“accessible meetings for everyone”
Pros
Anyone on the internet can join without much trouble and it's convenient that only one participant needs to have a paid subscription.
Cons
A reliable internet connection is necessary for every person in the meeting.

“useful for staying connected”
Pros
Being able to stay connected without having to meet in person is something I really appreciate and it works well whether it's for casual fun or business use.
Cons
At times though, there are problems connecting with other people and the audio and video can be glitchy. Still, I think it will get better over time.

“user friendly”
Pros
The software is very user friendly so even people who aren't technical can quickly figure out how to create an account, join a meeting and schedule one themselves.
Cons
At times, I wish the free plan allowed meetings with 3 or more people to last a full hour instead of cutting off at 40 minutes.

“has constant updates”
Pros
Using this software feels very easy and getting around the platform doesn't take much effort. It works well for all kinds of situations too whether it's video calls, audio meetings, webinars, classes, training sessions and more. I also appreciate that the platform keeps rolling out updates and adding new features over time. It's reassuring that they take security seriously and whenever something comes up, they make sure to address it.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into audio issues when trying to connect AirPods or other headphones. I also wish the documentation was organized a bit better and separated more clearly.

“anyone can figure it out”
Pros
Getting started with this platform is easy since just about anyone can install it and figure out how to use it without much trouble. It also keeps improving over time, with new features being added regularly and security patches rolled out consistently.
Cons
One thing that would make it better is having an admin mode for desktop sharing. That would be really helpful for support sessions since you currently have to rely on the end user to handle certain actions themselves.

“powerful team meetings and collaboration”
Pros
Our team gets the most value from the tool through screen sharing, chat, breakout rooms and the ability to bring the whole company together online for weekly meetings. The mobile app is also simple to use when connecting on the go. We rely on these features regularly to share important company updates and stay connected as a remote team. On top of that, the interface is fairly easy to figure out.
Cons
This tool's pricing can be a bit too expensive for smaller startups. Because the platform includes such a wide range of features, it can take a while to fully get comfortable with the interface. Adding webinar functions to our existing pro license was also frustrating since it meant contacting an account manager and going through several days of back-and-forth emails. It would be much better if license features could be managed directly and pricing details were visible upfront.

“use from anywhere”
Pros
Whether I'm on my phone or laptop, it works well for quick meetings. It's especially useful during urgent situations on the job site. The audio and video quality are very good and it's simple enough for people who aren't very comfortable with technology. Another plus is that users can join without having to create an account.
Cons
Virtual backgrounds are not very convenient to access on smartphones. Older users can still have trouble figuring out the app and at times the background noise is hard to control. Also some rooms can be difficult to access.

“quick setup and broad adoption”
Pros
It's pretty clear the platform is being actively improved over time. Getting it set up is easy and it can be rolled out quickly whether you're working with a small team or a much larger organization. Since a lot of people already use it personally, there usually isn't any difficulty when it comes to getting everyone comfortable with it.
Cons
That said, the system still falls short on security, overall features and the range of integrations you get with more established business meeting platforms such as Teams or Webex.

“no effort to start off with”
Pros
Takes almost no effort to start off with and using it feels very natural. Most of the features are accessible and it gives plenty of ways for people to connect whether through the phone app, a regular call or meetings with or without video. The call quality is also solid and being able to record the video along with the chat transcript comes in really handy.
Cons
A few the software features still confuse me though because I'm not always sure how they work or why they show up in some meetings but not in others, like the background blur option.

“versatile controls”
Pros
The platform really feels like the gold standard to me. It's accessible to use, the connection quality is consistently strong and features like screen sharing, passwords, muting and participant controls make it incredibly versatile.
Cons
When it comes to business use, you do need to pay for a subscription to access the more advanced and effective features.

“saves time and effort”
Pros
Allowing employees or friends into a meeting is really simple with this platform which saves a lot of time and effort. I can also use it without any trouble on my phone, tablet or PC.
Cons
Overall, I'm happy with all of the tool's features but one limitation is that you can't mute certain participants separately in some situations.

“best screen sharing around”
Pros
Launching a meeting is really convenient! The screen sharing feature is easily the best compared with every other video conferencing app I've used.
Cons
It would be even better if the system kept a calendar of all my meetings including not only the ones I've started but also the ones I'm supposed to join.

“staying connected with clients”
Pros
This app helps my team stay ahead and keep close contact with our clients especially at a time when everyone is being pushed to keep their distance.
Cons
Getting started with the software can feel a bit unaccessible at first which is pretty normal with any new tool. It offers a lot of different ways to join and participate in meetings and because of that, there can sometimes be hiccups with internet connections or with how video, phone, messaging and other communication options work together. Still, that's something you could expect from almost any online meeting platform trying to handle that level of demand and so many different needs.

“interactive meetings”
Pros
During meetings with coworkers, this software lets us share screens instantly and the video and audio quality is good enough to comfortably keep a conference going for 1-2 hours. It also makes meetings feel very interactive especially with breakout rooms and active participation in discussions. One feature I really enjoy is the virtual hand raise because it gives students that same classroom feeling during online sessions.
Cons
There are some serious security concerns. If someone shares the meeting link with outside people, basically anyone can join. Even so, it has not felt like a huge issue since those moments sometimes end up being funny and turn into memorable virtual meeting stories. I would also appreciate a bit more time in the free version because it only allows meetings to run for 45 minutes. Still, that is not a major problem either since you can always start a new meeting afterward.

“crisp video”
Pros
The platform really delivers on the video conferencing side with features like professional-quality audio, HD video and breakout rooms that are very useful during meetings.
Cons
It takes so long for recorded videos to finish processing. When I need to send out a recording shortly after a meeting especially a longer one, the wait can feel way too long and becomes frustrating.

“stands out!”
Pros
Compared with other apps in this space, this one really holds its own. The standout part for me is the very low latency because even when the internet is slow, calls still perform really well.
Cons
The chat feature was a letdown at times since the person on the other end sometimes never received my messages. It was also frustrating that for small things like filling out a form or sharing files, we had to move to a different app instead of having those features built directly into this platform.

“flexible controls for every meeting”
Pros
The tool feels extremely flexible. Admins can customize the meeting controls and settings to fit the specific needs of each meeting exactly.
Cons
Although a computer lets you see dozens of participant thumbnails at once, a phone or tablet only shows four people at a time. That really limits participation in meetings when joining from a mobile device.

“solid for meetings”
Pros
This tool has been really solid for meetings especially when it comes to audio and video quality. The recording feature is also very useful and the meeting alerts and notifications help users stay on track. Having the free 40-minute meeting option is another nice benefit as well.
Cons
Time limit for free meetings should be increased in my opinion. It would also help if, when people join a meeting, it showed details like their region, country, qualifications and whether they are actually eligible to attend before they enter the meeting.

“fast updates”
Pros
Back in the first weeks of the pandemic, the system quickly became part of my daily routine. I was using it even before my organization bought a license and I actually paid for my own subscription so I could keep work meetings going during that time. Our IT team was worried about the security issues this app was facing then but the company responded quickly and fixed those concerns in a very short time. Since then, they've kept investing in the platform and improving the product over and over.
Cons
The only real downside is the 45-minute cap on meetings with more than two people. Still, I understand why it's there--the software is a business and the product is strong enough that charging for it makes sense.
