“reliable remote meetings”
Pros
This software has become one of my go-to tools for remote work because it makes team and client meetings feel polished and dependable. The audio and video quality are consistently strong and being able to share documents during calls really helps keep everything productive and organized.
Cons
About the only downside I can point to is that there are still features I haven't fully figured out yet. I just wish there were more easy, no-nonsense tutorials available to help me learn them better.

“excellent app”
Pros
It's a really excellent app for meetings and training at the same time, with multi-screen support and video features. It works well for all kinds of users and situations as long as there's internet access and it was especially valuable during the coronavirus period.
Cons
Some people may still need a bit of training to use the program because it includes a lot of different categories and features.

“my review”
Pros
Before the pandemic, we only used this platform lightly, mostly for meetings with outside companies. Once everything changed, it became the platform for all of our staff meetings and program sessions. It's allowed us to deliver full five-hour daily services to individuals with disabilities over the tool which has been incredibly valuable. Our clients have become very comfortable with the platform and are able to handle basic troubleshooting on their own.
Cons
The calendar feature can be a little wonky at times. I do wish the integration with Google Calendar worked a bit more smoothly.

“chat keeps meetings connected”
Pros
A feature I really appreciate is the chat box. If I don't want to speak up during the meeting, I can just type in the chat and still stay involved in the conversation.
Cons
The part I don't care for is having to wait for the host to admit me into the meeting. If I already have the this tool link, that should be enough to show I'm supposed to be there instead of waiting to be accepted first.

“live streaming works brilliantly”
Pros
Using the system has made live streaming and business meetings much more convenient for me. I find it far more useful than a regular meeting setup.
Cons
I did run into connection issues a couple of times but after checking, I realized the problem was with my network and not the app itself.

“makes wfh manageable”
Pros
Working from home has been much more manageable with this software. It's user friendly and lets me handle most of my job without trouble especially one-on-one meetings and small committee sessions throughout the day.
Cons
Frustrating part is that the names of features and controls seem to change fairly often without any explanation inside the software. It would be much more helpful if it showed pop-up tips or short notices the first time you log in after an update, the way some other programs do.

“teams feel closer anywhere”
Pros
Even when everyone on the team is working from different places or cities, this app brings them together with just a link. It really helps everyone stay connected and makes it easier to build that sense of bonding with the team.
Cons
There are a few limitations when joining from a mobile device but overall it still gets the job done.

“great for education”
Pros
The education-focused features are really impressive and the pricing feels very fair for what the service offers.
Cons
Issue is that there isn't a web-only option. You have to install the client which can be challenging for younger students and older adults.

“calendar-linked calls”
Pros
After joining a tech company, it became clear how valuable it is to use a video calling app as accessible and user friendly as this one. Being able to set up a calendar event and have the meeting link generated automatically saves time and makes the whole process very efficient.
Cons
My first time using it on an Android phone wasn't quite as easy though. The interface didn't feel very accessible at first and I had to rely on some trial and error to get the audio set up properly.

“lifesaver for remote work”
Pros
When everything nearly shut down, the software really came through and was honestly a lifesaver. Without it, I probably would not have been able to keep my job or continue working remotely so I genuinely want to thank this software for that. The platform is very user friendly and incredibly convenient for working from practically anywhere in the world. It also has a variety of features that keep it useful and engaging. Screen sharing makes it simple to present specific information or walk people through presentations and the video conferencing options are flexible since you can turn your camera on or off when needed. There is a lot it can do and the benefits just keep going.
Cons
At first, the platform may have been a little challenging for some people to adjust to when it became the go-to platform for remote use. Still, once people take a little time to learn what it offers and how the features work, it becomes very simple to use.

“free meetings”
Pros
I really appreciate that the free version is available without any cost. Whether you use the app or the website, you can meet with a large group of friends or coworkers, talk about anything and share your screen without paying. That makes it a very useful and encouraging tool to use. On top of that, the interface is simple and clear so it does not take much effort to understand how everything works. It is easy to keep track of the features and use them comfortably without any confusion.
Cons
this is not something that feels terrible or makes me dislike the platform. The only issue is that meetings on the free plan are limited to around forty minutes to an hour and then the session ends automatically. After that, you have to create a new meeting link and send it again so everyone can join another room. It only takes a short moment, just a few seconds but I still wish the same meeting could last longer without needing to restart it.

“easy to use”
Pros
Getting started with this tool takes no effort at all since it's very easy and simple to use. Features like private chats, polls, presentations and information sharing have given me one of the best experiences I've had with a meeting platform. The part I appreciate most is how well it adjusts to low internet speed which makes it really reliable for meetings even when I'm on the move.
Cons
The only downside I've run into is a few issues when trying to integrate it with my Outlook account but aside from that I'm very pleased with it.

“smooth platform”
Pros
The system works well for everything from small team calls to large meetings and it supports collaborative work really effectively. I rely a lot on the Q&A and chat features and they're smooth and easy to use.
Cons
Sometimes here's some lag when presenting larger slide decks or when the audience size gets big.

“can host many people”
Pros
Something that really works well with this app is being able to host up to 100 people in a single meeting, share screens and mute microphones to cut down on background noise. It was especially useful during the Covid19 lockdown when meeting in person was not possible and even now my workplace still relies on it for almost every kind of meeting including conference sessions, webinars and capacity-building activities.
Cons
Every now and then, the connection gets interrupted during meetings and there are moments when the video freezes. That can be quite stressful especially when you are in the middle of an important business meeting.

“high quality”
Pros
From quick team huddles to larger business meetings, the software has been one of the strongest video conferencing tools I've used. It delivers high-quality video and voice calls from just about anywhere and the platform is simple to figure out while still feeling secure. The recording feature is especially useful because it lets me save every meeting when needed and inviting people is easy since I can just send a link and they can join right away. It works well whether the group is small or large and setting up a meeting only takes a click. The HD video and audio quality help everyone come through clearly on calls. Screen sharing and plug-in support also make it easier to collaborate quickly, make decisions on the spot and adapt when plans change. Whether working from home or handling meetings from the office, it's a solid option for small calls and larger sessions alike. This software is an excellent choice for business meetings and video conferencing, with advanced capabilities and built-in collaboration tools that make sharing files and ideas convenient. In my view, it performs better than other tools like Skype for Business, GoToMeeting and Google Hangouts Meetings. There's a reason millions of people around the world use it for both business and personal meetings especially since the pandemic.
Cons
Outlook integration is not as smooth as it is with Teams. Scheduling meetings through Outlook particularly on a MacBook Pro, can feel a bit fragmented at times. Also while users can join with or without video, there isn't a way to join with the sound already muted so background noise can sometimes become an issue.

“my honest opinion”
Pros
Setting a meeting up and inviting other people is easy and the platform has been reliable with consistently good video call quality. Screen sharing and call recording are both really useful features too. Another thing I appreciate is that it works across different devices whether I'm on a PC, laptop or mobile.
Cons
Its inconvenient to have to install the software on my computer and then deal with updates ( that has occasionally made me late joining a meeting).

“So valuable”
Pros
Clear HD video and audio have been a big plus and being able to see participant camera feeds makes meetings feel more connected. It also works well for audio-only conferencing when video is not needed. Cross-platform messaging is useful and I can switch between mobile, PC and iOS without any trouble. End-to-end encryption, scheduling and meeting recordings are all valuable features that make this platform practical for everyday use.
Cons
My concern is the security side of the tool especially because of the data leakage issues that were reported in the past. That history still raises some doubts.

“secure file sharing and channels”
Pros
One thing that has worked really well with this tool is the ability to share large files securely. It also gives us the option to create unlimited communication channels which helps a lot with team collaboration.
Cons
That said, when it comes to storing files effectively, it still needs to be connected with external cloud storage solutions such as GoToMeeting.

“Keeps projects moving”
Pros
Working in construction means constantly coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, clients and subcontractors and getting everyone together in one place for discussions can be difficult. When teams are spread across remote locations, meeting in person is not always practical. With this tool, we can bring everyone into a single meeting, review products, resolve issues and keep all stakeholders updated without delays. It saves a lot of time and helps move the work forward faster which is exactly why I continue to prefer this.
Cons
I do not have anything negative to say about this tool. It has been an excellent option for official meetings, helping businesses communicate better while also improving both individual productivity and overall company performance.
