“simple and effortless meetings”
Pros
This tool really shines when it comes to simplicity. It's hard to get confused using it and the whole program is very easy to figure out. Whether I'm setting up meetings or joining them, both are pretty much effortless.
Cons
The part I like least about the system is the customer service. It can be pretty frustrating trying to reach someone when you have specific questions and need a clear answer.

“stable calls and strong host tools”
Pros
The connection stays reliable, the host controls work really well and the sharing features are very useful during meetings.
Cons
One downside is the lack of remote control options and having to install the client can be inconvenient especially for some of our customers.

“useful sharing”
Pros
When Covid began, this app became incredibly important for our company and even for our family. It really helped make working from home and attending online classes possible and much more manageable. Having a free version of the app is a huge advantage and being able to switch the video background during meetings and calls is a feature I appreciate. Screen sharing is also very useful especially since you can choose specific programs to share instead of your whole screen and you can share audio as well. The annotation and whiteboard tools are a nice bonus too. Overall, it made communication, meetings, classes and webinars far more efficient and effective. Another big plus is the level of control given to hosts during meetings, like admitting participants, muting or unmuting them and turning chat, annotations and screen sharing on or off.
Cons
Issue is that virtual backgrounds are not compatible with many laptops and desktops or they just do not run as smoothly as expected. On most smartphones and tablets, that feature is not available at all. I hope the developers continue improving it going forward. Another downside is that, compared with other apps, the software requires stronger internet speed and more bandwidth.

“free meetings!”
Pros
Pretty rare to get a solid free option and this one works really well. The paid version does offer more but most people can start with the free plan since their meetings usually stay within the time limit anyway.
Cons
Once too many people join at the same time, the experience starts to decline. You really have to keep attendance under control, otherwise it turns into more of a webinar with everyone muted. The audio also tends to catch background noise which can easily disrupt a meeting.

“can host webinars”
Pros
It works really well for hosting webinars for end users and running online meetings with prospects.
Cons
There are times when I have to pause and wait for the software to update especially when I'm in a rush. Still, I take that as a sign they're continuing to improve the platform so overall it's a positive.

“quick setup”
Pros
Simple to start with and it connects well with lots of other software products. It works really well for one-on-one meetings and partner meetings and the installation and setup are easy.
Cons
The chat feature is where it falls short since you can't share files there which makes it much less useful than it should be.

“widely used software”
Pros
One of the best things about this software is how widely used it is and how simple it makes remote meetings. It was one of the first really useful options for handling this kind of communication and it also comes with helpful tools whether you join through its dedicated website or download the app directly from the platform's official site.
Cons
The only downside, in my opinion, is that it uses a lot of internet data.

“great meetings and collaboration”
Pros
This platform offers a very easy platform for running both small and large meetings while staying connected with teammates. The added features support high-quality presentations and file sharing which makes communication much more convenient. It's also very user friendly when it comes to scheduling meetings and sending invitations. On top of that, the upgraded security features are excellent and help make sure people outside your company can't join without permission. Overall, it's an excellent option for businesses of any size and it also works really well for personal meetings with friends and family.
Cons
An area where the tool could be better is the process of pre-assigning breakout room groups and keeping those same groups in place for recurring meetings. It could also improve how accessible the sound-sharing feature is when playing videos for a group.

“accessible video meetings”
Pros
Getting connected and using the platform is one of its biggest strengths. The buttons are accessible so handling basic video conference tasks feels easy and convenient.
Cons
Setback is that the software uses a lot of system resources. They should improve the underlying connection protocols so it can run more efficiently and consume less computing power.

“Amazing tool!”
Pros
When our office staff had to start working from home during the pandemic, the system became incredibly important for our company. It has remained essential as we continue supporting employees who work from home part-time or fully remote. Setting up a meeting at the last minute is very simple and convenient.
Cons
I really haven't run into any problems with this app. It has honestly been a lifesaver for our business.

“efficient to use”
Pros
Using it day to day feels very efficient especially for meetings. It has also been really useful for family catch-ups and even church services which makes it feel like a real blessing. The platform feels secure and I appreciate how well it supports collaboration through screen sharing. It also connects nicely with third-party apps and integrates easily with email tools like Outlook and Gmail. Another big advantage is being able to invite a large number of people without much trouble.
Cons
One downside is that the paid version feels a little expensive if you only use it casually. The free plan also comes with limited time and fewer features which can be restrictive. On top of that, screen sharing can sometimes be a bit laggy.

“fast meetings”
Pros
Being able to host hundreds of people in one session is especially useful for anyone giving conferences since there's no need for a physical conference room and it can be done from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Overall, the video and audio quality are solid and I haven't noticed any meaningful lag.
Cons
Customization is fairly limited, both for the app itself and for adjusting your stream the way you might want. There are third-party tools that can help with that so there is a workaround but it's not very convenient for people who aren't familiar with those apps. I also haven't come across any drag-and-drop option when sharing files.

“Handy controls”
Pros
This software has pretty much become the standard across just about every industry especially since remote work took off. It's really useful that you can switch your background without trouble, hand over presenter controls and use waiting rooms to manage when people are allowed into the meeting.
Cons
Something that gets annoying is how the the platform toolbar can end up blocking part of the screen while presenting which is pretty frustrating. I also wish it had a way to show who is actually paying attention or sitting idle during the meeting.

“accessible meetings and webinars”
Pros
One of the best things about this platform is how accessible it is. Even if you're completely new to the platform, it doesn't take long to work out how to set up a meeting or webinar. The desktop and content sharing controls are really useful and being able to record an event directly to the cloud is a big plus. It also connects with HubSpot which makes it simple to keep track of our registration lists right from our CRM.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain. My only issue is that HubSpot integration is available when scheduling a webinar but not when scheduling a meeting. It would be even better if I could create a workflow trigger using the meeting ID but that's a pretty minor drawback and definitely not enough to make me second-guess using the tool.

“Transformed our meetings”
Pros
Once Covid hit, we had to stop holding in-person meetings altogether and the system quickly became essential for our organization. We use it for all of our committee meetings, about five each month, plus our monthly Board of Directors meeting and it has completely changed how we operate. There's no more hearing that someone got stuck at work or in traffic and couldn't make it and no more scrambling to arrive at the meeting site on time. We also don't have to delay the start because key participants are missing. People can join from wherever they happen to be, using any device they have available whether that's a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. The waiting room feature is absolutely critical for us because we need to confirm each person's identity before letting them in. We also rely on it during meetings to move attendees in and out when sensitive topics come up that shouldn't be heard by everyone. Screen sharing is another feature we depend on heavily since it has eliminated the need to print document packets for every single meeting.
Cons
What would really improve it is a setting that requires participants to provide more than just a name when joining. We often have people enter nicknames or slang instead of their actual names which makes it difficult to identify who they are. If there were an option to require something like an address, it would help us a lot. Right now, we have to manually check each person sitting in the waiting room against our database before we can confirm they should be allowed into the meeting.

“powerful screen sharing and recording”
Pros
After you get familiar with this app, it's really simple to use. It offers a lot for both small teams and large businesses. Being able to stream live and save recordings for later review is something I really appreciate. The screen sharing feature is probably the best part and it helps our team a lot.
Cons
At this point, I haven't run into anything I dislike about it. It's user friendly and affordable.
