“simple to use”
Pros
Starting off with this tool was easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. The audio and video quality are consistently high which makes meetings feel reliable and clear.
Cons
During a school board setup where several people were in the same room on their own devices while others joined from home, we ran into issues with audio feedback. In some cases, that also made it hard to hear certain participants.

“quick setup and reliable calls”
Pros
Everything has worked really well for me. Getting started was simple and the setup process was easy too.
Cons
Every now and then on my Mac, I've had to restart the computer to get it working again but it happens very rarely.

“great tools and secure meetings”
Pros
Incredibly simple to work with and it comes packed with lots of useful tools. I also appreciate that there's a free version, you can record your meetings and the meetings run over secure connections.
Cons
The only downside I ran into was that sessions are limited to 40 minutes but that applies only to the free version. Aside from that, it was excellent overall.

“remote work essential”
Pros
This app has really become an essential part of communication and project coordination. The screen sharing and file sharing tools make presentations practical and easy. It has helped define a new era of remote work and overall it handles that role very well.
Cons
I'd really like to see more built-in productivity tools, like presentation timers so meetings don't drag on endlessly. Long, never-ending calls have definitely become an issue.

“handy sharing”
Pros
Two features matter most to me in the software: the screen sharing works really well and the Outlook add-on makes it simple to include this software links in my meeting invites. The background and blur options are also a nice touch. On top of that, the mobile app comes in handy whenever my internet connection starts acting up.
Cons
I've noticed that while I prefer using the the platform desktop app on my computer, it doesn't offer as many meeting editing options as the web version does.

“remote meetings made convenient”
Pros
Skipping in-person meetings all the time has been a huge convenience and at this point they hardly feel necessary anymore. Features like screen sharing and recording save us a lot of time and have been especially helpful for remote presentations.
Cons
A few features aren't placed where you'd expect so it can be a little tiring for new users to find their way around. Lol

“lifesaver for calls and teams”
Pros
During the first Covid lockdown, it honestly felt like a lifesaver for both families and businesses. It's very simple to use so there's basically no difficulty at all. The chat option and reaction features are also really nice additions.
Cons
At times, the connection can drop unexpectedly and it's not the most secure option when it comes to web conferencing.

“best app!”
Pros
It's the best app I've used for meetings. You can do almost everything with it and it's really simple to use.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any downsides to the app. I really enjoy using it, lol.

“useful for courses”
Pros
Using this platform has been very convenient because it's simple to work with and saves a lot of time and effort. It really helps bridge distances, makes explaining things during courses much easier and connects with other applications without much trouble.
Cons
I didn't enjoy that the free meetings are limited to just 40 minutes and the button to start or join a meeting call is not very easy to find.

“helpful free plan and calendar sync”
Pros
When our office shifted to working from home, having access to the tool's free version was really valuable. We were still figuring out which platform fit our team best and what remote work would actually look like so being able to try it before paying for a full plan made the decision much easier. The Google Calendar integration is also a very useful feature and helps a lot with scheduling.
Cons
Pricing jumps quite a bit when you need to host larger groups so webinars end up being fairly expensive.

“user friendly”
Pros
Running it on a laptop or mobile device doesn't take much effort and even non-technical members can use it without much trouble.
Cons
One issue is that the chat can be easy to miss during a presentation especially if this tool is the only window open while some participants are switching between other platforms.

“clear controls”
Pros
Very easy to use and pretty much anyone can use it regardless of their education level. The instructions are detailed but still simple enough to follow without confusion. One feature I really appreciate is the mute microphone button because it helps keep meetings free from noise and interruptions. Their customer support has also been excellent whenever needed. Screen sharing is another very useful feature at any time and I also value having the option to turn my video on or off whenever I want.
Cons
There are times when this app glitches and that can slow the flow of a meeting. Another downside is that meetings cannot go beyond the platform's maximum time limit. I also don't like that some features are unavailable on the phone version, such as recording.

“no effort needed”
Pros
Sending invites to other people doesn't take much effort! It also comes with really useful features like background removal, screen sharing and remote control which lets someone take control of your computer if you decide to allow it.
Cons
This software feels slower than other video conferencing apps, with the video and audio lagging or occasionally cutting out. It also puts some features behind a paywall that other meeting platforms, such as Google Meet, offer at no extra cost.

“easy to figure out”
Pros
Everything feels very easy with this software. Sending and receiving the platform invites, hosting meetings and sharing my screen all work without much loading time and it doesn't feel weighed down by unnecessary features.
Cons
Screen sharing still feels limited because there's no real collaboration option like annotations or drawings. On top of that, when I'm sharing my screen, I can't tell who's speaking unless I open the meeting in a completely separate window.

“allows flexibility”
Pros
It gives me a lot of flexibility when connecting with clients, staff and even joining casual meetings with friends.
Cons
Like any software it can be inconsistent at times and occasionally freeze. It could also be more user friendly since I often have to explain how to use it to people who are joining from different devices.

“best option”
Pros
When we had to move from in-person to remote, we tested everything: Skype, Teams, Slack and the rest. This platform ended up being the strongest option because it offered the most features and felt the most dependable. It really made the transition to remote work much simpler than we expected.
Cons
Can be a bit confusing for some people especially if they do not already have the app on their phone. We have also run into issues with breakout rooms, where people occasionally get dropped or errors come up.

“better client interactions”
Pros
It makes appointments feel much more natural, improves communication with potential clients and even allows you to appear in court without actually having to go there, on top of making meetings very effective.
Cons
Something that bothers me is that when you first join a meeting, the audio doesn't connect right away so if the person on the other end starts talking, it creates an awkward moment and you have to explain yourself.

“reliable recordings”
Pros
From day one, the tool has been very easy to use, with an accessible interface that works well for meeting with students and delivering presentations. It feels secure and joining lectures is simple for students. The meeting recording feature is also really valuable especially for participants who can't attend live sessions.
Cons
This tool handles almost everything we need quite well. The only challenge comes up occasionally with hybrid meetings, where some participants are in the room in person while another group is joining online, as that setup can be a bit harder to manage.

“dependable tool”
Pros
It's easy, dependable and still works even when the wifi signal is weak. The interface feels accessible too, with only the essential options showing up each time instead of a bunch of unnecessary clicks.
Cons
The free/basic plan can be limiting because the meeting ends once the time cap is reached. It would be better if there were more flexible time options at different price points.
