“useful breakout meeting spaces”
Pros
The meeting-within-a-meeting feature, like connecting rooms, is something I really enjoy. It gives the platform a dedicated space for smaller discussions which is very helpful.
Cons
Free users can only host meetings for 45 minutes. It would be much better if that limit were increased to 60 minutes.

“collaboration tool for every event”
Pros
From daily pairing sessions to company-wide virtual events, this app has become a core collaboration tool for us. It supports a large number of participants without feeling limited and we rely on it every single day. There are plenty of features and they work very well in practice. Things like custom or blurred backgrounds, breakout rooms and Google Calendar integration have been especially useful. The connection quality has also been consistently strong. During the pandemic, having a video collaboration platform like this has been incredibly important for staying active, connected and involved in company activities.
Cons
I wish it offered a full web version since it always requires the desktop or mobile app. It would also be nice to have the option to share only a selected part of the screen.

“Good platform”
Pros
Whether it's a meeting with cameras off, a full video call or just sharing a screen while talking through work, the software handles all of it really well. It's easy to use and works reliably across different types of meetings.
Cons
Don't like how this software deals with people on weak internet connections. At times someone will freeze and then reconnect while their poor-connection version still appears to be in the meeting.

“best one out there!”
Pros
Out of all the meeting platforms I've used, the platform still feels like the best one available. That's not just because it offers plenty of features but also because it's genuinely simple to use. The interface may look a little traditional compared to competitors that are going for a more modern design but that actually works in this platform's favor. That older-style layout makes it much quicker for new users to understand the app and get comfortable with it. When I started using the tool, it only took me about an hour to become familiar with most of the features. The screen annotation option is also really useful especially during discussions and presentations. On top of that, the screen sharing feature is very practical and comes with a lot of functions. And the virtual backgrounds are honestly excellent. That's one of the features I rely on the most since it lets me join formal meetings from places like my garage without it looking unprofessional.
Cons
The free plan is definitely generous and includes a lot of useful features. Still, I'm not a fan of the meeting time limit on the free version. I'd rather they reduce access to a few features instead of cutting sessions short. That approach would probably help a lot of people who can't afford self-hosting this tool or paying for a premium subscription. Even so, I have to admit the paid plan is reasonably priced.

“no training needed”
Pros
Whether it's a quick business call on the move or a full remote team session, the system fits really well and doesn't require any special training to get started. The toll-based calling option is useful and with our company's enterprise subscription, we could host 500+ participants at once with unlimited meetings and no time limits. The streaming and recording features were especially helpful for people who were commuting or tied up with other work. Its integration with Microsoft Office and Outlook 365 is also a big plus since calendar notifications make planning much easier in advance. It also connects well with Slack and Zapier. The subscription can scale based on usage which works nicely for organizations. File sharing during meetings is convenient and the interface feels very accessible and well laid out. Tools like whiteboards, annotation, chat and screen sharing add a lot of value. It's also simple to divide participants into breakout rooms depending on the meeting's purpose. On top of that, the virtual background options are nice for personalization, presentations, company branding and privacy.
Cons
Issue is that the app has to be downloaded instead of offering a fully web-based experience. Another concern is that once someone enters a password or other secure information, it can't really be removed. Video streaming quality is not always HD so that can be disappointing. Storage bandwidth for webinars and recordings is also limited especially when you're dealing with longer meetings. There are still occasional this app-bombing issues if an invite gets forwarded to unintended participants. In breakout rooms, adding a co-host may not be possible which is definitely a drawback. Our team also began using Chromebooks and the lack of support there has been an issue.

“miro integration available”
Pros
Working on a UX design team, the feature I appreciate most in the software is the Miro plugin. It lets me collaborate with teammates in Miro right inside this software so there's no need to keep switching between apps or share multiple screens during meetings.
Cons
One limitation is that the free plan cuts meetings off after 40 minutes and removes everyone from the call. My team uses a paid account so it's not a problem at work but for personal use I'd much rather have the free meeting limit extended to a full hour.

“is widely used”
Pros
Over the past few years especially with everything happening around the world, the use of the platform has grown a lot in schools, universities and many other organizations. That makes sense because the platform is simple to use and offers several advantages that made it a preferred choice over similar tools. It has become one of the applications I rely on all the time for work, training courses and conferences. Beyond work, it is also a convenient way to meet colleagues face to face and it is not limited to professional use since it has also become a gathering place for family and friends. The speed is impressive, the video and audio quality are very good, file sharing is convenient and the option to record and save meetings is very useful.
Cons
My concern is that its simplicity can also make it easier to hack. Privacy feels limited because joining a meeting often only requires a password or a link. I also think meetings should not have a time limit and there should not be a fixed cap on the number of participants allowed in a meeting.

“reliable meetings for big teams”
Pros
I appreciate most about this software is that it can handle 200+ users in a single meeting. The instant meeting feature is really useful and sending invites to team members so they can join quickly is very convenient. It has been reliable for us, the video quality is noticeably better and I'm also very satisfied with their customer service.
Cons
A downside is that there aren't any video tutorials to help people learn how to use the software. When a new team member joins and doesn't know how this platform works, it can be quite awkward to start explaining everything right in the middle of a meeting.

“breakout rooms are great”
Pros
The tool has been such a great tool especially during the pandemic when meeting face to face hasn't been possible. It's really useful for sharing information while talking and it works very well for group meetings too. The breakout rooms are something I especially love. It also gives me the chance to demonstrate hands-on what I'm doing so others can clearly follow along.
Cons
I can't say there's anything I dislike about it at this point.

“user friendly meetings and webinars”
Pros
Right away, this tool feels very simple to use and genuinely user friendly. My family has set up the system calls during medical emergencies and even people who had never used it before were still able to figure out how to get around without much trouble. On the business side, it gives me everything I need to run meetings and it has also worked really well for training webinars I've joined through other companies.
Cons
You have to actually click to join the video and audio in a meeting. It doesn't connect automatically which I personally prefer but beginners especially don't always notice that step.

“works well”
Pros
It runs pretty well overall with the camera and audio performing reliably. Recording a session is easy and I appreciate that it asks for participant consent. Screen sharing also comes in handy especially when multiple people are trying to speak at the same time.
Cons
Instant messaging feature needs to be better. The alert to the other person just isn't noticeable enough so messages often get missed or ignored. It would help to have a bigger, bolder notification that really makes it clear a message has come in.

“incredibly valuable”
Pros
Being able to meet clients face-to-face from far away has been incredibly valuable especially in situations where phone calls and email would normally be the only options. The virtual background feature is also a big plus because it lets me join or run meetings from all kinds of locations which helps me keep working no matter where I physically am.
Cons
While hosting meetings, notifications can be easy to miss especially when someone is waiting to join. It would also be a lot more useful if this app included a transcription feature along with the option to record the meeting video.

“flexible presenting and speaking”
Pros
What I really enjoy about this software is how flexible it is. I can either be the speaker with everyone focused on me or switch into presentation mode without any trouble.
Cons
It would be nice if I could keep speaking as long as I wanted and still have access to all the features for free, of course. Still, you get what you pay for and it's worth it.

“virtual meetings that feel real”
Pros
These days, this application feels incredibly useful and well thought out. It offers a very successful idea especially for the current time and it has helped me both host meetings and join them online while still giving a feeling that is close to meeting face to face. It's also very convenient because it connects with Google Calendar. Overall, I really enjoyed using this app and that's why I gave it 5 stars.
Cons
Problem is that it doesn't work for me unless I download it first. Also, the video quality is not always consistent.
