During the Covid-19 period, this app turned out to be incredibly useful for holding business meetings between people. It's a very good application and the service has been excellent which is what impressed me most.

Cons

I don't see many downsides. Even if there are a few minor negatives, the service has worked very well for my job needs.

It's tough to complain about a free tool. Since I've used it for teletherapy, having HIPAA compliant features is essential and the platform provides that.

Cons

It installs a web server on any computer that connects. Less tech-savvy users can end up exposing themselves to possible hacking or unwanted monitoring. It really should be more upfront about this and do more to reduce the risk.

The service has been reliable, the call quality is consistently good and the pricing feels affordable.

Has been really valuable for virtual sessions especially for corporate meetings and other professional engagements. It's very easy to use and the recording feature has become especially helpful because it captures the full details of a session for later reference. Signing up is simple and the interface feels clean and comfortable to move around. I also really enjoy the virtual background option since it lets me use a neat background while joining or leading a session even when I'm not in the most suitable environment. It's the kind of platform people can quickly grow to appreciate and I wouldn't hesitate to pay for the premium version to get more session time.

Of course even a strong platform has a few weak spots. Some functions still feel like they could be made more user friendly. At the moment, host control is limited to one person at a time but it would be better if two or three people could share host privileges to reduce recording delays or avoid relying too much on one person. The virtual background effects and their stability could also use some improvement. Another issue is how heavy the software can feel on laptops running older operating systems. It would be better if the application were optimized to work more efficiently across all devices, regardless of the operating system version.

This app turned out to be exactly what I needed and after using it, I haven't had to look anywhere else for a video conferencing solution.

Comes packed with video conferencing features and the software is simple to use while also feeling very reliable to users. On top of that, the free Basic plan makes it an excellent option for small business owners who want a standalone virtual meeting solution.

There have been a few occasions when it hasn't worked well with my internet and I've been randomly disconnected from calls without any warning.

Has been really useful for our group meetings, online classes and presentations. The virtual background feature is one of my favorites and the video and audio quality are consistently very good. It's also helpful that the host can share their full screen, not just a presentation which makes collaboration much better.

A downside is that the free version only gives you 30 minutes per meeting.

Joining meetings feels really easy and I appreciate how many different ways it lets you connect. Whether I'm using video on my phone, logging in from my computer or calling in by phone, it's always my first choice for virtual meetings. Getting into a meeting room is quick and simple and even on mobile the controls are laid out well. Features like raising your hand, sending a private message or swiping to view everyone in the meeting are all easy to access. It has truly gone above and beyond in the digital meeting space.

I've never run into a problem with the platform itself. If anything ever came up, it was because of my wifi connection and not the platform.

People can start with the free version first which makes it practical to try out and evaluate what the platform can do. Joining a meeting is also very uncomplicated for end users thanks to the clear login process. On the admin side, it provides several ways to organize and manage appointments, conferences, seminars and similar events.

There really is not much of a downside from my perspective. I am aware that the platform had privacy concerns at one point related to sharing user information with other tech companies though it has since updated its policies. As workplaces keep changing, it still looks like this will remain a strong option for virtual meetings.

When the connection slows down for a moment, the software handles the audio quite well by lowering the video quality. Still that tradeoff can make faces harder to recognize and slide presentations less clear. During periods like the Corona era when internet connections were often unstable, this throttling happened at times and definitely affected the overall user experience.

Right from the start, the fact that it is free while offering so many features feels like a huge plus! This software clearly understands what users need it to do. The screen sharing and meeting recording tools make communication much clearer and help participants understand each other more easily. Compared with other softwares in this category, the platform strikes an excellent balance between efficiency and simplicity.

There are still two downsides that make the overall experience a bit less pleasant. First you really need a strong internet connection to use the application properly. Also if the administrator leaves whether because of a connection issue or by choice, the system assigns a new administrator at random. It would be much better to be able to plan for that situation in advance.

The biggest advantage in my view, is the speed of the platform along with the strong audio and video quality.

One thing that could be better is that the administrator doesn't have full control over participants microphones so they have to keep muting people repeatedly.

With working from home becoming the norm, this platform has become part of everyday life and I love that no one has to know where you're joining from.

A minor problem I've run into although it doesn't happen often, is when the meeting host's connection gets interrupted. It can be inconvenient in the moment but it's usually fixed within a few minutes. that feels like a small trade-off for such an excellent way to stay connected.

Between the background options and filters, meetings feel far more interactive than on many other platforms. The keyboard shortcuts are also a real time-saver since I do not have to keep clicking through every option. Support for third-party app integrations is another nice upgrade. Out of everything, breakout rooms are the feature I value most because they make it much easier to manage meetings with a large number of participants.

Video quality still has room for improvement compared with some alternatives. The cloud file sizes are another area that could be better.

An issue I've run into is with my Samsung Galaxy Buds not connecting properly during use. The buds show as connected to my laptop but as soon as I open the software, the audio disappears. While I'm trying to sort it out in the audio settings, I'm always a little worried that I might accidentally turn my mic on.
