“works for every meeting”
Pros
The system felt like one of the first truly web-based teleconferencing tools that was genuinely user friendly and quick to roll out. We used it for just about everything--working with coworkers, pitching investors, interviewing and hiring new team members and running 30-minute to 2-hour conferences for new contractors. It became part of our daily routine.
Cons
There really isn't much I'd change for our needs. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be making time zone differences stand out in a clearer, more visual way so there's no lingering confusion for users.

“hold meetings on any device”
Pros
Getting started with this app feels very easy whether you're tech-savvy or not. The available features are really convenient especially creating meetings, sharing your screen and inviting guests. Having a dependable mobile version is essential and the software delivers that without glitches or issues.
Cons
The participant view options while screen sharing are somewhat limited.

“love the group chat”
Pros
One of my favorite parts of this software is the group chat and screen sharing. It makes it really convenient to send links or start a call right away. The screen share feature is especially useful because everyone can look at the same thing at the same time and when I give someone control of my screen, they're able to type, click and work in any program installed on my computer.
Cons
The feature I'm least happy with is the waiting room. Sometimes it seems to take longer than it should to admit people into the meeting.

“quick setup and effortless joining”
Pros
Setting up the platform is really easy whether it's just for personal use or across an entire organization. It's also simple for other people to join my meetings even when this platform isn't something their company normally uses. They can just click the invite link and get right in. With a lot of other conferencing platforms, people have to download an app or deal with several extra steps before they can enter the meeting.
Cons
None at all -- I've worked with six other conferencing and remote communication tools on the market and the tool is easily my top choice.

“updates and random disconnects”
Pros
The platform is pretty user friendly overall. Rolling it out was easy, it mostly explains itself and it isn't difficult to use. The connection quality is clear and it tends to be less buggy than a lot of other software I've used.
Cons
It was annoying to sign out and then sign back in at times. The phone number would also randomly disconnect now and then. There are way too many updates and if you skip one, your video sometimes stops working. Changing meeting times also doesn't sync well with Outlook and can be a trouble to update.

“accessible and feature-packed”
Pros
There's a solid reason it has become the industry standard: the interface is accessible, support is simple and it comes with nearly everything you'd want right out of the box.
Cons
A few of the more advanced options especially the annotation tools during screen sharing, could use some improvement.

“reliable team communication tools”
Pros
The system feels very user friendly and it makes team communication really simple. There are plenty of features to choose from which means I never have to worry about missing a call.
Cons
Having meetings on my phone is really convenient but it does require downloading the app and that can be a trouble when my device has limited storage space.

“I rely on this a lot”
Pros
With meetings happening almost every day, this app has become the platform I rely on most. It's easy to use and doesn't take any special know-how for anyone to join in comfortably. I only had to set my meeting preferences once and the software remembers them every time I enter a meeting which saves time. I also haven't run into any major issues with it and the multi-screen sharing option is something I really enjoy. Another big plus is that I can use it from practically any device even my phone.
Cons
A small annoyance is having to type in the meeting password every single time I join a meeting which can feel a bit tedious.

“Good platform”
Pros
Video quality has been consistently good. Screen sharing works really well and it's helpful that virtual backgrounds are supported. It also handles webinars when needed which makes it useful for different kinds of meetings.
Cons
The interface feels a bit outdated at times. Virtual backgrounds can use a lot of CPU and it still lacks live note-taking and similar collaborative features.

“best one for me”
Pros
After trying a lot of online meeting tools, this software has been the best one for me and it runs really well across every device I use. I regularly switch between Mac computers, iPhones, iPads and Android phones and tablets and it performs consistently on all of them. The biggest plus is that it has been very dependable the whole time. I've used the platform for about three years and still haven't run into any major issues even when my internet connection is slow. Another standout feature is that, if your internet isn't strong enough, you can still join meetings by calling in with a phone number which is really useful and quite distinctive.
Cons
There are a few downsides though. This platform isn't a good option for Linux distributions like Kali Linux and I've also noticed some occasional connection problems. The free plan comes with a meeting time limit which can be frustrating when it's not enough and people have to end the session and join again. One minor issue I've seen happens when a meeting has more than 100 participants because screen sharing starts to lag quite a bit at that point.

“I'm impressed!”
Pros
One thing that really works well with the tool is the real-time screen sharing. The quality stays impressively high even when the internet connection is poor. I also appreciate the participant audio controls especially being able to mute someone when needed. This tool is very user friendly and it quickly became part of my routine especially during the Covid19 pandemic.
Cons
Pricing is one area where the system could do better. Instead of restricting free meetings to 40 minutes, it would make more sense to offer a full-featured free trial first and then require payment afterward. The installation process also feels more complicated than it should be. A direct browser-based option like Google Meet would be a useful improvement. That said, integrating it into my business was not really difficult.

“much more dependable”
Pros
Compared with pretty much every other conferencing tool I've used over the years, this app has been far more dependable. Access issues, audio problems, video glitches, random freezing and reliability concerns seem to happen with other platforms but the software consistently works well. It's no surprise to me that it has become the industry standard.
Cons
Paying extra for additional meeting time isn't my favorite part although I understand that comes with the level of quality it provides. In the end, I upgraded from the free tier because the price felt reasonable and the added time was necessary.

“helpful support team”
Pros
Moving to this software was so simple since my colleagues already knew the the platform interface. It didn't take much training for anyone to get comfortable. The admin side feels very accessible so I rarely have to reach out for help. When I do, the support team has been very helpful.
Cons
The support team is based offshore. Most of the time that isn't a problem but there are occasions when a language barrier comes up.

“fast remote meetings”
Pros
Joining meetings is very easy even for people who are new to it, they can just click a link and be in a this platform call within seconds. It also lets me handle all of my meetings remotely which has been incredibly convenient.
Cons
One thing that could be better is being able to change room settings directly inside the software instead of having to open the the tool website. I'd also prefer a more effective interface for hosting meetings, maybe even a separate app designed for more advanced users.

“reliable online teaching hub”
Pros
With a fairly low yearly cost, I'm able to run all my classes online, meet with clients and record instructions for the contract workers I manage. This tool has been excellent.
Cons
My only wish is that downloaded apps worked properly and that my students didn't have to install a client app for it to function.

“great value and support”
Pros
Long before the system became a household name, I was already using it back in 2015. It's very user friendly, the customer support has been excellent and I really appreciate that they keep working to improve the experience and add more options. On top of that, it delivers a lot for the price and feels exceptionally cost-effective.
Cons
The one issue I've run into is when I need to guide someone new through finding the meeting controls. Since they only appear when the user hovers over part of the screen and that location can be either at the top or bottom depending on the setup, it can occasionally be a little confusing to explain.
