“versatile meetings across devices”
Pros
Whether I'm on a PC or using my phone, the software works well on both. The app is generally easy to use and joining a meeting through a link is very convenient. It includes useful features like chat, screen sharing, file sharing and whiteboarding. I don't see any major downsides to using this software.
Cons
One issue a few users have pointed out with this software is the video quality. At times, the video can look blurry and pixelated.

“Strong features”
Pros
It works really well as a collaboration platform especially with the two-way audio and video quality. The screen sharing options are very useful and the security is another strong point. There are plenty of other valuable features too which makes it a solid choice overall.
Cons
The pricing feels a little high to me although considering how many useful features are included, it still seems reasonable and something many users can justify paying for.

“reliable for remote meetings”
Pros
The platform fits nicely into our workflow for remote meetings and is fairly easy to use and integrate into day-to-day work.
Cons
We still haven't figured out how to set up a meeting calendar or add a contact list while also verifying attendees directly within the this platform platform. At least from our side, the process for doing that isn't very clear.

“love it!”
Pros
Right away, I really loved using the tool and all the useful features that come with it. The software is very simple to figure out and it makes hosting secure meetings feel reliable. Features like security codes, personalized meeting PINs and monitored attendees make it feel like the ideal platform for online meetings.
Cons
At the beginning, I wasn't too impressed with the drawing tool but later on it actually turned out to be useful for projects. One time in particular, it helped when I needed to record a video project for one of my classes.

“screen sharing stood out to me!”
Pros
One feature that really stands out to me is screen sharing because it makes using references during meetings incredibly convenient. This tool is also very user friendly overall and the interface never feels overly complicated. On top of that, it fits into business processes without much trouble and is simple to integrate.
Cons
While integrating the system into existing business processes was not difficult, there is still room for improvement. The thing I like least is the restriction on how many participants can join a meeting at one time.

“beginner-friendly”
Pros
Takes very little effort to figure out and I've even managed to walk people through it who normally struggle with technology. I'm talking about people who have trouble using basic programs like Excel or Microsoft Word yet the software still somehow clicks for them. That's why I value how easy but still effective it is. It works really well for beginners while also offering the more advanced features I need to do my job successfully.
Cons
Security has been the biggest downside, to be blunt. It has mostly been improved now but there was a time when pretty much anyone could break into a meeting and I've had to remove people myself after they joined without permission.

“reliable meetings”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how accessible most of the features are so it doesn't take much effort to find what I need.
Cons
It's frustrating that the virtual background option isn't available on mobile and if someone is new to the platform, sharing a video can be confusing for the first few minutes.

“smooth fit for daily meetings”
Pros
I had never used the platform before joining this company but the transition felt smooth right away. It's an essential tool for any business whether for internal team calls or external meetings with clients and partners. Another big plus is that you don't need an account to start or send a this platform meeting link which makes things much more convenient. I would absolutely recommend it to any business and we rely on it across the entire organization every single day.
Cons
An area that could be better is screen sharing since it can sometimes lag. I'm not sure whether that's something that can be fixed but it would definitely help when someone is presenting during a meeting.

“best remote meeting choice”
Pros
Its quite easy to use and the screen sharing feature makes working together clear and productive. It's the best remote meeting software I've used!
Cons
The issues we run into are pretty much the same as with any remote meeting platform: people trying to talk while muted, others forgetting to mute themselves and similar meeting hiccups.

“HD quality audio”
Pros
Crystal-clear HD video and audio have been a big plus for the kind of work I do. It's also really useful that my clients can record our meetings and watch them again later whenever they need to.
Cons
Adding this into my daily workflow was very easy. If there's one feature that feels unnecessary to me, it would be the virtual backgrounds.

“my review”
Pros
Scheduling meetings is very easy and joining them is just as simple for others even when they don't have a this tool account. It works really well for daily team catch-ups as well as meetings with external clients. I also appreciate being able to share my screen and include my sound at the same time.
Cons
It would be better if there were more camera filter options available.

“mixed call quality and link issues”
Pros
Having the basic ability to meet with several people at once using video and audio is something I really appreciate.
Cons
Once more people join a call, the quality seems to drop. Videos start freezing, connections get lost and it becomes unreliable. The most frustrating part though, is how confusing the joining links can be. Some links work and others do not. I've missed a few calls because links were broken or because I got stuck on "waiting for controller to accept," which makes it feel like the invitation link alone isn't enough to actually get into the meeting.

“instant meeting links”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and the meeting links make it possible to connect with people instantly.
Cons
At times some backgrounds weren't available. It could be related to an update issue since I haven't tested that myself but even with the latest version, certain backgrounds sometimes wouldn't load or couldn't be used.

“simple recording and clean controls”
Pros
One thing that really works well with the system is the option to automatically record the entire meeting whenever needed. Stopping the recording at any point is just as easy. The features are clear, simple and not overly complicated which makes the platform very user friendly.
Cons
The only thing I'd really like to see improved is the participant limit. For fitness businesses like mine, having the ability to host bigger classes or larger events would be extremely helpful.

“has some fun features”
Pros
Screen sharing has been one of my favorite parts of this app and I really appreciate that when I've been stuck somewhere with poor reception and couldn't use data, it still gave me a few ways to join my class meeting. In those situations, I could simply call in from my cell phone and not miss anything. The filters are also a fun touch and I like being able to watch whoever is speaking get automatically enlarged during team discussions. Overall, I'm a huge fan of the software and have used it for everything from personal video calls to job interviews and even class exams. I've used it a lot and across my laptop, iPhone, iPad and browser and I'm genuinely impressed with how well it works everywhere. It's convenient, enjoyable to use and makes meetings feel very accessible.
Cons
Even after using this software for the last two years, I honestly can't point to a single negative experience I've had with it. I truly mean that. To me, the platform is the best video conferencing app out there.

“great calls and sharing”
Pros
Connecting with people around the world is really impressive especially because it uses very little bandwidth. It makes it possible to meet with colleagues and exchange ideas through high-quality video and audio calls. The sound and video quality are excellent and we're also able to record meetings and transfer them to other storage without trouble. Compared with similar apps, it offers more features and allows efficient file sharing directly in the chatbox.
Cons
You need to install the app to make calls and join meetings and it would be much better if there were a web-based option as well. At times, when the internet speed drops, the audio quality drops too. I can understand the video being affected but since audio does not use much bandwidth, it would be better if the sound stayed more consistent on slower connections. It would also help to have a feature that supports more than just one designated speaker camera this platform window.

“became essential for me”
Pros
Since the pandemic pushed so much work and communication online, this program has honestly been a lifesaver. I used to rely on Skype for virtual meetings but this tool offers a lot more features. It's also used pretty much everywhere so most people are already comfortable with it. My school uses it and a lot of the people we work with on projects use it too.
Cons
The part I dislike is that the free version limits how long you can stay online which I believe is about an hour. That said, the unlimited-time option is really valuable for small businesses and definitely worth paying for especially when meetings go beyond an hour. It also helps that everyone in the meeting can stay for the full session even if they don't have a paid subscription themselves.
