Pros

One feature I keep coming back to is the virtual background. I can switch to a polished, professional image for serious meetings, then use funny or goofy pictures for casual team bonding calls. Either way, it saves me from having to tidy up my room just to avoid unwanted attention on camera. I use the software a lot for team meetings and conference calls and the video quality is almost always reliable with clear audio that makes conversations easy to follow. At this point, using it feels completely natural. Another big plus is how well it works with Google since it can automatically block off the time I set for video calls and makes it simple to include my this software invite in emails.

Cons

It's only a very small complaint but the different screen-sharing options in the platform have always been a little confusing to me especially when it comes to how each presentation view actually differs. Since I use two monitors, I'm often not fully sure what the other sharing display choices are supposed to do so I usually just stick with the first option. Thankfully, that tends to work out fine most of the time.

Pros

Running my mother's online music classes on this platform's paid plan has worked out really well. Setting up sessions is simple, cloud recordings are easy to manage and participants can join efficiently from any device whether it's a PC or mobile. The overall quality of the online classes is also consistently good.

Cons

I'd still like to see more educator focused features such as better attendance tracking, fee collection and automatic checks to identify which students have already paid their fees.

The tool completely changed how productive, efficient and connected I could be with people abroad while we were all stuck at home. It really opened the door to a whole new way of working, staying close to family and keeping a social life going.

I haven't come across any downside. It almost feels like they anticipate the needs that come up in everyday use because not long after, the feature is already there and working well to make things faster. It has truly made a difference in this new way of life.

Using this tool for communication has been a really smart choice because the service quality is excellent. The interface feels accessible so even beginners can get comfortable with it quickly. I'm able to host unlimited one-on-one meetings as well as group meetings with up to 100 participants for 40 minutes per session. The screen sharing feature is especially useful since multiple people can share their screens at the same time which works wonderfully for collaboration. This tool has also helped me cut down a lot on the time I used to spend emailing clients. On top of that, it provides reliable service and makes scheduling meetings much more manageable.

I'd like HD video conferencing at 1080p which would make it more effective for my needs. A built-in calendar inside the the system app would also be a welcome addition for handling meetings and availability more conveniently. It could also offer better functions for running surveys and managing post-poll tasks more smoothly.

Our team started with the free plan and one of my colleagues later upgraded to the full version since he runs seminars for external clients. A big plus is that people on the other end don't need to install the app just to join a call. Whenever other platforms start giving us problems, we usually switch to the software because the video and audio quality tend to be much better.

It's been really helpful to have a way for people to still meet for work and stay aligned on project needs. Being able to record sessions is another big plus since I can go back and review exactly what was discussed and decided. Having everything captured on video leaves very little room for confusion or disagreements about the outcome.

At times, I've been in meetings where not everyone attending shows up on the screen. That can be pretty frustrating especially for people who want to see everyone in the meeting.

Comes packed with features while still being easy to use and the built-in security is excellent. Everyone across our staff, colleagues and stakeholders picked it up quickly so usage has felt very natural. Alongside Microsoft Teams and to a lesser degree Cisco Webex, it's one of the only meeting apps we rely on.

If I had to point out one minor issue, it's that it doesn't always load properly in certain browsers so sometimes you have to choose the "Join from Browser" option instead. It's a small inconvenience and not really difficult to work around.

The platform has been dependable and consistent for us, with very few crashes or buffering issues even when other meeting tools have trouble maintaining high-quality video throughout a call. Being able to manage the lobby as the meeting host is especially important particularly when the number of attendees gets larger. The Slack integration is also well done and genuinely useful.

At the moment, there's no option for multiple people to share different screens at the same time. A presenter usually has to stop sharing before someone else can take over and that tends to slow the meeting down.

Working from home would have been a lot harder without it. The biggest benefit for me has been how much it helps with my ADHD. I've always struggled to stay focused when talking to someone on the phone so remote work felt pretty intimidating at first. Being able to actually see someone's face while they're speaking keeps me from getting distracted as easily even when we're not in the same space. Having virtual meetings become a normal part of work has helped me perform better overall and this platform has made video calling accessible for just about everyone whether they're using a computer or a phone. It has also helped me build and keep up relationships in both my personal and professional life, no matter if the other person uses Android or iPhone. I'm more productive in meetings and I remember a lot more from the conversations. Another thing that works really well for me is the flexibility of the window layout. I can move people's video boxes around in whatever order helps me focus most whether I want to prioritize the person speaking or view everyone at once.

One thing that gets frustrating is how many clicks it takes to do basic tasks. When I sign in, I'd love to be able to schedule a meeting right away instead of having to go into my account page first. The same goes for changing my virtual background--it feels like it should be much quicker but instead it takes around 3 to 5 clicks.

During the pandemic, we ended up trying several video conferencing tools and the tool quickly became one of the most recognized because it was built for hosting meetings with many participants at once and offered a free option while other platforms were more restrictive about participant limits. On the free plan, this tool does place a time limit on each session but you can still create as many meetings as you want. The option to record meetings which is still a very valuable feature, is another strong advantage. Overall, the service is very stable and that is a big reason why so many companies continue to choose it. The system also benefited from gaining momentum early in the pandemic and that first-mover advantage helped it grow massively to the point where it now has more than 300 million daily connected users.

There are not many negatives that stand out to me. It has become more and more user friendly for both participants and hosts, the interface is easy, starting a meeting is simple and sharing it is just a matter of copying and pasting the meeting link. If I had to point to one downside, it would be the meeting time limit on the free version. Without a premium account, that restriction can be frustrating especially since platforms like Discord or Google Meet can offer unlimited meeting time for my audience.

As long as the internet connection has enough bandwidth, this app runs very smoothly and makes it simple to meet with 20+ people which has worked well in my case.

Whether I'm on a PC or using my phone, this software works well on both. The app is fairly simple to use and the meeting links make joining sessions really convenient. The only issue I've run into with this app is the background feature. I've already tried a lot of options but it still doesn't work for me. It could be that my laptop isn't updated or maybe it just isn't compatible.

This tool comes with a really wide range of features. It works very well for business meetings and makes working from home much more practical. You can bring several people together in one meeting, share your screen, take control of another user's screen or let someone control yours when you need assistance. It's also a very useful tool for presenting work and important projects.

Issue is the limitation of the free plan. If you're in a meeting with more than two people, the 40-minute cap can be inconvenient although the business version fixes that and it isn't overly expensive. I also ran into a few occasional issues with screen control sharing where the mouse didn't respond properly but that happened very rarely. The controls for video calls and screen sharing are not the most accessible at first though after getting familiar with them, it stops being a problem.

Back when Covid kept everyone apart, the system became a much bigger part of my routine. We've kept using it ever since because it's been incredibly efficient for meetings and staying connected.
