that time, I didn't want to do either of those things but later, once I created an account, the problem was resolved.

“fun features”
Pros
This tool has stayed current and really useful during the Covid period. Features like virtual backgrounds, appearance touch-up options, chat and others make meetings more enjoyable and a lot more convenient to use.
Cons
The system struggles when the internet connection is weak while some other platforms handle that better so its stability still needs improvement.

“quick meetings”
Pros
Takes almost no effort to work with and the interface feels very user friendly. I can set up a meeting in seconds and connect with people anywhere in the world right away. Since the Covid pandemic changed how people communicate, this app has really stepped up and established itself as an essential tool for virtual communication.
Cons
An issue I've run into is with my Samsung Galaxy Buds not connecting properly during use. The buds show as connected to my laptop but as soon as I open the software, the audio disappears. While I'm trying to sort it out in the audio settings, I'm always a little worried that I might accidentally turn my mic on.

“handy integrations”
Pros
The collaboration features work really well and the third-party integrations make it fit nicely with other tools I already use. Video conferencing is dependable, mobile access is convenient when I'm away from my desk and the alerts and notifications help me stay on top of meetings and updates.
Cons
Virtual background quality could definitely be better and I've run into connectivity issues when switching from the web version to mobile during a meeting.

“part of my routine”
Pros
Over the past two years, this software has become a major part of my routine. When lockdown made in-person meetings impossible, it quickly became the program I relied on most. It comes with a range of useful features that make it one of the most popular tools for both work and personal use.
Cons

“screen sharing makes teaching better”
Pros
Screen sharing is the feature I enjoy most in this app because it helps me explain things much more clearly while sharing my screen. It's also helpful that the platform offers participant packages for 300, 500 and 1000 people.
Cons
The only drawback is that free accounts are limited to 45 minute meetings, other than that, I really don't have any complaints.

“reliable remote meetings every time”
Pros
With remote work becoming a normal part of life during Covid, virtual meetings turned into something every company, school and team had to rely on. Out of all the platforms we've used, this app has clearly been the most widely adopted and in my opinion, it has also been the most dependable. Our company uses it for meetings, onboarding and training new employees, troubleshooting issues in the field and plenty of other day-to-day communication. The screen sharing feature is especially useful and the option to record meetings has been a big help for training purposes and for keeping a record of meeting notes and discussion topics. Overall, it has easily been the most effective virtual meeting platform we've worked with.
Cons
Before Covid, the only real downside was the time limit on the free the software plan. We moved up to the next tier before the pandemic so we could run full hour-long meetings without having to restart them after 45 minutes. That said, the paid plan came with additional features that we've really appreciated so at this point I honestly don't have any complaints.

“familiar setup”
Pros
By now, most people have already used this software either for work or in their personal life so it feels familiar right away and is simple to figure out. The settings are clearly and logically labeled which makes it accessible to understand what to do. Even people who are new to it can usually pick it up fast and start being productive without much trouble.
Cons
The Group Rooms feature could be used much more effectively if more people understood how to work with it. I'd really value more creative guidance and best-practice suggestions for using Group Rooms to manage discussions better and rotate through group meetings in a more productive way.

“student-friendly across devices”
Pros
Getting started with the platform is easy and students can join without much trouble from different kinds of devices.
Cons
The part that gets frustrating is screen sharing especially when the control panel starts moving around while I'm using multiple monitors. That's usually when the issues begin. I also run into problems seeing certain things properly when I share my screen and switch to present mode. A lot of the time, I have to keep it out of present mode so I can still access the this platform functions I need.

Pros
It's been really helpful for bringing our distributed team together and letting us get to know each other even while working from different countries. The platform is easy to use and has been consistently dependable.
Cons
