“can customize”
Pros
Using the system feels very easy. The controls are flexible so I can run a powerpoint and share a website without any trouble. It also lets multiple people present and share their screens which is really helpful. On top of that it's simple to customize things to fit whatever a presentation requires.
Cons
I don't like that this app doesn't let me see the participants. Presenting without seeing anyone can feel awkward, like talking to nobody.

“firewall-friendly and widely accessible”
Pros
The software works well with even sophisticated company firewalls which makes it a go-to video conferencing platform that's generally accessible for major companies, investors and individual users alike.
Cons
Getting the firewall integration sorted out took a bit of time to figure out but in the end it worked out.

“love the breakout rooms”
Pros
Being able to share my screen, set up breakout rooms and record meetings with the option to edit them afterward has been a huge plus. The platform feels very user friendly especially when I'm working with people across all age groups.
Cons
There aren't many downsides for me. Occasionally, I notice some lag but that usually happens when too many screens are open and the web gets overloaded. I do appreciate that this software keeps updating the system regularly.

“strong integrations”
Pros
I really appreciate how versatile it is. Getting live recordings and cloud captions is simple and since almost everyone already knows how to use it, onboarding is rarely an issue. The Cvent integration works really well too.
Cons
The privacy settings could definitely be improved. It would also help to have the option to react to or reply to chat messages because scrolling all the way back up is pretty inconvenient. Along those same lines, the chat box itself could use some improvement.

“set up works well”
Pros
The live, collaborative setup works really well for training coworkers on different subject areas and makes it easy to guide people through things together in real time.
Cons
Every now and then the audio and microphone features freeze up so either people can't hear me clearly or I can't hear them. It feels like about half the time we have to pause for a bit to get it working properly again.

“convenient to use”
Pros
Working with coworkers around the world feels much faster and more convenient with this. Call quality is really strong and the connection stays stable which wasn't always the case when I used Teams.
Cons
Something that could be better is the information provided about the apps you can install. There isn't enough detail there for IT teams to properly review and approve them.

“connect from anywhere”

Using this software feels very easy and the part I appreciate most is how simple it is to use while still letting people connect from anywhere in the world.

“clear audio”
Pros
These days just about everyone already knows how to use it but the platform still sets itself apart with its on-screen writing and note-taking features. On top of that, the overall image and sound quality are among the best.
Cons
A limitation is that joining meetings from other services like Webex, Google Meet or Teams is mostly restricted to this platform.

“keeps things organized”
Pros
Having everyone in one virtual room really keeps the audience and host engaged. We can have up to 1000 people in a conference, mute and unmute microphones as needed and the host can silence everyone to keep things organized. Even with people joining from different places, it still feels like we're all together in the same space.
Cons
The pricing isn't outrageously high but it can still feel expensive when you're unemployed. Because of that, I can't fully take advantage of everything since my meetings are capped at around 40 minutes on the free plan and right now that's the only option I can use haha.

“stands out”
Pros
The tool stands out most to me for how functional and user friendly it is which makes it useful in all kinds of situations. One thing I really appreciate is how consistent it feels across different devices and interfaces so whether I'm joining from a smartphone, laptop or desktop computer, the experience doesn't feel unfamiliar or different. Because of that, I confidently recommend it to my customers, business partners, friends and others.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints about this tool but I do run into an issue with meetings handled over the phone. At times, the audio has a wheezing or distorted sound and that usually seems to depend on where the other person is located.

“helps remote teamwork”
Pros
The system helps our remote team meet and collaborate really well. We're able to share files in the chat, message each other during calls and use screen sharing to walk through ideas and concepts. the only thing better would be being together in the same room and that just isn't always an option.
Cons
Some of the smaller this app settings can be tricky to sort out and it's pretty easy to get them wrong. We've had times where we forgot to enable the waiting room or let 60+ people join with their microphones on. When something like that happens in a specific meeting, it's not very simple to correct once the call is already underway.

“helpful waiting room controls”
Pros
So useful to be able to keep participants in the waiting room until my current meeting wraps up. I also appreciate that I can mute individual participants right away if someone accidentally leaves their microphone on.
Cons
I do face problems when I switch to a different window than the one I originally selected to share. Other people can't see it and the system doesn't alert me that the current window isn't being shared. It would be much better if the software added some kind of notification to make that clear.

“quick team meetings”
Pros
Getting this software up and running doesn't take much effort so when the team needs to jump into a meeting in a hurry, it's simple to get started right away.
Cons

“useful features”
Pros
This platform comes with a lot of useful features like HD video, clear audio, screen sharing and virtual background changes which help create a proper classroom environment. The local recording option used by the teacher is also very helpful because if someone has internet or connectivity problems, they can watch the recorded lecture later. It's also good that everyone in the meeting can clearly see who is recording.
Cons
The pointer tool, with different colors and sizes, is a nice feature too but I feel it should be available only to the host rather than everyone. At times, people use it to interrupt during the session and the host cannot really control it which makes the overall environment feel awkward.

“I like the features”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about the tool is the "raise hand" option along with the recording feature and the ability to have multiple participants connected at once. It's also very simple to use.
Cons
I still wish it included more classroom-style tools, such as charts, tick boxes, a quiz feature and reaction buttons that could be used more interactively during meetings.

“appreciate the recordings”
Pros
After using this tool for nearly two years, it's honestly tough to single out just one feature because the platform has become such a regular part of how I work. It really played a huge role in keeping employees connected throughout the global pandemic. If I had to choose the feature I value most, it would be the session recording option. Being able to record meetings, trainings and other sessions gives team members the opportunity to go back, rewatch them, take notes or repeat a training if they happened to miss it the first time.
Cons
Part of the system that I'm less happy with is the screen lag that can happen depending on the internet connection. I realize that's not entirely this app's fault but there are still times when meetings feel delayed especially when larger groups are involved.

Pros
Set up is quick and it works well across different platforms. They keep rolling out new features and genuinely seem to pay attention to what customers are asking for. On top of that, their customer service has been solid.
Cons

“clear layout and accessible tools”
Pros
The layout is easy and most of the features you use regularly are right where you'd expect them to be. There's no real need for training because everything feels very accessible and self-explanatory.
Cons
One thing that would make it better is having a company-wide interface that shows everyone in your organization so you could quickly call someone without going through the main the software meeting area.
