“accessible meetings”
Pros
Biggest strength for me is how accessible everything feels. A meeting and collaboration platform should simply help people work together, not force them to spend time figuring out how it works. It does exactly that! The interface feels thoughtfully designed and almost natural to figure out.
Cons
If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that the this tool app can occasionally be a bit slow to launch. It's usually around 30 to 45 seconds which doesn't sound too bad but when you're already running late for a meeting, that wait can feel much longer.

“background audio keeps meetings going”
Pros
Something I really appreciate is that even if I press the home button on my smartphone, I can still hear the person speaking during a the system meeting. Even when I'm no longer actively on the meeting screen, the webinar or meeting continues running in the background without interrupting the audio.
Cons
The part I like least is that when I return to the meeting, I can only see the most recent live chat messages after exiting the app.

“leading option!”
Pros
For remote work, meetings, collaboration and streaming, this app feels like the leading option on the market! It really stands above the alternatives and I don't see other tools competing with it at the same level.
Cons
The only drawback I'd point out is that the connection bar stays visible over the video which can be a bit annoying since it's not always displayed perfectly.

“excellent for online meetings”
Pros
When it comes to holding interviews and meetings online, this is the best program I've used. It's simple to use, works well for people of all ages and delivers high-quality performance for users.
Cons
Nothing else really compares to this program in terms of simplicity and how much time and money it saves.

“reliable large meetings”
Pros
The software has been really dependable for conferences and meetings with a lot of participants and it usually runs without much interference or technical trouble. Another feature I appreciate is the dial-in option for meetings which is especially helpful for people dealing with a weak internet connection.
Cons
The background features on this software are fun to use but they do not work on older Apple devices like the MacBook Air and seem limited to newer models. On top of that, the platform's pricing can feel expensive especially when you compare it with other video meeting platforms that offer free options.

“clear calls and fun filters”
Pros
Right from the start, this platform has been the simplest way to connect, with clear audio and video that make meetings feel much better. The fun filters and reactions add a nice touch of amusement which keeps sessions from feeling dull. It has also been incredibly helpful for teaching since tools like the whiteboard, screen sharing, computer audio sharing and remote control make it much easier to explain information to students thoroughly while keeping the class interactive and enjoyable.
Cons
all of the tool's features have worked really well for me and I haven't come across anything bad about it.

“simple access”
Pros
Running meetings on this tool has been very reliable even with multiple people connected at once and I rarely run into audio or video issues. It also works really well with calendar integrations and sends notifications on time which helps keep everything organized. We use it to share files with several participants during meetings and that has been very convenient. Another big plus is that people can join straight from a web browser without having to install the app so connecting is easy and doesn't require any technical know-how.
Cons
I've run into issues with the system when sharing recorded sessions. Although getting access to the recordings is simple, the video quality isn't as clear as expected. Even when it is labeled as High Definition, both the audio and video can still come across as unclear.

“handy meetings and recording”
Pros
Joining meetings through this app is pretty easy overall. It's been really useful for staying connected while still keeping social distance. Being able to share documents without everyone needing to be in the same room is a big plus and the option to record meetings makes it convenient to review later or send to people who couldn't make it.
Cons
Since so many people are on the software now, getting a stable connection can be tricky at times. It may also feel a bit confusing for first-time users or for people who don't have an account and need to log in.

“productive meetings with strong security”
Pros
This software gives me plenty of features that really help boost productivity while working remotely. I use it every day for meetings because it's easy to use and the paid version adds useful security features along with no time limit.
Cons
I haven't been able to use the app on Windows for the past two months. I submitted a ticket but customer support still hasn't gotten back to me to fix the bug. Also a lot of the features only work in the desktop app while the browser version only includes the basic options so I tend to prefer using Microsoft Teams.

“has improved a lot!”
Pros
The platform has come a long way with its features and overall service. Pretty much everyone uses it now and being able to create a personalized meeting link that I can keep reusing makes scheduling much more convenient. Signing in, inviting people, sharing my screen, using the chat and handling the basics all feel easy.
Cons
Up to this point, it has worked whenever I've needed it so I really don't have any major complaints. The only thing I'd change is making the meeting ID or dial-in details more visible once a meeting is already underway. You can still get that information through the "Invite" button but it feels a bit tucked away.

“practical platform”
Pros
This platform makes large-scale collaboration much more practical and cuts down the need to travel for meetings which fits really well with how remote work happens now.
Cons

“trusted for large events”
Pros
Its such a well known platform and it is familiar to a lot of people which makes it practical to use for large-scale events.
Cons
Setting it up can still be somewhat challenging for junior users and they often end up needing help from the IT team. On top of that, the system's support is pretty poor.

“clear interface”
Pros
Compared with other tools, this one does a lot of things better. You can join with a code instead of only relying on a link, there's also the option to call in for audio and the user interface is really well designed.
Cons
A few of the updates to the create-a-meeting section have made that part of the product less user friendly than it used to be.

Pros
Being able to share information and run meetings for different purposes is one of the best parts of using it. Everything feels very easy when it comes to connecting with others and communicating what we need.

“Works well”
Pros
Getting started with this app is very easy and since almost everyone inside and outside the company already has an account, there's no need to walk stakeholders through sign-up or push them to create one. It's quick, simple and reliably gets the job done.
Cons
Drawback is that it can use a lot of RAM on certain computers and a few of my clients have run into issues because of that. Aside from that, I really don't have much to complain about.

“hold meetings across cities”
Pros
Working remotely in sales and marketing, the software has become the platform we rely on for our weekly meetings. Our team is spread across different cities so it gives us a practical way to meet virtually each week and stay connected during our regular calls. We use it for both audio and video meetings and usually the person leading the call handles the video side. The screen sharing feature is also useful especially when the presenter needs to share their screen with another participant during the meeting.
Cons
I keep running into a problem on my laptop: the video works for a few minutes and then the screen suddenly goes blank. I do not have this problem with other video platforms I use, like Microsoft Teams. It also seems specific to this software on that laptop because the same issue does not happen on any of the other devices in my house and I have tested it on around 10 different ones. Aside from that laptop video problem, the platform works perfectly fine for me.

Pros
It's used pretty much everywhere across industries and that wide adoption is a big plus. On top of that, the easy design makes it an obvious choice for video meetings.

“standard choice with choppy video”
Pros
When it comes to hosting video conferences with large groups, the tool is pretty much the standard option. It does what it's supposed to do even if the overall quality isn't the best. It's affordable and fairly simple to figure out since there are only a few buttons to deal with.
Cons
Video quality is on the low side so if you're presenting and need to share videos, it can end up looking choppy at best. Call dropouts also seem to happen fairly often which gets frustrating.
