The collaboration features work really well and the third-party integrations make it fit nicely with other tools I already use. Video conferencing is dependable, mobile access is convenient when I'm away from my desk and the alerts and notifications help me stay on top of meetings and updates.

Cons

Virtual background quality could definitely be better and I've run into connectivity issues when switching from the web version to mobile during a meeting.

Over the past two years, this software has become a major part of my routine. When lockdown made in-person meetings impossible, it quickly became the program I relied on most. It comes with a range of useful features that make it one of the most popular tools for both work and personal use.

Cons

Video and audio can lag if your wifi connection isn't strong enough and it also doesn't perform very well on older computers.

Pros

Screen sharing is the feature I enjoy most in this app because it helps me explain things much more clearly while sharing my screen. It's also helpful that the platform offers participant packages for 300, 500 and 1000 people.

Cons

The only drawback is that free accounts are limited to 45 minute meetings, other than that, I really don't have any complaints.

With remote work becoming a normal part of life during Covid, virtual meetings turned into something every company, school and team had to rely on. Out of all the platforms we've used, this app has clearly been the most widely adopted and in my opinion, it has also been the most dependable. Our company uses it for meetings, onboarding and training new employees, troubleshooting issues in the field and plenty of other day-to-day communication. The screen sharing feature is especially useful and the option to record meetings has been a big help for training purposes and for keeping a record of meeting notes and discussion topics. Overall, it has easily been the most effective virtual meeting platform we've worked with.

Before Covid, the only real downside was the time limit on the free the software plan. We moved up to the next tier before the pandemic so we could run full hour-long meetings without having to restart them after 45 minutes. That said, the paid plan came with additional features that we've really appreciated so at this point I honestly don't have any complaints.

Pros

By now, most people have already used this software either for work or in their personal life so it feels familiar right away and is simple to figure out. The settings are clearly and logically labeled which makes it accessible to understand what to do. Even people who are new to it can usually pick it up fast and start being productive without much trouble.

Cons

The Group Rooms feature could be used much more effectively if more people understood how to work with it. I'd really value more creative guidance and best-practice suggestions for using Group Rooms to manage discussions better and rotate through group meetings in a more productive way.

Getting started with the platform is easy and students can join without much trouble from different kinds of devices.

The part that gets frustrating is screen sharing especially when the control panel starts moving around while I'm using multiple monitors. That's usually when the issues begin. I also run into problems seeing certain things properly when I share my screen and switch to present mode. A lot of the time, I have to keep it out of present mode so I can still access the this platform functions I need.

With meetings never seeming to stop and in-person gatherings not being possible, this software has been such a valuable addition for our team. It's been warmly welcomed and has really helped us keep our collaboration going without interruption.

nothing comes to mind that I dislike about it. During the challenges of Covid, it has truly felt like a blessing.

Sending out invites is easy and joining meetings takes almost no effort. Other video conferencing tools often feel overly complicated but the tool keeps the whole process simple and user friendly.

An area that could be better is breakout rooms and it would also be helpful to have live polls available during meetings.

At first there was some difficulty when figuring out some of the little things like screen sharing or turning the camera on and off. After getting used to it though, it hasn't been an issue.

Starting off with this tool was easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. The audio and video quality are consistently high which makes meetings feel reliable and clear.

During a school board setup where several people were in the same room on their own devices while others joined from home, we ran into issues with audio feedback. In some cases, that also made it hard to hear certain participants.

Incredibly simple to work with and it comes packed with lots of useful tools. I also appreciate that there's a free version, you can record your meetings and the meetings run over secure connections.

This app has really become an essential part of communication and project coordination. The screen sharing and file sharing tools make presentations practical and easy. It has helped define a new era of remote work and overall it handles that role very well.

I'd really like to see more built-in productivity tools, like presentation timers so meetings don't drag on endlessly. Long, never-ending calls have definitely become an issue.

Two features matter most to me in the software: the screen sharing works really well and the Outlook add-on makes it simple to include this software links in my meeting invites. The background and blur options are also a nice touch. On top of that, the mobile app comes in handy whenever my internet connection starts acting up.

I've noticed that while I prefer using the the platform desktop app on my computer, it doesn't offer as many meeting editing options as the web version does.

Skipping in-person meetings all the time has been a huge convenience and at this point they hardly feel necessary anymore. Features like screen sharing and recording save us a lot of time and have been especially helpful for remote presentations.

During the first Covid lockdown, it honestly felt like a lifesaver for both families and businesses. It's very simple to use so there's basically no difficulty at all. The chat option and reaction features are also really nice additions.

When our office shifted to working from home, having access to the tool's free version was really valuable. We were still figuring out which platform fit our team best and what remote work would actually look like so being able to try it before paying for a full plan made the decision much easier. The Google Calendar integration is also a very useful feature and helps a lot with scheduling.

Cons

Pricing jumps quite a bit when you need to host larger groups so webinars end up being fairly expensive.
