“solid tool”
Pros
Pretty much every part of this platform has been excellent to use. It keeps data consumption at a reasonable level, the interface is incredibly simple to figure out and it works fairly well with other productivity tools too.
Cons
Issue is the Google Calendar integration. It's positioned in a spot where it's very easy to click it by instinct instead of hitting the "launch" button. That feels like a minor design slip and I'm not even fully sure whether that comes from the tool itself. Another downside is the free plan's roughly 40-minute meeting limit. If that gets frustrating, upgrading to the paid version is the obvious fix or just keeping calls under 40 minutes if that works for you.

“popular for meetings and training”
Pros
Widely used by professionals for training sessions and meetings which makes it a practical choice. It also offers partial free access for one-to-one meetings.
Cons
It still isn't well suited enough for online training. There are no default settings to prevent unauthorized interactions, it uses a lot of bandwidth and it doesn't provide cloud storage for videos and files to watch later.

“convenient meetings”
Pros
Online meetings feel much more comfortable and convenient with this software especially considering how widely it was used around the world during the pandemic. It's currently one of the most popular conferencing platforms and the interface is simple to understand and use.
Cons
At times, there are network or connection issues and the audio can get disconnected as well.

“brilliant design and usability”
Pros
Coming from someone who has designed software for the legal field, I know successful software has to be more than user friendly, it needs to be practically foolproof. This tool is that logical and well thought out that it takes very little effort to use. Even my 8-year-old grandson can handle it intelligently.
Cons
My biggest frustration is the pricing and especially the fact that I can't use all three of my email addresses with the software. Since I pay for an annual the system subscription, I should be able to send invitations using any of the email addresses I own. I have marketing consulting agreements with several companies so I use three different email accounts for the three businesses I work with. When I schedule a this app meeting, I should be able to use my single the software license across those three addresses. But this software doesn't allow that. The license is tied to just one email address which I believe is completely wrong. It should be tied to me as a person, not to one email account. The platform could simply make sure only one of my email addresses uses the license at a time. That seems simple enough but they refused to allow it. That really annoys me and I'm not about to buy a separate this platform license for each of my three email addresses. I'm still one person, not three separate entities so I should not have to pay for three licenses just because I use three accounts.

“professional meetings”
Pros
The tool comes with a lot of features that help manage presentations and keep meetings organized. It's really useful for maintaining a professional setting and preventing things from getting chaotic. Those same tools also make collaboration easier for work and they work just as well for social activities like virtual hangouts or hobby groups.
Cons
Part I like least is that it really depends on having a strong internet connection. When the connection isn't stable, the audio and video can start lagging pretty quickly. On top of that there's slight difficulty at the beginning because it offers so many features.

“helpful annotations”
Pros
Screen sharing and the built-in annotation tools are really useful especially when I need to walk participants through content or explain something visually during a meeting.
Cons
There are a lot of settings to sort through and it can be confusing to tell which ones apply at the account level versus the meeting level. It's also hard to keep track of whether a setting needs to be changed on the website, in the app or during the meeting itself.

“reliable meetings for every use”
Pros
This tool is a high-quality video conferencing and meeting platform that gives our team a convenient way to connect online, both internally and with current and potential clients. We use it for internal meetings, webinars, demos, project planning sessions and plenty more.
Cons
At first, there were a few security concerns but the system has been actively working on them as needed so companies can feel more confident about who has access to meetings.

“webinar setup is effortless”
Pros
Running daily customer webinars means usability matters a lot and that's one of the biggest strengths here. This app makes it incredibly simple to set up both webinars and meetings which is exactly what we need when something overly complicated would just slow everything down.
Cons
I'd really like to see improvement in the branding setup. It would be much better if customized branding options could be saved instead of having to redo them. I also wish webinar participants had the ability to download the Q&A.

“daily essential for quick meetings”
Pros
Joining or hosting a meeting with the software is very easy. It only takes a moment to hop into a call and starting a meeting instantly is really convenient when something needs to be discussed live. The chat feature is especially useful for simple back-and-forth conversations and it helps cut down on long, unnecessary email threads. I use it every day and it has become an essential part of my daily work. The option to customize backgrounds is also a nice touch for making meetings feel more personal or fit a certain theme.
Cons
People do need a little guidance at times to make sure everyone speaks one at a time but overall the etiquette for live meetings is simple to follow and easy to adopt.

“handy meetings and recording”
Pros
Attendees can join virtual meetings or training sessions without any trouble. Being able to record sessions is also a big plus since it makes future review and access much more convenient.
Cons
Recorded sessions can't be edited. I also don't like having to save recordings to my personal or shared drive instead of having the platform keep my recorded training sessions in the cloud indefinitely.

“fast setup”
Pros
Setting up an organization with user accounts is pretty easy and it works well for running online meetings.
Cons
Where it falls short is in the more advanced call queue rules and the fairly basic scheduling tools. We need the option to route calls to different teams based on the time of day, day of the week and holiday periods. The this platform Phone experience in the UK also needs work. Certain features, like sending and receiving text messages, are limited to US phone numbers and it would be much better to have the same functions across all major countries.

“helpful reminders”
Pros
Setting up appointments is very easy and it's really helpful that our clients automatically receive reminders for every call.

“handy sharing”
Pros
Even on a weaker internet connection, the audio and video quality stays really good which is one of the best things about it. Features like meeting recording and file sharing in the chatbox are very convenient to use. The interface is also well designed so even new users can get comfortable with it quickly.
Cons
The app would be even better if it included calendar scheduling and call recording. A web-based version would also make it more flexible. It would also help a lot to have remote access during screen sharing, along with an option to change the background.

“Good tool”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about this software is its connectivity. It lets us create a meeting ID quickly and hold virtual meetings without much trouble. The video and audio quality are good and the screen sharing feature along with its tools is especially impressive. It makes it much easier to explain and present everything clearly.
Cons
At times, there seem to be system bugs that interrupt the meeting and occasionally those glitches even cause the host to change which is quite frustrating.

“clean interface”
Pros
Getting started with the system is easy, the interface is clean and user friendly and the audio and video connection is usually stable and clear.

“secure meetings”
Pros
During the past two years, when the pandemic forced everyone into remote work, this app turned out to be the most accessible, accessible and secure platform for video conferencing.
Cons
The premium plan can feel a bit pricey for small businesses or individual users. There are also times when the recording function glitches especially if the host is moving back and forth between several rooms.
