Pros
One of the best things about this app is how clear the video and audio quality are. Even when the connection has a few issues, the platform makes them simple to handle which keeps meetings flowing better and makes the whole experience far less stressful. Whether it's a one-on-one call or a group meeting with people joining live from different parts of the world, it really gives the feeling that everyone is right there together, talking and sharing ideas without interruptions.
Cons
An area where the software could definitely improve is the dashboard and the way the menus, options and choices are displayed. There are a lot of useful features available but they are not always easy to spot or understand at first glance. Since this software offers so many tools making them more visible and easier to recognize would be a very important improvement.

Pros
The installation is quick, the navigation is clear and using it with multiple people feels very simple. The interface is well designed and it also integrates nicely with other tools.
Cons
I'd like to see unlimited meeting time similar to Google Meet. It would also help to have a better way to sync audio from different participants, plus the option to join a meeting without having to download the app first.

Cons

Pros
During lockdown, the tool really turned out to be a lifesaver. As a student, I use it every single day, not just for classes but also for group study sessions and working on assignments together. It's especially useful because you can share your screen when you want to show something from your computer or switch to your camera if you need to show something physically nearby. On top of that, being able to write directly over the video or screen share makes explaining things to classmates much easier than when we used to do it in person. You can also mute yourself whenever needed and the filters add a fun touch for lockdown parties.
Cons
Problem is that it's not completely free. If you want to host a meeting with more than two people for longer than an hour, you need to pay for a subscription although the price is not too bad.

Pros
Between the price and everything it offers, the value is excellent. It's accessible and comes with a strong set of features. It runs really well on both desktop and mobile so the cross-device compatibility is a huge plus. The interface is clean, simple and quick to figure out which makes navigation very easy. Setup is fast on both the computer version and the mobile app. There's also a wide range of useful tools including virtual backgrounds, recording, email integration and more. The free version is surprisingly complete which was especially helpful for people during lockdown. It fits business, personal and academic use extremely well. On top of that, the audio and video quality stay very solid even when the internet connection is unstable. Screen sharing is also very practical and simple to use.
Cons
The cap on how many people can join a call is limiting. Also in countries where low bandwidth is common, there can still be occasional connection issues. I wasn't getting disconnected all the time but it did happen now and then. The chat feature works fine but it's pretty basic. It would be better if it included more functions, like the ability to reply to specific messages.

During lockdown, the system made every part of work much more manageable because we could keep doing our jobs without putting our lives at risk. I genuinely enjoy using it for work and attending meetings on it.
Cons
At times, the polls don't appear and when the internet connection is weak, the quality gets really bad. Still, overall it's been a good tool.

This app has been our go-to platform for video calls because it is widely known and trusted and it has helped us stay connected with our branches, suppliers and clients while keeping communication secure during the pandemic. It does not take any technical expertise to use since the interface is friendly and easy for any user. One feature that has been especially valuable is the whiteboard which helps us create clearer and more informative presentations. We can also record meetings directly to the cloud and revisit them whenever needed and the mobile app adds even more convenience by letting us join meetings from anywhere.
Cons
It has provided a secure environment during the pandemic and the platform is simple to use with a friendly, user-focused interface so there have not really been any notable downsides for us.

Pros
One feature I keep coming back to is the virtual background. I can switch to a polished, professional image for serious meetings, then use funny or goofy pictures for casual team bonding calls. Either way, it saves me from having to tidy up my room just to avoid unwanted attention on camera. I use the software a lot for team meetings and conference calls and the video quality is almost always reliable with clear audio that makes conversations easy to follow. At this point, using it feels completely natural. Another big plus is how well it works with Google since it can automatically block off the time I set for video calls and makes it simple to include my this software invite in emails.
Cons
It's only a very small complaint but the different screen-sharing options in the platform have always been a little confusing to me especially when it comes to how each presentation view actually differs. Since I use two monitors, I'm often not fully sure what the other sharing display choices are supposed to do so I usually just stick with the first option. Thankfully, that tends to work out fine most of the time.

Running my mother's online music classes on this platform's paid plan has worked out really well. Setting up sessions is simple, cloud recordings are easy to manage and participants can join efficiently from any device whether it's a PC or mobile. The overall quality of the online classes is also consistently good.
Cons
I'd still like to see more educator focused features such as better attendance tracking, fee collection and automatic checks to identify which students have already paid their fees.

Pros
Using this tool for communication has been a really smart choice because the service quality is excellent. The interface feels accessible so even beginners can get comfortable with it quickly. I'm able to host unlimited one-on-one meetings as well as group meetings with up to 100 participants for 40 minutes per session. The screen sharing feature is especially useful since multiple people can share their screens at the same time which works wonderfully for collaboration. This tool has also helped me cut down a lot on the time I used to spend emailing clients. On top of that, it provides reliable service and makes scheduling meetings much more manageable.
Cons
I'd like HD video conferencing at 1080p which would make it more effective for my needs. A built-in calendar inside the the system app would also be a welcome addition for handling meetings and availability more conveniently. It could also offer better functions for running surveys and managing post-poll tasks more smoothly.

Cons

Our team started with the free plan and one of my colleagues later upgraded to the full version since he runs seminars for external clients. A big plus is that people on the other end don't need to install the app just to join a call. Whenever other platforms start giving us problems, we usually switch to the software because the video and audio quality tend to be much better.
Cons
The free plan does come with a lot of limitations and the meeting time allowed feels a little too short. Still, that makes sense considering it's the no-cost version.

It's been really helpful to have a way for people to still meet for work and stay aligned on project needs. Being able to record sessions is another big plus since I can go back and review exactly what was discussed and decided. Comes packed with features while still being easy to use and the built-in security is excellent. Everyone across our staff, colleagues and stakeholders picked it up quickly so usage has felt very natural. Alongside Microsoft Teams and to a lesser degree Cisco Webex, it's one of the only meeting apps we rely on.
Cons
If I had to point out one minor issue, it's that it doesn't always load properly in certain browsers so sometimes you have to choose the "Join from Browser" option instead. It's a small inconvenience and not really difficult to work around.
